This is my first experience at a pediatric dentist and I think it's great how comfortable they make things for the kids. Fun room decorations, TV's on ceiling, fast and friendly hiegenist, and Dr. Kara is so nice and approachable. I would highly recommend it!

My daughter was terrified of her previous dentist!! It was a fight getting her to walk in to her other dentist, she would kick and scream scared to go in. Here she will walk in with no problem, she is still scared at times but that's when she gets into the chair, the always reassure her and explain to her what they are going to be doing, they always make sure they are comfortable as possible and they take as much time as your child needs to calm down. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know with children. This will be both of my children's dentist until they are no longer aloud there lol. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating!!

Just got through with having our 3 year old needing a root canal, and Dr. Kara and her office were great. They were forthcoming with all info, their email/text system is awesome for scheduling and we were called afterward to make sure our son was doing well the following day after surgery. Easy 5-star review.

This dentist and the office were very disappointing for being a pediatric dental office. I took my son at age two and a half and there was nothing pediatric about it except characters that were displayed on the wall. There was a tv in the room, but we were never offered that option for distraction. Dr. Czarkowski lacks empathy and awareness of treating each patient individually. There was no explanation or "play" of dental tools to introduce my son to the dentist or cleaning. During the cleaning his gums were bleeding and he was crying/screaming (this is not his typical demeanor) the entire time without any offer of distraction. The dental hygienist counted my sons teeth, which we finally got through and then when Dr. Czarkowski came in and wanted to count them again. As a pediatric dentist I would expect her to know the cues of when enough is enough especially with a younger patient. While Dr. Czarowski continued to try to count his teeth for the second time during the visit she ended up opening his mouth with pliers to complete the counting. This whole experience was traumatic for my son and me as a mother because at times I felt like I had to hold my son down for the dentist to complete her job. I would never recommend this dentist especially with little ones under the age of 6.

The dentist has an ability like no other. My grandson is always extremely scared to the point of holding him down with all doctors. When Dct Czarkowski came in and talked to him he relaxed and let her work without any problems. I was amazed. The work she did was excellent. I live in Greenwood and the drive is worth it. She will be both boys dentist and I am thankful for finding her.

My daughter had a great experience. Our dental assistant Hannah made sure my daughter was comfortable and educated her on what was happening throughout the process. The dentist Kara was very nice and informative. She helped us come up with a treatment plan for some problematic teeth. It was easy and quick to set up a new patient appt. We are really happy with our new dentist.

Very chaotic and overbooked. The dentist is condescending. My child has a neurological disorder, and my input was disregarded when I suggested that the neurologist be consulted about sedation rather than the pediatrician. Thirty minutes minumum wait time, one hour in treatment area for a ten minute cleaning. Confusion regarding referrals because every staffer gets involved with every patient. Find another practice if you value your time.

We went for the first time a few weeks ago, we needed a new dentist & my kids (6 & 1.5yo) were referred by their pediatrician for a routine check-up. The office itself is very kid-oriented with both princess and superhero exam rooms, plus each was equipped with tons of visual distractions (like flat screens w/cartoons on the ceiling). But what impressed me most was how great the staff was when interacting with little ones, you could tell they love what they do. My 1.5yr old son was in an especially fussy mood that day and even though he was screaming & crying when Dr. Czarkowski did his exam, she was pleasant, patient & FAST working with him. At one point I started singing the ABC's to help distract him and both Dr. Czarkowski and her assistant joined in with me, which caught his attention long enough for her to finish; it was pretty hilarious. She even took me back to look at my daughters x-rays so I could see her big teeth that would be coming in soon. They were sent with mini care-packages (toothbrush, toothpaste & floss) & a little prize for behaving well. My daughter talked about how much she loved going to the dentist for 2 days afterward! I highly recommend this pediatric dental office, Dr. Czarkowski and her great team.
