Dr. Crayton and her staff are the best at what they do. But most important, they are good people. Everyone who works at Crosspoint Family Dental really cares about the patients and this comes through in their level of professionalism, attention to detail, the high standards they have and how well their patients are treated. When I first started seeing Dr. Crayton several years ago my teeth were not in great shape. Regular visits with encouragement and guidance from everyone there helped me get my teeth in the best possible shape. They are experts at Invisalign, which saved my front teeth. I am forever grateful to Dr. Crayton and her wonderful staff and I feel really good about the future health of my teeth.

HORRIBLE. I came here after not going to the dentist for a few years. They told me I had gum disease and they had to do an advance cleaning that was going to be several hundreds of dollars. They also said I had several cavities, lots of decay and impacted teeth. They presented me a $7000 quote with 4 visits in total. So, I thought I would get a second opinion from my previous dentist who has been in business for over 40 years and did a root canal for me in the past. He effortlessly and painlessly cleaned my teeth (himself even, no technician). He said I hardly had any plaque for not coming in since 2009. He also noticed ONE cavity. He still had my previous chart and commented on how he had marked the tooth to monitor it for a potential cavity. At Crosspoint they told me the cavity was sever and the dentist was "surprised it isn't hurting". MY dentist said there is no way it is that bad. His quote for my work in total is under $500 with only 2 visits (not including wisdom teeth removal). I have had my fair of dental issues since a young age. So, Crosspoint Family Dental Care almost had me convinced my teeth were about ready to fall out tomorrow. All and all get a second opinion. It saved me a TON of money and pain. Find a seasoned dentist that doesn't have a staff of 8-10 people and actually cares about their patients pocketbook. Don't waste your time or money here.

I had a few more problems than expected and they gave me a few different plans to think about. Anyhow, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a new dentist. I would give a -1 if I could. I went in with pain and left with more pain and damage to my teeth. I was told to have a cleaning and filling treatment for the initial pain due to cavities, super expensive by the way, and I did. I still had persistent pain and sensitivity for a month after that. When I went back, they said I will need a root canal and porcelain crown, which again is a super expensive treatment, and they dint have any courtesy to give discounts for their mistakes. Pure money making business, no humanity or ethics.

All of the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and they were very thorough throughout my appointment with explanations and education. First of all, I came here after fleeing from two previous dentists office in the area, and I’m happy to say I finally found my dental home. The staff here are great, from the receptionists, to the billing person, to the hygienists and dentist. Seriously—it is a total package experience in my opinion. The dentist fixed a prior dentists screw up and the staff are really good about explaining things. It’s helped a lot with my dentist phobia since I started coming here and I feel like it’s a no-shame experience where they actually care about helping you improve your dental hygiene and they do a really great job over all. I highly recommend this place.

Please don't utilize their services! Initially I felt the same as all of the 5 * folks. Until I was also presented with a very expensive treatment plan: root canal and porcelain crown. The dentist seemed kind, due to calling to see how I felt the night of the procedure. This happened 3 years ago in my 20's. I feel like I was taken advantage of and, lied to. Prior to that, I've always had positive feedback from dentists on how I take care of my teeth, and hindsight is 20/20. The crown was put in wrong which has caused an infection underneath. I may have to completely lose my tooth and get an implant. My dental team assured me that it isn't my fault. The procedure will be even more expensive..........

I rate this place a zero! Horrible place, please don’t waste your money or time. I went there for a cleaning and was told I had a “so called cavity” which I don’t believe I did; I let the dentist fill the tooth and I have had nonstop tooth pain ever since. Due to the ongoing pain, I went to an urgent dental care place and was told because of what the dentist did at Crosspoint, I may need a root canal. I have never had dental issues in my life. New patients beware.
