One of the best dentists I've ever been to. So many dentists out there try to deceitfully perform unnecessary work. Not the case at Cornerstone. Very honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. They are not a bargain basement dentist but I have found their rates very close to what my insurance will pay. Good work is worth it. You only have 1 mouth, so don't be too cheap about your dental care.

Dr. Dickson is amazing and his hygienist Julie is equally as good. 10 years ago my wife needed emergency dental work done and Dr. Dickson fit her in when other offices refused, including our own dentist. My family began going to Cornerstone Dentistry for dental care over 20 years ago by recommendation of a neighbor. We have never been disappointed and have always gotten the best in care whether it was a first appointment for our youngest through the teen years to adults. I especially appreciated the scheduler who made my life convenient making up to 4 appointments on one visit for myself and three children. Weekend openings proved tremendously handy for college students, too. At Cornerstone everyone is kind, caring, very knowledgeable and most accommodating. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. My family has been going to Cornerstone Dentistry for over 20 years. The staff and level of professional care is outstanding. I love that we've been with them for so long they feel like family. I'll never forget when my daughter was 4 and having her first visit with Dr. Boyer. She was petrified. Dr. Boyer was so kind and understanding and didn't push my daughter into anything she was too afraid to do. I also appreciate that before any dental work is being done they discuss options and what to expect until all questions and concerns are answered. Dr. Boyer often calls our home after a procedure to make sure all is well. If we need to see a dental surgeon we are given excellent referrals. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Every Cornerstone Dentistry staff member is not only pleasant but personable. You feel that if given a proper chance, you could be friends. You want to request your same hygienist, whoever it was, for your next visit. Music, decor and art are uplifting. The dentists put you at ease, excel at competence, and one of them was especially kind to us, going way beyond reasonable expectations of time and methods in order to accommodate difficult work with a family member suffering from dementia.

Amy, the hygienist who handled my cleaning, was absolutely lovely. She was very attuned to my sensitivity and took every precaution to avoid causing me discomfort. When she did hit a spot that caused me some pain (an inevitable occurrence in all my cleanings), she was so apologetic and gave me plenty of time to get comfortable again. She used a very light touch and asked once in awhile if I was feeling any sensitivity. I've been with this office for awhile, and every hygienist has been this attentive and empathetic. It's hard not to feel anxious knowing that I will almost certainly experience a sharp pain, but the staff at this office does everything they can to lessen that worry. Dr. Dickson is always friendly and thorough. I feel like my aging teeth are well protected as he will warn of risks without being terrifying or overwhelming, while offering great tips for relatively easy self care.
