It was a pleasure going to Choice Dental which is odd going to the dentist. Everyone is so soft spoken and professional it makes you feel at ease. I even thought Dr. Lumsdon should be called the gentle dentist. What I truely appreciated is her knowledge that a small cosmetic change meant the world to me. Something that has been bothering me so much for so long, now I can smile with confidence. I still have more to do that no one will see but my smile is back without the chip in my front tooth I feel so happy. I told my friend about this dentist now all I hear from him is "my dentist is the greatest"......then I always remind him it was my dentist first. My daughter and her family goes here and they have smiles that just won't quit. Thanks for making me feel comfortable and not ashamed for letting so much time go by. One more thing, as the doctor and the staff talk as they are working I loved hearing the word "perfect" so much. Made me feel things are going along well. No regrets thats for sure.

Everything was very easy and scheduling was great - lots of availability. I do wish I had received the forms for our first visit in the mail so I could have filled them out in advance. The staff was great - my hygienist was Trini Henderson and she was professional and thorough and very friendly. She was also careful on the sensitive areas I mentioned to her and gave me some suggestions to help with the sensitivity. Dr. Lumsdon was great too! I will look forward to future appointments.

I wish there were more stars than just five! There are not enough adjectives to describe how great this practice is. It’s true birds of a feather flock together, this flock is led by Dr Michelle and everyone in the office follows her lead! It doesn’t matter if you’re nine or 90 if you’re looking for a dental practice that will treat you like you’re the only patient they have then this is the place for you! Amanda, Shelby, Valerie, everyone associated with this office is as nice as can be! They treat you like family and that’s a great feeling... especially if you’re terrified of the dentist ( like I used to be before I met Dr Michelle!) You have to love a practice that makes sure they use your signature color (purple) every time they can when they work on you...including those rubber bridges that they have to use when they’re doing a filling! You will be so glad you found this practice!! Heaven knows I am!

I've always been pretty terrified of the dentist. When I booked my first appointment here it couldn't have gone any better. The entire staff was so understanding and accepting of my fear and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable each and every appointment. They are all so sweet, kind, and personable. I couldn't ask for better staff. I really cant see myself going anywhere else. The office itself is beautiful as well. They did an amazing job with the Interior. I am always warmly welcomed at my visits and they always remember my name! What a great way to start my visit :) Once in the chair they ask personal questions that shows they know my family and I, often remembering things we talked about at our last visit - impressive! The hygienists are very familiar with my teeth and issues and I appreciate that. I've had newer staff work on my teeth, but I much prefer the seasoned staff members. Dr. Lumsdon is extremely friendly and personable and I've honestly not had a better dentist. As far as I'm concerned my family will remain loyal to this office for as long as possible! We live on the complete opposite end of town, but we kept you as our dentist for a reason!

Took my daughters (11 and 13) here today for the first time and the experience was great. We met 4-5 of the staff and everyone was really nice and welcoming. Things were explained well before the girls went in as well as after for the recommended service. They know what our dental insurance covers so everything was correctly billed. They are all very competent, honest, trustworthy and pay attention to detail. Whenever I needed additional work done, they had crunched all the numbers and figured out how much my cost would be before I made it back to the reception to make my next apt. They have all been so nice and sweat to my children whenever they had to tag along. Always felt taken care of. They genuinely care for the well being of their patients. Dr. Lumsdon even took the time to send me a card signed by her and the whole staff when she found out my dad was hospitalized for chemo treatments. Doctor Lumsdon and every member of her staff is by far the best you’ll find in Indiana!

Love this office!! Everyone is very patient and understanding. My 4 year old had to get a cavity fixed and they did great with her. I love how they call shots “sprays” to avoid kids getting scared. I had to get 3 cavities fixed and it only took an hour. I’m very impressed. I finally look forward to the dentist.
