My husband recently went to this place with a coupon for new client cleaning, buyer beware! They use this to lure you in and makeup a bunch of treatment that you need done. According to them he had gum disease, had four cavities and the fee to extract two normal wisdom teeth was astronomical! Long story short we went to get a second opinion and turned out he didn't have gum disease o me cavities! Why are places like this still in business! Oh and he didn't even get the cleaning he paid for, I don't recommend this place as the obviously not a legit business.

I have been to several dentist offices in my life and although many have great technology and hospitality none come even close to match the service I receive here. The technology is up to date and world class. Also everyone in the office makes me feel like I am the only patient they care for all day. They go out of their way to take care of me, talk with me, and are sincerely interested in my life. They are an incredible team and I recommend everyone I meet to this office!

I just had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Nam and Broad Ripple Family Dental. I usually have a lot of anxiety about seeing the dentist, but I had a tooth that was bothering me so it was time to go. They got me in for a cleaning and repaired a filling that came out in a very timely manner. The experience and staff really made me feel comfortable and made sure the whole process was as painless as possible. If it's been a while since you seen a dentist and you want to go to a practice that really cares about their patients I really recommend Broad Ripple Family Dental.

I recently needed a new dentist and thought I would try Broad Ripple Family Dental via a recommendation from a friend. I can report that I have been very happy with their service. I have needed some deep cleanings and a few small cavities filled. They take the time to explain everything they are doing and even give options to meet certain preferences on how to deal with any potential discomfort. The receptionists are very helpful and knowledge able. Their hygienists' have the best bedside manner I have experienced of any medical service I have had done. It seems they really care about your well being and comfort. I know insurance probably varies person to person but it seems the costs are very reasonable as well.

I did not wait more than 2 minuets. Personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, persistent and considerate. The licensed dental hygienist ( Nova I believe) explained what she was doing not only why cleaning my teeth but also why the office was taking picture of my teeth. Kept conversation lively. Hard to respond sometimes since cleaning utensil was in my mouth. Dentist came in said everything looked good, asked if I drank coffee, asked how my Thanksgiving was ( which made me realize her only concern was not just my teeth!. All the employees were conversational and I would highly recommend this office. Thank you.

Initially the appointment was set a few months later due to how busy they are; however, they had an opening and got me a spot two days later instead! Change to Broad Ripple Family Dental after my dentist retired. My husband and I had been with our former dentist for over 30 years. We religiously had teeth cleanings twice a year. When we changed over to BRFD my husband had many issues, and the staff and dentist at Broad Ripple Family Dental rectified those problems with deep gum cleanings and recommendations for him to follow for a healthier mouth. The practice has up to date equipment/technology where the patient can view images of areas of concern. The employees are considerate, friendly, and answer questions with proactive recommendations.
