Hello! I've been coming to Bright Now for a few years now, and as a result have made significant improvements in my dental health! Part of this success goes to the persistence of my wife, but the majority goes to my dental hygientist, Marsha. She's always a pleasure and makes the experience worth repeating. The two young ladies at the front desk are also always fantastic. They are always chipper (even during my 8am appointments), and get a few laughs out me.

I can not express enough how wonderfully surpised I was with the fast and easy set up of my first appointment as a new patient. The entire staff is simply awesome! I had been putting off some major work but Dr. Ervin and his team of professionals mapped out a comprehesive treament plan maximizing my dental insurance and minimizing my out of pocket costs. Moreover, there were very accomendating with my hectic work schedule. Dr. Ervin and his Dental Assistant worked seamlessly and with great efficiency..most of all ensuring that I was comfortable as possible throughout the entire procedure. I even received a personal follow up call for Dr. Ervin himself later that evening. I am impressed and highly recommend Dr. Ervin and the Bright Now! Dental Team on 56th Street.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! I made a new patient appointment for a cleaning, came in, they did a quick examination on me, told me no x-ray tech was available, and told me to make another appointment. Then, the day before that appointment, they called me and said their hygienist (I guess they only have one?) would be out for a while. So I made a new appointment for today. After waiting 40 mins past my appointment time (during which time they sent 2 other patients away because they couldn't do whatever they had scheduled them to do today), I went back, got x-rays, and then the dentist did this thing where he poked the gums on each tooth, both sides, and assigned it a number. It took forever and hurt like hell. Not once in my 38 years has a dentist ever done anything like that. Then, they told me to MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR MY CLEANING!! That's right, they never bothered to tell me there was no hygienist today either, and they wanted me to make a THIRD appointment just for a simple 6 month cleaning! Needless to say, I informed them I will never be back. If you feel like you have too much time and need to waste some of it, by all means, make an appointment with these people.

I was nervous about my appointment cause I don't like going to the dentist. Everyone made we feel very welcomed and at ease. The office manager Ella Earley and her staff was very professional and was able to get my Military pre-auth done quickly. Ms.Brooke, the hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth, I did not feel nothing. Dr Ervin is a very knowledgeable dentist and help me understand what I could do to maintain my healthy teeth. I got all my work done in one visit. Was shown LOVE from start to finish! I still don't like coming to the Dentist, but if I have to go, it will be Bright Now Dental on E. 56th Street.

I've been with Dr. Ervin since high school. When I gave birth to my youngest, who is now 6, I had cracked my tooth. He filled it and it didn't take him long at all. Now, I must go back to him, as I have a cracked tooth that may require it to be pulled, unfortunately, and some other dental issues. Staff is courteous, caring and office is very clean and bright.

I had my first visit here about mid April 2018. Before I even made it to the dental chair I realized these people were A-mazing! I got a flat on my way there and the office manager of all people, Ms Earley offered help without a second thought. Once I did make it to the chair I was met with the very pleasant and attentive assistant Janine. She was very polite and made sure I was comfortable and even engaged in a little nice conversation. Then I met Dr. Ervin~Dr. Ervin did something I really appreciated. He didn't just introduce himself then hop into my mouth. I feel like he actually took a few moments to get an idea of who I am, am what I am looking to achieve with my dental health. There was no question asked that he wasn't able to immediately answer. I have what's called "white coat" syndrome and even though my blood pressure may have said different I was completely comfortable and relaxed. I look forward to starting my treatment. I would suggest this office to anyone looking for the perfect dental TEAM;-)

They are not professional, my original visit was for cleaning and 2 months later still no cleaning. They cancel my appointment twice and didnt finish a root canal with crown because lack of staff....I highly not recommended this place has no hygienists on staff .

BrightNow Dental was an ok dentist until I made an appointment & went in that morning at my scheduled time just to be turned away because I missed an appointment a few months before. Which was because of family emergencies. I even called & left messages on their answering machines to reschedule & they never called me back. So my tooth started hurting really bad & I made an appointment. Went in & the dentist turned me away with an excruciating hurting tooth just bcuz I missed an appointment a few months before. I've never been turned away from a doctor or dentist before. I found it to be very unprofessional from the dentist standpoint because he didn't even talk to me. The assistant did. I will never go back & I will not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Most people fear going to the dentist; either because of the fear of possible pain to their mouth or the fear of the pain to their pockets! Dr. Irwin and his team are knowledgeable, caring, and always willing to make my needs as a patient are met! I've never had to worry about being overcharged; both Wendy & Ola (the ladies in office) really know how insurance companies work. They always make sure that I'm using my insurance in a way that benefits me best. Dr. Irwin and the dental team are gentle and thorough in their dental practices. What I appreciate most about Dr. Irwin is his willingness to answer ALL of my questions before AND after any procedure... he listens! He has never completed any work that was unnecessary; and when there was an emergency on the weekend, he made an appointment to see me within a hour without hesitation! I feel that he (and his team) truly cares about my dental health. I have been a patient for at least 10 years now. I recommend them without any hesitation!
