I really enjoy Ball Dentistry. I've been seen by Dr. Andrea Ball several times and once by her husband. They've done my cleanings and I chose them for my veneers. It was a great experience and they worked very hard to make sure I was completely comfortable and happy. Everyone I've come into contact with has been exceptionally client focused. I literally recommend this office to everyone who asks about good dentists in Indy.

do not go unless u want to be treated like a piece of meat came in for a deep cleaning dr dont greet u no one explain treatment numb my mounth did treatment then after went to make new appointment and was told that will be 385.00 can u make payment today i was shocked that was my cost after insurace never going back

Great experience! My cleaning was thorough and the hygenist (Leslie?) was patient and personable, and there was no gum pain I had experienced after cleanings at my former dentist. So glad I switched to Ball Dentistry!

I recently took my 95-year-old father to see Dr Gary Ball at Ball Dentistry. He can no longer walk, and transferring him is difficult for me to do by myself. I called ahead of arrival and Thomas, a dental assistant at Ball Dentistry, met me outside and helped me get Dad out of the car, into his wheelchair, into the building, and from there on handled everything for Dad. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Thomas ... he was patient, kind, funny, an absolute gem. I learned that previously he worked with elderly in a facility, and therefore knows exactly how to help them. He made what could have been a difficult dentist visit an enjoyable experience!

Dr. Craig Ball and the rest of the team at Ball dentistry are hands down the best in the profession. They are easy to work with on payments and handling complicated insurance situations. Since I’ve moved back from Los Angeles Dr. Craig Ball is all I’ve seen for my dental needs , including my wife , 2 year old soon and now parents ! Thanks Dr. Craig !

Horrible, Horrible. Be prepared to get double billed. I got an estimate for work, agreed to the price. After work was completed I was given an invoice and paid the invoice in full. Now they are billing me for more money after the fact. Go some where else that will be honest with you.

I'm wondering if the couple of bad reviews here are mistaken about where they went. My experience with Ball Dentistry has been nothing but amazing. And that's hard to say about any dentist! I've seen Dr. Andrea mostly, she did a LOT of necessary work on me, and looking back at what could have been a miserable experience, I have no memories of pain or discomfort or stress whatsoever--she (and all of the staff) is caring, patient, and really listens and works with you to make everything as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended!
