I switched to those office because it was closers to my home. It was a great office. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist Angilee to the dentist Dr. Bacsa was very friendly and helpful. He always remembers something from our previous conversations (I see him about twice a year), his bedside manner is superb (I wish I could find a PCP like Dr. Bacsa). He's patient, lets me ask any questions I have and thoughtfully answers them, he's very professional, kind, and great at his job. His office is modern and he uses up-to-date and new technology to make your experience better. His work has been excellent. His staff have also been excellent. When I got new dental insurance I spent several weeks researching to find a really good dentist and it paid off very well.

Love this facility. The receptionist is always smiling and engaging. The dental hygienist are personable too. Dr. Basca is amazing. I have never had a Dentist this considerate about his work and patient care. He talks you through everything, ask if you need breaks, or anything additional from him. After being told my daughter needed two teeth extracted I took her to Emerson Avenue Dental for a second opinion. The second we walked in the doors we were met by kind and welcoming staff. This office is by far one of the best offices on the south side of Indianapolis. I have been to several dentists trying to find one to stay with and the office has very friendly and personable staff. They ensure that you are taken care of and comfortable, and they are also very quick. I left the office feeling they had my best interests in mind. Also there was no pressure to develop a long term expensive treatment plan. I will definitely be sticking with Dr. Bacsa and his staff for the foreseeable future.

I also appreciate that appointment reminders are given via email and text, the office calls to check up on me, and I'm certain that if I have an issue in the future that all staff will go out of their way to ensure my satisfaction and great care. I highly and absolutely recommend Emerson Ave Dental!!!!! From office staff, to dental assistants, to the dentist himself...The customer service is absolutely amazing!!! The staff is very friendly and courteous and make you feel comfortable in one of the scariest places in the world (the dentist office!). On one occasion I had gotten some fillings completed and a few days later i was still feeling some discomfort. The Dr offered to adjust the filling (at no cost!) but kept in touch with me to make sure that it was doing better...and the next time i was in the office, remembered to ask about the tooth. They make you feel like you are part of the family.

My teeth are SO clean! It feels like I have a brand new set of teeth. Ashley did a great job cleaning my teeth. I hadn't been to the dentist in about 2 years, so there was quite a bit of work to do, but she was very diligent in her work and effective at removing the plaque and tartar. One of my favorite shows, 'Fixer Upper', was playing on the TV too. Overall great experience and great care. They worked me in on a tight deadline when they had a cancellation too. Thanks guys!

I went yesterday for a 6-month x-ray and cleaning. Ashley did a great job with the cleaning and with answering questions. The front office team did a good job of explaining my treatment plan and working with me to figure out options since what I need done won’t be covered by my insurance for a while. Their office is moving soon. It will be a little farther for me to travel for future visits, but it’s worth it to go here for the care.

We have been going to Emersona Avenue Dental for years now. I am continually amazed at how kind Dr. Bacsa and his staff are to all their clients. They know them by name and greet them when coming in for an appointment. My husband had a lot of dental work needed and Dr. Bacsa worked on all of the items needing to be addressed (in priority order) appointment by appointment and now he is almost done. The one dentist my husband trusts. I wish they were open on Fridays for appointments. You won't regret doing to Emerson Avenue Dental!

Dr. Basca is a wonderful dentist and really cares about patients, even if they are not his. My regular dentist is on vacation and of course my crown decides to pop off. I had called the dentist that is supposed to be filling in twice and have had no reply at all. I spoke to a person each time and they both stated that they could not get into the scheduling system and this was three days apart. Lucky for me my dentist's receptionist was in and was able to find me a place to go that charges about the same as mine and is just as good as mine. Thank you Dr. Basca and staff for being so kind and offering services when my dentist is away.

My entire family visits the office, and we've yet to have a bad experience. The entire staff there is great. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and ready to work with you to take care of just about anything, and will work on your schedule. Dr. Bacsa and the team are always great about stopping to explain and inform about what any and all issues are. They don't just tell you, but they also show you your X-ray(s) and explain. Instead of someone trying to sell you on the latest and greatest, Dr. Bacsa will first make sure your teeth are healthy, then he will give you options (if you wish) on other services, upgrades. He is very trustworthy and honest. They tell you exactly what they are doing to your teeth before they do it. I also like that they will give you the exact amount you will owe after insurance before you elect any service. They have the latest technology and you even get to watch tv while being worked on. I recommend this dentist-his staff is excellent too!

Update - Was in for 2nd time this week and office staff was great again. My work schedule is difficult to get in during day and I requested to be on a call list. I got a call in afternoon that they had a 5p opening and it worked great for me! Had a cleaning with Jessica W and she was really nice and friendly. Dr. Bacsa and staff were great! Dr. took time to explain to me what was happening during my procedure of getting a crown replaced. Along with that he was polite and gentle. For someone who has a small fear of some dental procedures outside of normal cleaning, this eased my mind. I would recommend this office without reservation. Scheduling was easy, reminder emails were helpful with my busy schedule of full time work and coaching. This office knows how to treat their patients!!!!
