I was told that I needed a root canal, but went to another dentist and was told that my teeth looked fine and that they would keep an eye on some potential cavities. Please go to another dentist for a second opinion! Also, I was required to put a down payment on a filling, but decided to no longer receive the service. As a result, I asked for a refund multiple times, but was ignored. Very unfortunate that I am not able to write a pleasant review.

I figured having cavities filled after a rough day at work would be adding insult to injury — but I left feeling like my entire day had turned around instead. The atmosphere is very familial and kind; it’s clear everyone respects and enjoys one another. Dr. Banks explained everything before she did it and continually checked in with me for consent and if I was feeling any pain. I walked in exhausted and upset, but left feeling calm and taken care of, like I’d spent time with friends. If I’d known there were dental centers like this out there, I’d have left my old dentist years ago!

Amazing family dentist for anyone in SoBro or Broad Ripple area. Had a crown come off in front, had me in in 6 hours and painlessly replaced it and sent me on my way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a skilled local dentist!

The atmosphere and staff make you feel like family. Dr. Banks is sure to make you feel comfortable and clearly explains what shes doing. Best of all, the staff takes their time with you as a patient and not a number.

My mom is 91 years old with Dementia. Dr. Banks extended Grace & compassion along with demonstrating her patients towards a patient (my mom) with Dementia. She took time with my mother and listened to the dental need and care. While at the same time comforting my sister and I during the visit.

This office seems to care more about overselling unnecessary services than providing appropriate treatments to patient. Not going back.

I wanted so badly to love this dentist. Unfortunately, Dr. Major-Banks told my husband he had 9 cavities. Upon getting s second opinion with another dentist, they said he had one spot that they would keep an eye on, no cavities. They still use film x-rays, so assuming the best, maybe their images were bad. Regardless, not ok to misdiagnose that badly. Edited after response: We did request his imaging. The dentist who provided the second opinion said it looked like it was a cell phone picture and she could not use the images. She took new bite-wings, but since our insurance only covers full mouth every 3 years, we did our best with what we were given. I feel so frustrated that you would want to suggest we discuss your diagnosis again. He left work early and showed up to the follow up appointment that your team failed to hold on your calendar. If you truly think he has 9 cavities that need filling, please come sit down with us and our new dentist and explain what evidence you have that she's not seeing.
