I agree with the previous statement, that this facility has the worst customer service & treatment, I've ever seen. The west side location should be shut down. I've had nothing but problems with them. The woman who is on the phone today is very rude. If I talked to people at my job the way she does, I would be fired. She knows better than to act like that. Shame on her. Little Miss Attitude was cocky & arrogant. I'm a customer who deserves respect. You are supposed to hear me out, not cut me off & keep talking. The disrespectful women in that establishment make it GHETTO! The act needs cleaned up. And why would it be ok for someone to wear feathers on their eyelashes while they are performing expensive dental work that costs a lot of money? Unprofessional! #shoddywork

One of the ONLY places that I've been able to go to without the fear of it being painful...both in my mouth & my wallet...LOL! Dr. Lei & his staff are very friendly, patient, professional, and care about any fears, the health of your teeth, and, most importantly, care that you have a wonderful smile when all is said & done. Because of the wonderful service that I have been receiving from them, I, also, have talked my sons' (in their 20's) into going to them, & my husband, as well as he's been referring many of his co-workers & friends to them, also. Many "thank you's" from the Blackford family!

This place was great I went to get 3 teeth pulled and I’m terrified of the dentist panic attacks and all and every other person I’ve been to always tells me it’s not going to be painful but it always is .. but today I actually will say I’m going to be going back to this place because it wasn’t painful at all and the lady at the desk was supper nice the nurse that helped me do my xrays was awesome soooo nice and the actual dentist Dan was super nice and took care of my teeth he definitely knows what he’s doing !!!! We will be back !!!!

Dr. Dan tried to pull my wisdom teeth out but the next day I was in the hospital for 4 days my problem with him is he should of left my teeth alone if he didn't know what he was doing for a little while I was scared to let anybody in my mouth cause of what he put me through on my first time ever to this office location I had all my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday tho at a 24 hr dental she was great Mr. Dan is a nice Dr but I'm sorry never will he ever get me back in the office

Dr. Dan is a very good dentist that takes pride in his work. All the care givers working at Affordable Dental are polite and very good and cutouts with all there clients . Dr. Dan is very easy to talk, he also makes you very comfortable.I have been to other dentist in the past that I feel could have made me more comfortable about what I was about to go through Dr. Dan let's you know what needs to be done first to get to the problem cousin the most problems that need to be addressed first to get to where your smile looks great and what is causing the pain and dist comfort with your teeth. I highly recommend Affordable dental as your choice for all you and your family's dental needs once you have had your dental needs taken care of their you would be glad and at ease your dental cares have been taking care of in the best manner possible,and the next time you need care for dental you will not think of no other place to go knowing your needs will be taken care off by a caring Dr. And staff

Dr Dan and his assistant is the best. I'm so scard of getting shots and he was so good his assistant stayed with me and just talked to me she keeped me from having a panic attack i thank she was my lifesavers that day. I wii only go to him now thank you
