My experience with Advanced Family Dentistry has been amazing! I went to Dr.Taler for help with a serious tooth infection that could have ended my life if not treated. He and his staff made me feel at ease as they did extensive work with a failed root canal on one of my front teeth. In the matter of a few months, I had a new implant that brought my smile back to life! Since then, I have brought my son there to get braces and they did a wonderful job on them too. He loves Dr. Taler as much as I do. I highly recommend their services. They're very flexible with scheduling and payment plans too. Dr Taler is the best! I was in excruciating dental pain over the weekend with what I found out to be a horrible abscess and was in need of a root canal. My dentist wasn't able to see me and Dr Taler graciously saw me over the weekend and took care of me. The experience was painless and wonderful (which is not easy for me to say as I really do not enjoy getting dental work done). He is a warm and patient dentist who cares about his patients and has great bedside manner. Dr. Taler and his staff at Advanced Family Dentistry are truly wonderful. I had an issue with a dental implant placed years ago by another dentist as well as several crowns and a bridge that had gone bad. Dr. Taler was able to fix my smile and it looks and feels better than it ever did before. I used to have to go to a different doc for the root canal then for the extractions etc. but he does all the work himself at one office. When I think of going to the dentist, I cringe with fear. This is perhaps a result of poor dentistry in my past along with the pain associated with it. My experience with Dr. Taler erased these negative associations with dentistry. I felt no pain while receiving a crown nor did I even feel the lidocaine shot! I had my wisdom teeth pulled here and my recovery was incredible! I fully expected to be swollen all day and be in pain for a week but I was fine besides spitting up a bit of blood over the next few days. I was almost disappointed with how in my mind I was right after because my pain medication and the aftermath of my operation didn't get me high! All in all the recovery was great. 10/10 would pull teeth here again!

This was me and my three children's dentist. My children loved Dr. Talor and I loved Dr. Taylor for my children. Recently I agreed to have a cavity repaired. I had an appointment time I was on time for. I was taken back to a room on time. I was given shots of novocaine in my gums on time. After 40 minutes of waiting (time I had taken off work) Dr. Taylor appears from a dental surgery that was scheduled at the last minute according to him. He begins drilling on my tooth which of course is no longer numb. Of course it hurts. Of course I'm mad and upset. We end the 1 1/2 hour visit for a cavity repair being free of charge....That was the beginning of September. Today mid-november I receive a letter from Dr. Taylor dropping me and my children from his practice. All I can say is WOW! What has the healthcare industry come to. He screwed up and me and my children get screwed...Thank you Dr. Taylor for giving good people one more reason not to trust medical professionals.

New schools for the kids, searching for new favorite places to eat, and the responsibility of finding a replacement of family doctors. After getting settled in I was lucky enough to walk into advanced family dentistry. I was greeted with warm smiles from friendly faces not only from the staff but the doctors as well. Dr. Taler made me feel like I was visiting the home of an old friend that I had known for years. I recently had a deep cleaning done of under my gums which I have had done before at other dentist offices. Since this practice prides itself on not only service but also keeping up with cutting edge and modern technologies this procedure was pain free, much quicker, and my teeth have never looked so good. He took the time to show me some of his new modern day tools that seemed right out of a science fiction magazine, and how they worked. He assured me that it was no extra charge for this new technology but more efficient and less evasive. I was more than impressed and you could tell Dr. Taler took great pride in his work and genuinely cared for my well being. I've been going to Advanced Family Dentistry for a number of years and, even after moving to the other side of town, this is where I'll continue to go - its the best experience I've had as an adult going to the dentist (and I've, unfortunately, had my share of poor dental experiences). The staff is very caring and genuine, checking in on things I've shared in previous visits and making sure I'm comfortable and my needs are met. They make sure I understand what's going on and that my questions are answered, whether about insurance or my teeth. What can I say about Advanced Family Dentistry? I came to them after having a horrendous experience with another dentist who set my filling incorrectly and caused me no end of suffering. They refused to fix it. One of my family members recommended Advanced Family Dentistry. Not only was I told they were warm and courteous, but they also had late afternoon appointments available. I changed dentists post-haste. Dr. Arazi, Dr. Taler, and the employees who work at Advanced Family Dentistry are all consummate professionals. Their customer service is outstanding, and they seem to be extremely knowledgeable of their craft. Certainly, the plethora of certificates on the walls speak to this. I see them even though they are not in my dental insurance network. I may pay more, but I have peace of mind that I am in good hands. I just can't say enough good about them. I moved to IN about a year ago and read a lot of reviews before I decided on this office... I fear the dentist. Hands down, I couldn't be happier. Dr. Taler and staff are the best. I have moved around the US most of my adult life (that's a lot of years) for the military and have had many good (and not so good) dentists. Dr. Taler is by far my favorite EVER. Growing up I dreaded going to the desist office and made a conscious decision as a child to stop when I became an adult. Luckily, I found Dr. Taler through a freind and I actually look forward to my dentist visits now. The staff are very friendly, personable and treat you like family. I would recommend this office to anyone who might not like having dental work done. They walk you through every step from start to finish and really set your mind at ease!

The team at Advanced Family Dentistry did a great job for me. About three years ago I asked them for advise with my teeth concerning gum decease, crooked teeth, and one tooth that was about to fall out. They recommended a course of treatment starting with Ortho, then replacing the rotted tooth with an implant while the braces were still on! After it was all done, I now have healthy teeth and to think, I started down this path at the age of 50, it's never too late to improve your smile and the overall health of your teeth!

The office manager was very patient and really explained how my insurance works and the best way to max my benefits. Brittany was very helpful with explaining exactly what they were going to do and why. And Dr. Taler is the coolest dentist I've ever met. It was like talking to my neighbor. I had a root canal, a crown and my wisdom teeth removed at my first visit. It's going to be great to be out of pain and get to sleep again. I highly recommend Advanced Family Dentistry to everyone. I can't understand why Dr Taler has so many good reviews. I was a patient at this practice for years. I felt very uncomfortable with Dr Taler, I found him to be pushy and artificial. I stopped visiting this practice when Dr Arazi left. I was told that Dr Arazi was no longer practicing but I'm happy to have found he has a new practice in Carmel. Dr Taler may be an adequate dentist, but I found him personally off-putting.

I currently have adult braces in preparation for my upcoming wedding and the staff has helped me find easy financing and has give me helpful tips to make the braces more tolerable. As a doctor, I understand the importance of oral health and its connection to the body as a whole.
