Great staff! Everyone was so lovely. The three women that were behind the counter when I walked in all made eye contact and smiled right away! Then the X-ray tech Collena(sp?) and the hygienist Adriana were super friendly and kind, checking a bunch to make sure there was not any pain and went over why they were doing different things. And the dentist Gia was super great too (thank goodness I didn’t have any issues that required more time with her).

I love this office!! I was extremely nervous about finding a new dentist (my previous dentist I had seen for over 20 years - clearly I am not in love with change!) but Dr. Hayes and her staff made it so easy to transition! Her hygienists and assistants are so personable and make me feel so welcome! Dr. Hayes is so friendly and kind. She had to do a filling for me the first time I met her and she made the whole experience a great one. Overall, Second Street Dental is AMAZING!

Going to the dentist has always made me anxious; I have never liked the process. That is, until recently. I have been a patient of Dr. Hayes' for almost a year, and every encounter I've had with the office has been wonderful. My hygienist, Laura, is awesome! She is fast, gentle, and easy to talk to. Dr. Hayes has en excellent bedside manner and will answer any question you have. Laura is my hygienist and does a fabulous job of cleaning while also being gentle. Sonia makes you feel right at home and you forget your at the dentist when you are speaking with her. Janelle has been incredibly helpful whenever I have had a pricing or insurance question and her smile makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. I was impressed by the professional work done and how they explained everything they were doing, including my bill, which was completely accurate. I never had to be concerned about owing extra because they found out exactly what insurance would cover. Second Street is also very relational with their clients. It makes it much easier and less stressful because everyone makes you feel at home. I like their honesty about the work they were doing. I never had to be concerned about anything because they showed me exactly what needed to be done with state of the art equipment. If you are looking for a reliable and professional dentist in the St. Charles, IL area then Second Street Dental is great place to go. I would highly recommend them!
