To the young lady who helped me make an appointment for my children her name is Shannon. She was so thorough about my children’s upcoming appointment. The day of my children’s appointment we were greeted with pleasant smiles and the professional staff. We didn’t have to much of a wait but my children who are 3 and 4 were impatient (I mean at that age everything takes a long time). We then got to see the Famous Dr.Hill that Shannon had previously told me about. She took very good care of my two boys who have never been to a dentist office and got me on a great start for a healthier and brighter smile for my boys. I thanked her for her patience because my boys were a little obnoxious she replied “It”s fine” my boys thanked her and got a special treat bag. To say the least my boys were so excited about their visit the 4 year old was telling everyone who he’d encountered about his special visit. Thanks family Dental Care

5 stars well deserved! I was nervous about having a procedure done. From the moment I waited in the waiting room, my dentist recognized me and said hello. The dentist, who did my root canal, kept me informed throughout the process. That somehow took the nervousness away. Her assistant was amazing too.. By the end of my procedure, the lady at the front desk asked me, “how did it go?”…I was truly wowed! Is simple things these that made it such a great visit. You don't feel like a number, you feel more like patient who is ready to be taken care of. There is a lot of team work at Family Dental Care and that made a difference as well. I visit Family Dental Care every 6 months for my routine exam and cleaning. Why you ask? Because every time o go there they take good care of me and my teeth. From the moment I enter their front door I'm greeted with the friendliest smiles. I feel good going there knowing that they remember me from my last visit and know me. Usually I have anxiety about seeing a different provider but not when I go to Family Dental Care because I know that whomever I see will treat me with respect and listen to my concerns and answer all of questions. Last but not least, I never have an issue getting an appointment and the office is so clean every time o go which makes me feel good about getting service there. My Hygienest, Jennifer, is very gentle and does an awesome job cleaning my teeth. My dentist, Dr. Lambert, is very personable and takes her time to answer my questions. The assistants are all very nice as well. I love FDC 159!

Dr.Lambert is the best she has great personality after having bad experiences I felt so comfortable with her I even had a drilling and before I would of rathered a pulled tooth love her and recommend her to all. This is my 2ond review Dr Lambert makes sure you are completely satisfied with whatever work she has done for you. I had a partial made by another dentist it lasted 2 years within the first 2 wks a tooth fell out of it and costed me 75.00 to be glued back in Dr Lambert guarantees the work as long as you come in for reg cleanings and routine appointments. I asked all the tough questions and have been assured I will be taken care of. I highly recommend Dr Lambert the cost is low but the quality care you receive is 5 star. Thank you to all the staff you are awesome.

I absolutely love the office and the staff, other than the long wait times. I had a 3:00pm appointment for a cleaning; it was 3:45, no one informed me that there was a delay or why. I finally had to ask the front desk what was going on and they told me that the hygienist and the specialist were sharing a room, so essentially my appointment time was being shared with someone else, so I had to wait an excessively long time.
