Terrible office. Entire staff is very rude. Dentist dont even introduce himself, not even eye contact! Prices are double other offices. They are not caring or willing to work with their patients, even tho they are small children. And my gosh their receptionist is the most unfriendly person I have ever met. Who allows that behavior as the "face" of the buisness. Pathetic office. Ill drive to another county befor my daughter ever goes back here!!

Super rude receptionist on the phone and in person, they refused to see my special needs daughter after we where unable to make 1 appointment to which we did call in advance to let them know we where canceling. Dr Rick was also rude, when I came in with my then 6 year old autistic daughter I tryed to speak to him about her teeth to which he completely ignored me and the asked the same questions I had just tryed to address with him to his assistant. Then he walked away and never said a word to me the whole appointment not even an introduction. Needless to say I was no impressed and I'm very upset because we are having a hard time finding a dentist that specializes in special needs patients. 0

They have false documentation in their charting of my childs visits as no shows that have not happened and my childrens fathers ex wife down on my childs account as well. They would send infromation to her as on my childs appointments when she was due which is an obvious violation of HIPAA. The front office staff needs some definite training, although Dr. Rick is very gentle and is a great dentist and has a great chairside manor.

Absolute worst front desk staff ever and to say best pediatric dentist care in peoria hahaha yea f***** right. On top of that How is that you can get dropped for not responding to a letter that you never received. Goes to show how much this office cares about children... They really need to find new front desk staff because how could you represent company in such a unprofessional rude way.

Receptionists are just as rude and disrespectful as Dr. Rick himself. If I could give this office zero stars I would. It is not very clean either, in fact it’s kind of disgusting, just like the employees attitudes. Do not take your children here. Not only does Dr. Rick do unnecessary work to charge your insurance more money but his work isn’t even very good. My children’s new dentist even said he has a horrible reputation amongst other dentists.It was a huge mistake ever even taking my children here. I would highly recommend anyone searching for a dentist to look elsewhere!

Secretary staff are all rude and don't know how to use their computers. They claim you don't know how to sign yourself in. If you get frustrated in the least, that goes in your child's file and they will refuse to see you the next visit. If you want to be treated like a person, go somewhere else!

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!!! This place is not only disgusting, but the Dr. and the staff are absolutely horrible!!!! They’ve not only broken HIPPA laws, but had the nerve to Lie and deny it when I had physical proof. If you actually care about your children I would never take them here in 1 million years.

All 3 of my kids are patients of Dr rick. Very professional and does awesome work. Would recommend him to anyone! Great with children with special needs.

Dr. Rick and his awesome staff have been my kids' dentist for a couple of years now and we couldn't be happier! They are very patient and gentle with the kids! Even my 4 year old loves going and having his teeth cleaned. Thanks Dr. Rick and staff for the amazing job you do with these kids!!

They are horrible i missed 2 app one was bc i lost 2family memebers and had alot going on with my grandma whos health ant the greatest had funerals going on forgot to call now they are saying its in there policey and will not except my son back. I would not use them
