I saw a one star review and had to offer my opinion. Two years ago, Dr Jurado evaluated my then 5 year old who had tooth decay that his regular dentist was concerned needed treatment that she could not provide. Dr. Jurado is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and works extremely well with small children. We have continued to see him for regular evaluations over the last two years and totally trust his expertise. My son ended up needing an extraction and fillings a year and a half later. It was performed by his colleagues. As the head of dentistry at Children’s Hospital he is extremely busy and sees patients only one day a week at the Deming clinic, so it is hard to get an appointment with him. He has also trained most if not all the other dentists in the practice. This is a busy clinic and I understand that the office may have dropped the ball with the other patient who is reviewed here, but Dr Jurado is a true professional that we feel lucky to have found.

Dentist was really nice, worked well with my child. The front desk is a total wreck. I was told I'd hear back within 2-4 weeks to have oral surgery scheduled for my daughter. Called the office at 3 weeks then at 5 weeks. No returned phone call, then called my insurance company only to find out the office never submitted to them for approval for dental work. Will certainly be taking this up with patient relations. Im sorely disappointed.
