I had the most amazing dental cleaning in recent times yesterday! The hygienist was amazing and had really good wisdom to impart after my cleaning to help me better care for my teeth. Also, my dentist Dr. Johnson is the most amazing professional dentist I have ever encountered. He is so knowledgeable and really good at what he does. My daughter is now seeing him and she was immediately happy to have switched dentist.

Great place great people. I started coming here a couple years ago when Dr. Johnson joined Diverde. My biggest worry with any dentist is trust. Trust is everything with your dental care because like anything else, I have experienced dentists in the past that would do unnecessary work or quick to pull the trigger on an issue. I never had that problem with Dr. Johnson and I soon discovered that the Diverde group is a group you can trust. I have lived out of state for six years and still make the drive to have the Diverde group be my dental team.

I get great service every time, the waiting room is nice and the patient rooms have a great view of Grant Park and the lake. Every thing is explained to me and scheduling a follow up appointment is easy. I love that they are a family and a team. I would recommend and I have anyone to go to THIS dentist.

I've been going to Diverde Dental Studio for 7+ years and have continued to have a great experience. From scheduling your appointment, a routine cleaning, and an exam by Dr. Diverde, it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. I also know others who are loyal patients of Diverde. A few years ago, I tried to change dentists to go to a place a bit closer to home. They told me I had multiple things wrong (including with my teeth and gums). Their solution would cost me thousands of dollars, and they were having a discount program for that month for the exact work I needed done (what a coincidence). They made me feel like I needed to take action asap. Diverde had years before fitted me with a mouthguard to help with my gum issues (I'm a teeth grinder when I sleep). I went back to Dr. Diverde for another opinion. Diverde and their periodontist examined my teeth and gums. They put my mind at ease and walked me through several options that may or may not happen years down the road. Both felt I did not need to take any kind of extreme action any time soon. Diverde also offered me an alternative option for a much much lower cost. It's a very comforting feeling knowing that you are in good hands when it comes to your health and your wallet.

They do have a great view and I never had any complaints about the service, but don't cancel an appointment, it's $50. I spent about $5,000 with them over a 10 year period, changed one appointment within 24 hours in that same period and it's like the world is ending and then they sent me to collections. Yikes. Also, they kind of nickel and dime you for things, which is fine, but again, I feel I paid for my chunk of the rock and it wasn't enough for them. I also sent them 2 referrals soo...... Bye Felecia.

Dr. DiVerde is AMAZING on so many fronts - he does great work (most important), leverages technology in a meaningful way, is an absolutely wonderful person and the entire staff is full of top notch professionals. I could not ask for a better dentist. My colleagues think it's funny that I love going to the dentist, but if you go here, you will see why. It is great to be in a positive environment with a team that clearly likes what they do and it shows to all their patients. They are this highly rated for a reason. The service deserves more than 5 stars on this place. They don't offer online bill pay or appointment booking, but they are super efficient when you call to ensure interactions are quick and efficient. I have never waited on hold or had a phone call last more than a minute or 2 to pay a bill or book an appointment. I moved out of Chicago 2 years ago and still come back to them because of my consistently positive experiences!

Who ever rates a dentist with 5 stars! No. One. Ever. Because going to the dentist is not fun. HOWEVER - every single person at Diverde is an absolute pleasure. They are always on time - no waiting - flexible with appointment times, skilled professionals and just nice people!

Had a cap dislodged on Tuesday afternoon. A quick phone call had me in the dentist's chair on Wednesday morning at 8:30 and out of the dentist's office by 9 am after a painless procedure. Teeth are fine now.

I only write reviews for the best or worst of experiences. This is the best. Ive been to a lot of dentists in 57 years, I have never looked forward to going to dentists because of the pain, so I let my teeth go. This is honestly the first time I leave my dental appointments content, not feeling like I have been mentally and physically tortured. This is definitely a dentist worth going to.
