When I discovered Dental Specialists of Niles I started enjoying going to the dentist. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. The dental cleaning treatment was done very gently and professionally. I received a lot of good oral hygiene advice and a free dental hygiene kit with tooth paste and floss. Highly recommended place for someone who is looking for great care.

I had my teeth cleaned today by Anna and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and gentle with me and my smile. Anna was gentle and made the cleaning a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend coming here for your cleanings! Such a welcoming enviornment! I left feeling more confident than ever in my smile!

Staff is super friendly and the Doctor made the appointment so comfortable for me. Dr. Anasinski explained to me all my treatment options and answered my questions very kindly.The office itself is really modern, clean, and has high-tech equipment. They were really accommodating fitting me in for an appointment especially with my random schedule so I definitely will be coming back!

They don't take insurance upfront they tell you that u will get re-embursed in 3 weeks after the procedure that was 3 months ago! When I call my insurance they say that NO CLAIM was made! This dentist office don't care they don't wanna deal with insurance company safe ur self all the drama avoid this place. Paying up front and hoping they will deal with ur insurance for re-embursment is a scam! This is Chicago with a billion dentists. Find a place that takes insurance upfront! Now I'm taking them to Skokie Civil court.

From the second I stepped into the office I was greeted with a smile and a friendly atmosphere. I was taken in right away Dr. Anasisnki and her staff really took the time to go over everything I needed done without pushing on any "extras". They were efficient, professional, and welcoming. I've been coming here for over 10 years now for bi-annual perio maintenance and have always had a great experience - so much so that even after leaving the burbs and moving deeper into the city, I still choose to make the 30+ minute trek out here. The facility comes off as modern and clean, and they do a great job in scheduling and keeping appointments so I rarely have to wait beyond my scheduled slot. They also have a great email/text confirmation system which makes remembering appointments convenient as I typically schedule 6 months ahead after each visit.

Dorothy Anasinski is one of the most professional, caring, knowledgeable doctors you will ever know. I trust her explicitly and appreciate all she has done for the health of my gums and teeth! Each and every person on her staff is so wonderful! In all my years, I have never had a bad experience nor encountered anything but the friendliest of people! The kindness and professionalism of the entire staff has certainly exceeded my expectations. This place is awesome and if I ever need anything major done again I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommended their services to anyone that needs extractions and deep cleanings. Especially for those who maybe extremely fearful of the dentist. I suffer from anxiety attacks and have to say that the thought of having my tooth (#19 molar) extracted really put my anxiety on edge. I'm sooo glad that by the stroke of luck I was referred to this dental office. Dr. Anasinski is the absolute BEST in making her patients feel comfortable during the entire process including post op. And she has extra gentle hands so you don't even know that someone is poking around your mouth(like magic). Dr. Anasinski came up with a dental treatment plan which included a deep cleaning along with my extraction and she recommends a dental implant for the extraction site. I'm truly grateful for you Dr. Anasinski. Also Christina; who provided my deep cleaning was very kind, gentle and thorough. She made my very first deep cleaning experince painless and stress free. She did a fabulous job and now my teeth look and feel fantastic. Makes me want to get a deep cleaning every week if I could :) I can't thank this office enough for all they have done for me. I wish I can give them a million stars because they derserve it! Highly recommend!!!!!
