If you're looking for a Dr. with a great personality and an excellent bedside manner, keep looking. He is not it. His unfortunate demeanor sends a direct message to his patients that he is merely doing them a favor by seeing them. Our experience: Dr. Cordell was irritated from our 20 minute late arrival (due to a traffic delay) even after we called ahead. When a question was asked about the 8K procedure that he was starting, he was annoyed and gave us an ultimatum stating that he would only do half of the procedure on this day. When we balked at the tactic change he stated "I'm giving you (my young daughter and I) five minutes to discuss it and that's it." and then he stormed off like a pediatric patient in the midst of a tantrum. Shame on him. He's the poster example for reasons why people don't like going to the dentist.

Not a fan. My child kicked and screamed while being told it's ok. It's not ok. That is no way to earn a child's trust. I've never had an extraction so painful. I am so sorry for my child who is in serious pain. I hope this reaches everyone before it's too late. It is so hard to watch your child in so much pain. BTW. I could not rate the stars any lower or else I would have.
