The new office on Addison is fantastic! I am so glad that I was recommended to this location and encourage you to bring your child here too! The facility is brand new, clean, state of the art and extremely kid friendly. The staff is so warm and welcoming. Everyone that we encountered during our visit there today was awesome. From the receptionist, to dental assistant Diana and last but not least Dr. Patel were all so great with my little ones. My two toddlers were given small goodie bags with tooth brushes, tooth paste, a timer and kid friendly floss. They even got a little prize after the visit. We had a wonderful experience at the dentist today and look forward to coming back again for 6 month check up. Thank you Bright Smiles for making the visit to the dentist fun and not scary for my kids!

Everyone here from the front desk staff to the dentist was extremely helpful friendly and professional. I made an appointment for my four children and was clueless about our new insurance and Cynthia was so patient and understanding during the back and fourth with the insurance company. It turns out they are unfortunately out of our Network which sucks because the dentist was amazing and all four of my kids loved her even my son who is afraid dentist. I would recommend them to anyone with kids in the area and out of the area (worth the drive)

I found BrightSmiles over the summer [2017] and we love them! The staff is amazing! They explain everything that's going to happen so the child [ren] understand... leaving out anything that may scare them. My youngest son [6] just had a cracked molar extracted and it was actually a great experience. Who else can call an extraction pleasant!?!?! There was not one tear, flinch or feeling of discomfort. My 2 and 4 year old daughters love coming to the dentist too. I was referred here by my sister and a best girlfriend of mine. Best referral ever. You won't be disappointed.

Great dentists! Really good staff. I was really freaked out before our first visit because my daughter have very low tolerance for pain. But they were all very patient and made our visit really easy. We went twice for fillings and everything went really well. I would hightly reccomend this place for kids dental work

The only con of our experience was the space -- there's not a lot of it, as they share a building with the Boys and Girls Club. I hope the practice will be able to expand their space in the future, or acquire larger and more comfortable premises.

The staff at BrightSmiles are a wonderful team! I’m so happy I found this place for my son and to my now 1 year old daughter (she just had her first check-up this month). My son was tramatized from the last dentist facility I took him to. So coming here was out of desesperation because my son was in pain already and I didn’t want to go back to the last dentist. But coming here I was really blown away from the minute I got there, how polite and friendly they were. Reina took care of my son for the first appointment and she got his trust right away. She is amazing. Explains everything in detail and shes very comforting. My son ended up getting a procedure done by Dr. Johny and he couldn’t have been in better hands (i’m truly grateful). We also encounter Dr. Siddiqui for my sons follow-up appoinment and for my daughters 1st appoinment. He was also awesome, very professional and caring. Coming to BrightSmiles was the best decision I made. I highly recommend them. The whole staff is patient, professional and compassionate. Thank you so much!!!!

We had initially taken my son (now 2 1/2) to our (mostly for adults) dentist, but I am so glad that we made the switch the BrightSmiles. It was really clear that everyone involved was great working with kids, and the entire experience had been carefully designed to put my son at ease and help him develop positive associations with the dentist. He especially loved the light wall, brushing the dinosaur's teeth, and the prize that he got at the end of the appointment. He's genuinely excited to go back—though he doesn't really understand what it means to have to wait six months before that will happen.

The hygienists are really good about walking through all of the steps with the boys. The dentist was amazing. We love Bright Smiles! I took my two daughters to see Dr. Menka and had the most wonderful experience. The location is very convenient and there is a big parking lot right outside. We were greeted so warmly when we walked in and my daughters went straight to the giant Lite Brite in the lobby. Their check-ups couldn’t have gone better! Everyone was so friendly, patient and thorough. They understood that my younger daughter was a little nervous as it was her first time at the dentist so they went out of their way to put her at ease and make her smile. Dr. Menka clearly loves her job and loves kids. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure that parents and kids are comfortable and happy. The day after we left both my kids asked if we could go back to the dentist! Make an appointment with Dr. Menka and your kids will love going to the dentist!

I live on the south side of Chicago and yes, I travel this far north to take my children to what I believe is one of the best pediatric dental offices yet. The staff are amazing! Very friendly atmosphere from the front desk workers on back to the hygienists and dentist! The staff have great experience with children; before they do anything, no matter how small the child is, they explain everything from the tools being used to what exactly is about to be done! Very patient and understanding. Any fears children normally have about the dentist is pretty much taken away here with ease! Great timing as well; you’re not in there all day. Free parking on the residential side of the building if you’re lucky. If you do have to pay for parking on the main street, it won’t be an arm and a leg because of the timely service! Highly recommend this place to all parents for their little ones!

We love BrightSmiles SO MUCH!! Our two boys are completely excited to visit the dentist even when both has cavities fixed. The reception area and staff are great with kids. The hygienists are really good about walking through all of the steps with the boys. The dentist was amazing. She walked me through everything and everyone let the boys dictate how fast things happen. Parents and kids super happy!! Could not recommend more.

We love Bright Smiles! I took my two daughters to see Dr. Menka and had the most wonderful experience. The location is very convenient and there is a big parking lot right outside. We were greeted so warmly when we walked in and my daughters went straight to the giant Lite Brite in the lobby. Their check-ups couldn’t have gone better! Everyone was so friendly, patient and thorough. They understood that my younger daughter was a little nervous as it was her first time at the dentist so they went out of their way to put her at ease and make her smile. Dr. Menka clearly loves her job and loves kids. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure that parents and kids are comfortable and happy. The day after we left both my kids asked if we could go back to the dentist! Make an appointment with Dr. Menka and your kids will love going to the dentist!

I live on the south side of Chicago and yes, I travel this far north to take my children to what I believe is one of the best pediatric dental offices yet. The staff are amazing! Very friendly atmosphere from the front desk workers on back to the hygienists and dentist! The staff have great experience with children; before they do anything, no matter how small the child is, they explain everything from the tools being used to what exactly is about to be done! Very patient and understanding. Any fears children normally have about the dentist is pretty much taken away here with ease! Great timing as well; you’re not in there all day. Free parking on the residential side of the building if you’re lucky. If you do have to pay for parking on the main street, it won’t be an arm and a leg because of the timely service! Highly recommend this place to all parents for their little ones!

This place refuse to see my daughter when she is still a client from this place long time ago, very bad service , they are giving me excuses to no see my daughter just because they change their insurance policies that are not even do yet until March , my daughter had a appointment already and told me that if they see her I have to pay cash when she can still be cover by her insurance, I’m super mad , I feel very dicrimanated , I will fill out a complain not happy at all.
