I have been through multitudes of dentist, but not once have a come across one as exceptional as Bedford Dental. Not only is the inside of their building spotless and orderly, so are their services. No matter your schedule, they can and will fit in an appointment. Additionally, you will never find yourself stuck there for too long, no matter the amount of people there are there that day. The waiting list is never too slow, and I can assure you that you will not only leave quick, but above all, you will leave with satisfaction. I recommend Bedford Dental to anyone seeking a well organized dental place that provides not only great services, but great customer care.

First time patient about a week ago. Didn’t have to wait long, he saw my X-rays & knew my problem right away. BUT..... I was told I didn’t have any wisdom teeth & these last few days I been having discomfort, so I went to a different dentist & I happen to find out that on the X-rays they took I do have a wisdom tooth... so sad Bedford dentist didn’t catch that.

An absolutely amazing facility. I can’t recommend Dr. Hegazy enough. I have never been happier and more excited to be going to the dentist. I had a root canal done recently and it was the most thorough and most pain-free procedure I’ve ever had done at the dentist. Dr. Hegazy made me feel comfortable the entire time, always asking me if I’m doing okay. At other dentists, I always felt like they never truly cared about the health of my teeth and only wanted to take my money. I feel the opposite here - I felt very well taken care of and Dr. Hegazy made me feel like I was the only patient in the office, and that I had all of his attention ...I felt special hehe. The staff here is very kind, and it is very clean and up-to-date in here. I can tell they have the best and latest tools and machines as well. The worst part of getting any dental procedure done is the the numbing shot, but this was the first time EVER that I could barely feel the shot. I will definitely be coming here from now on for...well, probably forever. I’ve always been scared of dentists and never had a good experience which is why it’s been YEARS since I last went, but I will definitely be coming here every six months for a check up and for any dental procedures I will need done. I’ve already recommended them to tons of my friends and family. Thank you so much Bedford Dental for finally helping me get over my fear of the dentist! :)

I'm so glad I went back. I seen Dr.Yusuf and needed another root canal. I was super comfortable, no pain while he was doing the procedure and on the plus side absolutely no pain today!! His bedside manner is perfect. A big Thank you to the staff who work there for being so friendly and awesome!

Two doctors that I want to give credit to are Dr. Amina Quadri and Dr. Ahmed Hegazy. I have seen Dr. Amina for the few years and she has been very caring and truthful about what needs to be done. Dr. Ahmed extracted a tooth with ease when i needed an emergency extraction. No pain throughout the procedure and he gave reassured me time and time again that it was going great.

Me and my son were first time patients and the dentist that seen us was very unprofessional he got mad because i asked questions as a concerned father who's son was getting a tooth extracted he proceeded to let me know that he has years of experience i never questioned his credentials i just asked questions out of concern and because i just didn't know after that i just didnt have a good feeling about him so i told him i didnt want him to do my teeth cleaning anymore and he pounced out of his chair in frusteration just a very bad image for someone thats a dentist and should behave with a lot more character overall the office itself wasn't bad the staff was pretty nice but i wouldn't go there again because of that dentist whos name i unfortunately can't remember but why would i anyways it wasn't a memorable experience

They did a great job I was looking for a dentist that was close to home while being a well up kept facility with good dentistry, and stumbled upon this place, it was a while since I had gotten my teeth cleaned and checked. They cleaned the plaque and my gums , and also filled many cavities which I had not known that I had on top of that they also removed 2 wisdom teeth my following appointments ! Overall a great dentist who cares about your teeth and helping you completely, I highly recommend them ! I seen Dr.Hagazy with the help of his 2 assistances Liz and Maria.

I made an appointment for today 11/27/15@1pm,because I have the worst pain on the whole left side of my mouth.I got there at 12:45 pm I checked in i didn't get called In until 1:15pm, they did the xray I sat there and waited until 1:45 I asked the lady that did my xray how much longer, her response was oh your next !! I had to be at work at 3 pm. I had to walkout because it was already 2:15pm couldn't wait any longer. Nobody checked me! I'm still in lots of paint I can't even eat..

This review is past overdue!!! My family and I have been coming to Bedford Dental for about 2yrs now and I've never had any complaints. The office is very kid friendly and the staff is very courteous and professional. All of the doctors at Bedford Dental are patient, compassionate and continue to educate the patients about their dental hygiene. The dental hygienist perform exceptionally well with xrays, cleaning and assisting the Doctors. The front staff Bianca, Cindy and Cecia are AwWweSome! They always work with my hectic schedule. If I missed my appt. they always call to reschedule for a better time. I can seriously count on these ladies in case of any dental emergency! Thank you Bedford Dental for keeping me smiling!

I highly recommend Dr Hegazy, the BEST DENTIST I ever had. I had extractions 2x and many fillings. I would keep coming back even if I lived 25 miles away it's a worth the drive. I Never felt any pain the entire process he has this "DENTAL VIBE" you will not feel the pain from the needle when giving numbing agent and believe me when I say... I was so relaxed and I almost even fall sleep during the procedure. He is very skillful, gentle and caring. The crew are friendly they treat you like a family. I made my Son an appointment for a filling at 9:30am we made it here today Saturday October 24TH 2015 at 9:25am to check in its now 10:47am and we still have not been seen..after I asked what was the wait I was told they were cleaning the room so I sat back down and waited another 20minutes ...the assistant then came to get me and my son and sat us back in the procedure room and now we sit waiting another 19 minutes with no word or follow up...this will be our last visit very unprofessional and a lack of care for the client and the clients time... Its now 11:05am and we still have not been seen and no one has came in to say anything they just keep walking by smiling.....

Edit: I am just so pleased with the outcome of my upper denture. I’ve since had half a dozen or more appointments with Dr. Baloch and he has been amazing every time. My mom is terrified of dentists but after seeing him for an exam she will let him do her extractions. I am so happy I came here, and I LOVE my new smile!! Thank you! Dr. Baloch was so good with my child. My son has sensory issues and I wasn't sure if he would let a dentist near his mouth- Not only did he allow it, but he actually seemed to LIKE getting an exam and cleaning. Dr. Baloch showed him everything he was using and told him how it works and what it does. Dr. Baloch also formulated a plan with me for my teeth, and performed a few fillings the day we were there. I never thought I'd say I want to go to the dentist. I've always hated going to the dentist and have been unable to afford dental care for years, but no one shamed me here. It was just facts and options. I would recommend this place to anyone who feels embarrassed or fearful. They'll take care of you.

Edit: they did reach out and redid the insurance and it did get approved. They called me Asap to try and fix it, and appolgized. Ill update once more after I get the crown completed and see how it goes from there. My 1st experience here was terrible. I called back and was told the horrible dentist I had no longer worked there, so I made a new appointment with a diffrent dentist, same office. The new appointment, I went in, with a broken tooth, they said needed a root canal. Said the root canal itself was NOT covered by my insurance but assured me multiple times the crown would be. That if I paid for the root canal that day that they could take some xrays send it to my insurance and get the approval for the crown. Not one time did they ever say it was a maybe on the crown, matter of fact they told me multiple times a crown Will be COVERED by my insurance. So I paid over 600$ out of pocket that day for a root canal being told i could come back in over a week for a crown to be put on it. I left with an uneven ground tooth knowing it was only temporary. I called after a week of no new information from them. The lady on the phone said the insurance didnt approve it, and they can send it out again, and maybe call them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Ill never return here. All they want is money.

Im a patient of Dr. Hafeez, and I just want to say he is the best dentist I have ever been to. I am terrified of dentists due to bad experiences and unnessesary procedures. Dr Hafeez not only has a clam, funny and a great chair side manner. He has a way of making you you feel comfortable. I actually look forward to going to have the rest of the work done that I need. Edit: I am just so pleased with the outcome of my upper denture. I’ve since had half a dozen or more appointments with Dr. Baloch and he has been amazing every time. My mom is terrified of dentists but after seeing him for an exam she will let him do her extractions. I am so happy I came here, and I LOVE my new smile!! Thank you! Dr. Baloch was so good with my child. My son has sensory issues and I wasn't sure if he would let a dentist near his mouth- Not only did he allow it, but he actually seemed to LIKE getting an exam and cleaning. Dr. Baloch showed him everything he was using and told him how it works and what it does. Dr. Baloch also formulated a plan with me for my teeth, and performed a few fillings the day we were there. Well what has been said before, is confirmed by me so I'll start. The wait time is exceptionally short. I was able to get in roughly 15 minutes after arriving. The help desk was clear and to the point. The assistants were helpful, checking in with me by asking questions for the well-being of my teeth. The dentist who treated me was Dr. Amina Quadri. She is an exceptionally strong driven dentist, who places the concern of her patients health above all. She is attentive to the detail of your teeth, willing to share details about what is safe and what may be concerning. She brings out good vibes making sure you are comfortable and relaxed there. She was also quick as well, being done with cleaning, drilling and filling my teeth in less than half an hour. I recommend her for those with unusually sensitive teeth and/or those who are in need of fillings. Overall, a positive atmosphere, and will come back for my six months.

I liked all the staff, very clean, but I had a partial done that lasted 3 months, I went back and I was told I had to pay for another one, as you all can imagine who wants to get dental work that last 3 moths and have to pay again. I just think that they should be careful with the work they do and not trying to make as much money as they can getting people in. They are very new and there for should make a good job and earn their prestige. They also did some work on my husband, no to mention he had a severe infection and will also not go back.

First off, I usually never write reviews but my experience at Bedford was so amazing I had to share it! I came into Bedford for a cleaning last week without an appt and was seen by Dr. T immediately. I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years and was a little nervous, but Dr. T was patient and kind to me. She explained everything carefully and regularly checked in with me. I ended up having a few cavities and she went over all of my options clearly. Because of how comfortable she made me feel during the cleaning, I decided I would like her to fix my cavities as well. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From speaking with the front desk and them going above and beyond in helping me figure out my insurance plan, to interacting with her dental assistant Ceci, I felt like I was really cared for and listened to. TL;DR: I would definitely recommend this dental office to all of my friends and family. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!

I called to inform the office and they told me to come back the next day. Went back to have the filling replaced and the rest of my treatment completed.
