Advanced Dental Care was more than accommodating and working me into their schedule at such a short request. The front desk team and the entire staff were the most happy, pleasant people to encounter. Dr. Schlee and team did an outstanding job repairing a broken off crown and creating an orthotic tray to hold it in place as a temporary solution for me until I return to Texas to see my dentist. Words cannot Express all of my gratitude! If I were to move back to Illinois where I grew up, Advanced Dental Care would be my dental team of choice for all my dental needs!

I got my teeth cleaned and looked at on July 22, 2015. The service was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and the doctors were very good at explaining the health of my teeth. Also, a very pretty lady named Jessi, was my dental hygienist and was amazing at cleaning my teeth. I had absolutely no pain and she was able to answer all of my questions about taking care of my teeth. If you schedule an appointment, make sure you schedule Jessi as your dental hygienist.

I have seen the dentists here for two cleanings and had multiple cavities filled. Not only do I believe one of the fillings was unnecessary, but they also did not explain the procedures or findings to me at all. I plan on trying out a new dentist ASAP. I also have rheumatoid arthritis and explained to them how this affects my gums and can cause inflammation. They had NO idea how to address this during cleaning and procedures and even said the inflammation was caused by not flossing because arthritis only affects joints. They lack proper knowledge to care for patients, do not communicate well, and ended up using clear/white filling on back teeth that I had to pay for instead of offering what was covered by insurance.

I was here for preparation for a crown which included lots of drilling on a far back molar. They made sure I was completely numb beforehand and during the drilling always gave me a second to swallow or adjust every minute or so. From the moment I walk in and am greeted by one of the girls at the front the front desk, the experience is positive filled with smiles and laughter. I really enjoy my experiences at Advanced Dental Care. Everyone I speak to is smiling and pleasant, the office is clean and attractive, and the high-tech machines are pretty cool. The hygienists are always thorough, knowledgeable, and personable through my entire visit. They explain exactly what they are doing, what tools they are using, how it is going to feel or sound, and what we are looking for with the camera and on x-rays. All three dentists are very friendly and professional. I've even told my friends about my experiences there! I only go to Advanced Dental Care!

I have seen the dentists here for two cleanings and had multiple cavities filled. Not only do I believe one of the fillings was unnecessary, but they also did not explain the procedures or findings to me at all. I plan on trying out a new dentist ASAP. I also have rheumatoid arthritis and explained to them how this affects my gums and can cause inflammation. They had NO idea how to address this during cleaning and procedures and even said the inflammation was caused by not flossing because arthritis only affects joints. They lack proper knowledge to care for patients, do not communicate well, and ended up using clear/white filling on back teeth that I had to pay for instead of offering what was covered by insurance.

I brought in my 9 year old for his first fillings yesterday. The office accommodated us with nitrous oxide to help him relax for the procedure. The staff was just so wonderful! I cannot say enough just how incredible they were in making my son comfortable. They enthusiastically played a wiggle fingers game with him to distract him from noticing anesthetic. He played right along and still has no idea he was given a shot. They talked him through the process and told him many times how great he was doing. I wanted to cry I was so grateful! Ricci is a caring and compassionate assistant. Dr. Schlee was incredible and he and my son exchanged a few jokes to keep the mood pleasant. Sunny is a magician when it comes to administering anesthetic! He remembered all 3 of their names and is no longer apprehensive about dentistry. He is even brushing 3 times a day like they suggested and has been flossing daily. This office really cared about my son and his oral health. THANK YOU ADVANCED DENTAL CARE OF SPRINGFIELD!

They quoted me one price, had me sign papers for that price, checked my insurance, then charged me another fee later because "insurance didn't cover the services" after they ran my insurance to verify. They took an hours worth of photos of my teeth but then couldn't verify if they cracked one of my teeth during a procedure. One of the receptionists was short with me on the phone because I work and she had difficulty scheduling me. All Advanced Dental Care wants is your money. Focus less on the fancy equipment that doesn't work and put more effort into the patient.

I brought in my 9 year old for his first fillings yesterday. The office accommodated us with nitrous oxide to help him relax for the procedure. The staff was just so wonderful! I cannot say enough just how incredible they were in making my son comfortable. They enthusiastically played a wiggle fingers game with him to distract him from noticing anesthetic. He played right along and still has no idea he was given a shot. They talked him through the process and told him many times how great he was doing. I wanted to cry I was so grateful! Ricci is a caring and compassionate assistant. Dr. Schlee was incredible and he and my son exchanged a few jokes to keep the mood pleasant. Sunny is a magician when it comes to administering anesthetic! He remembered all 3 of their names and is no longer apprehensive about dentistry. He is even brushing 3 times a day like they suggested and has been flossing daily. This office really cared about my son and his oral health. THANK YOU ADVANCED DENTAL CARE OF SPRINGFIELD!

I'm very displeased with this business. They quoted me one price, had me sign papers for that price, checked my insurance, then charged me another fee later because "insurance didn't cover the services" after they ran my insurance to verify. They took an hours worth of photos of my teeth but then couldn't verify if they cracked one of my teeth during a procedure. One of the receptionists was short with me on the phone because I work and she had difficulty scheduling me. All Advanced Dental Care wants is your money. Focus less on the fancy equipment that doesn't work and put more effort into the patient.

Dr. Schlee and his assistant performed 2 "deep" fillings in under an hour. It was an amazingly well oiled machine. I had a filling on the top and bottom of the same side and i was eating crunchy food the next day without any pain. Great work!

The injections administered by Sunny were painless as was the procedure. I especially appreciate their willingness to tell me what's going on during my procedure so I understand what's being done.
