My son is difficult at the dentist, and they treat us like any other patient. Dr. Hill is patient but fast so my son is not in the chair long. They have Netflix to watch during the procedure and sunglasses. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is I think they are a little pricey.

My boyfriend and his family have been coming here for years. I'm newish to Illinois and my boyfriend gave me the recommendation to try this place out and they have NEVER disappointed me! I barely felt pain after my cavity fillings, or my crown. I chipped my molar getting my wisdom teeth taken out (at a different place) and ABC filled it for free. I needed a crown because the filling on my other molar cracked, and Dr. Hainds took 1/3 of the price off after insurance because she filled that same tooth a year before that. They are so genuine and caring, I will never go anywhere else!

I came into ABC for a cavity filling; not something most people look forward to, and I often experience heightened sensitivity on my teeth when vibrating tools are used on them, so it won’t come as a surprise to hear that I wasn’t super excited about the procedure. Dr. Cordell and Sharon, however, both impressed me with their professionalism and skill in getting the filling done as efficiently as possible. In spite of my dramatic facial expressions, I felt very minimal pain while the filling was being completed. Thank you so much to the two of you for allowing me to have such a smooth (relatively speaking) experience! Shout out to the hygienist I saw first, as well, for being so welcoming and giving great flossing tips. Thank you for being welcoming as always and professional, ABC, and for your uncanny ability to put patients at ease!

I was recommended by a friend to use Dr John Cordell when I was looking for a new dentist. Mistakenly I did not. Unfortunately I ended up with a dentist who was lying to me about my problems. When he told me another tooth needed work I chose to go to Dr Cordell for a second opinion. Dr Cordell said my tooth was fine. Since then he has been taking care of my mouth and I will never switch. On Monday I cracked a tooth and I picked up the piece which I thought was huge. I went into see him today and he explained to me that my tooth was fine and I didn’t need to do any more work. He’s honest, genuine, and just a plain regular nice guy. That’s what we need more of in this world. I would give him 20 stars if I could.

This place I would highly recommend! Yesterday was our first time visit and the staff was super friendly. No wait time, was very clean environment. Our hygienist Becky was absolutely amazing and made my daughter feel comfortable. She also explained in detail everything they were doing along the way. My favorite part was what they quoted me over the phone was the actual amount due, they didn't try to add any fees or any extra charges, and they gave us 5% off so the was another bonus!!!

I love this office! My daughter has severe anxiety and they have such patience with her. She jumps out of the chair, cries, the works! And it takes her a bit to calm down, because of ABC Dentistry staff being so kind and patient to her she is then able to complete the procedure. They were even available to prescribe us an antibiotic when my daughter had an unexpected infection on a holiday! Not to mention, they are in the now with technology, from flat screens, in house theatre, headphones and Netflix, prizes, and more. Seriously the best office I've taken my kids to and will continue to come here. Especially to help my daughter build trust with staff. She is getting better with every visit. Thank you to the entire team for all your help with my daughter!

Have a 5 year old daughter who is generally very brave and tough. Had taken her to another pediatric dentist obviously and she had a bit of a meltdown, so we were referred to ABC by them. The entire staff went above and beyond to make her and our entire family feel comfortable and welcome. They understand that going to a dentist can be scary for a kid and really make the effort to keep kids calm and make them feel safe. We'll continue to go back to ABC without a doubt. The office is run really well-appointments are on time, and they’re knowledgeable about insurance coverage and payments. On top of all of that, they have a therapy dog now! Our dentist Dr. Hill-Cordei and her staff are exceptional at caring for a child with special needs. I would highly recommend them. The office staff are also very nice. Great place. If I had insurance for myself I would also use them. For now it’s just my son who has seen them for over 9 years. I do wish they would take my sons Medicaid insurance. That’s the only downfall.

The hygienist & Dr. Hill were all pleasant. The routine cleaning, xrays & fluoride treatment were all completed in less than 45 minutes. I love the ambience of the clinic catered towards children..it actually makes me feel like a kid. Plenty of front desk staff to assist you with scheduling. The true test will be when it comes time for my daughter's cavity appointment.

Never thought I would rate a dental office, but my new patient experience made an impression on me. What impressed me the most was the professionalism of the staff. Each appointment was handled promptly, each care team member took the time to explain what they were doing and why, checking to make sure I was at ease and comfortable, and asking if I have any questions. They didn't try to sell me extra procedures or products. I would compare the experience to the Cleveland Clinic.

Going to the dentist for something other than a regular cleaning is definitely not fun at all. But I'm glad I decided to go here with my child. They always take the time to explain everything that will be getting done. You can tell they actually care in making you feel the most comfortable possible.

They do so much well but ... god forbid your spouse doesn’t have your HSA debit card at time of service, some of the militant office staff will give a full court press over 3 dollars of balance on account? Or having to send an invoice? Strange and unlike any other medical practice in that regard. Very aggressive in this fashion. Now considering another practice after over a decade going there.

Where to begin?! LOVE my Taam at ABC Dental. From the warm, inviting and beautiful office to the exceptional service, simply AWESOME! My very anxious daughter needed a filling and ABC Dentistry was recommended by her former Dentist. They are now our permanent family dental care providers. I could not stop telling my family and anyone who would listen about initial experience and each that followed. The waiting room is open, clean, spacious and offers great entertainment for all. Appointment times are flexible and the wait time is minimal to nonexistent. The Pediatric side is uniquely designed for little people, from decor to, facilities and engaging caring team. I very much appreciated the time taken to connect with my daughter and try to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Delilah the gorgeous service animal was nothing short of impressive. I have partnered with Dr. John Cordell and Brenda (she is my Hygienist) and have been blown away by how warm, genuine and informative they have been with me on my quest to a healthier and (at some point) more beautiful smile. My 7 year old had a great experience at her urgent appointment today. She was very apprehensive after having a traumatic experience at another office earlier today. They got her right in, gave her a tour and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. Beautiful, state of the art facility. Staff was warm and welcoming. Such a great place! I was really nervous about how my little one would be, but the entire experience was beyond what I could have asked for! The time they took to explain each tool in such a fun way, really made my daughter relaxed and even excited about being there. Not many kids don’t to leave the dentist office, but by the end, I had to pull her out of there because she loved it so much! They do so much well but ... god forbid your spouse doesn’t have your HSA debit card at time of service, some of the militant office staff will give a full court press over 3 dollars of balance on account? Or having to send an invoice? Strange and unlike any other medical practice in that regard. Very aggressive in this fashion. Now considering another practice after over a decade going there.

Where to begin?! LOVE my Taam at ABC Dental. From the warm, inviting and beautiful office to the exceptional service, simply AWESOME! My very anxious daughter needed a filling and ABC Dentistry was recommended by her former Dentist. They are now our permanent family dental care providers. I could not stop telling my family and anyone who would listen about initial experience and each that followed. The waiting room is open, clean, spacious and offers great entertainment for all. Appointment times are flexible and the wait time is minimal to nonexistent. The Pediatric side is uniquely designed for little people, from decor to, facilities and engaging caring team. I very much appreciated the time taken to connect with my daughter and try to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Delilah the gorgeous service animal was nothing short of impressive. ABC does a thorough job of oral hygiene. Dr. John Cordell is patient, listens to concerns, but is not overly aggressive as other dentists can be. I have used ABC for 20 years for both myself and my children. I have many teeth that are on the 'watch' list for crowns or fillings. Dr. Cordell does not recommend crowns or fillings unless warranted. Yet, when it is time he is very firm about recommending treatment for them. I have family members with terrible teeth issues. The best thing Dr. Cordell said to me at my recent visit when I told him this was, "Trust me and let me worry about caring for your teeth."

My children didn’t want to leave the Dentist office! We were referred by a close friend, and couldn’t agree more...this office and their staff far exceeded my expectations. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the kid friendly atmosphere. Theater room, puzzles, toys and kids size “choose your own toothbrush and brush-up” area?!?! The kids were also allowed to choose a prize at the end of their exam which they loved. Scheduling was flexible, front desk very personable, billing and insurance verified prior to visit and the office is impeccably clean. We saw Ms. Pam, Ms. Eva and Dr. Hill. My children have been patients here for probably a decade but we will not be returning again. Today they kept me waiting 45 minutes for an appointment for my 3 year old special needs child. Six months ago, they kept me waiting 30 minutes for an appointment for the same child. I only went back today to give them one more chance but I will not make the same mistake again. They are obviously overbooking their appointments and not being considerate of their clients' time. I did get an apology from a couple of the staff members but did not appreciate getting very condescending "advice" from the dentist about how I should really make early morning appointments for young children. Rather than giving unsolicited advice and passing the blame onto your patients, maybe your office should be respectful of people's time and not make them wait 45 minutes for a 10 minute office visit? We have 4 out of 5 members currently as patients at this office. Soon it will be 0 out of 5 members thanks to repeated poor customer service.

Not just a kids dentists office. Its a warm welcoming place that my kids love to attend and look forward too. The staff, doctors, atmosphere and decor is what actually makes this place what it is. I have three kids, a 5 year old (the original) which I call, a 3 year old (the copy cat) which copies everything the 5 year old does, and the 8 month (the lazy one) which is as it says...behind in everything, even the first tooth. On my last visit with (the copy cat) the staff engaged me in a conversation and I disclosed (the lazy one) finally got his first tooth, and before I left, staff even provided a toothbrush for him (the lazy one) just to let me know its never too early. So Thank you to ABC Dentistry for caring about the first tooth

Dr. Hill and her staff were fantastic today when filling a cavity on my three year old! They were able to do it quickly and efficiently while keeping him calm and entertained and they did it without numbing or laughing gas! Three years ago when my daughter (who was 2 years at the time) had a bunch of cavities, Dr.Hill was able to fix them while she was put under. As much as I do not like to put a child under, it worked and her teeth have held up with no issues. The previous two dentists I spoke with recommended pulling her front two teeth as they said there was no other choice. I would have had a daughter missing two front teeth for 4-5 years waiting for her adult teeth to come in. So thankful I went to Dr.Hill. She saved my daughter's teeth and i am so grateful. When others can't, Dr.Hill to the rescue!!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff! The waiting room was super nice and kid friendly. We waited only a few minutes when we were greeted again by our Hygienist. She was so nice and friendly and made the whole experience extra special for my 4 year old daughter! It truly felt like her appointment and she was so good at shaking off the nerves a 4 year old may have. Because of how she interacted with my daughter the appointment went on without a single issue and my daughter did so well. She was actually excited to be at the dentist and is already asking to go back. I will have to make an appointment for my self as well as they do children and adult appointments. On the way out my daughter just loved the fish tank where she spotted Nemo and Dori!

This place is beyond wonderful. The decor in waitng area is amazing and very kid friendly. The stuff is happy, helpful, patient and just on another level. My older one is ortho patient and everything is going great and we are very happy. My little one, was really scared (from prior experience) but slowly we are overcoming this fear. We are taking adventage of the bilingual stuff as well as the comfort dog they have. I highy recomend this place to everyone.
