I had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Vogl and it was very expertly done! I may have been an easy patient, but only after two days, I was off my pain medication with no swelling. It was a fantastic job. Dr. Vogl is very adept and knowledgeable at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone. I also recently had some cavities filled by Dr. Robinson and he is as skilled and talented as Dr. Vogl. A great team is there at Family Dental Care, they are kind, understanding and are very skilled.

While on vacation here at the Airbase, I had a tooth become infected and knew it needed to be extracted. I am a total wimp when it comes to dentists, so having to see someone I was not familiar with really worried me. Family Dental Care was recommended to me, so I called. I was seen the next morning by Dr. French. He was terrific, never felt a thing. If I lived here, this would be my dental practice of choice. I may even schedule routine appts here as I visit often. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Verbal and written instructions were given for after care also. I highly recommend Dr. French. Thank you all for making this a pleasant experience.

Billing is idiots I work with Tricare and they were awful to me and tried to get as much money from me as possible. When I was seen there the assistant dropped he glove on the floor and attempted to put it on and of coarse I asked for them not to do that. Not Military friendly for being outside of a Military base.

I had a great experience. The staff is super friendly. I was not able to pay for my treatment and they put me on a payment plan with iCare Financial. This was perfect, I wish I knew this was available sooner,I had been putting it off. But there was no credit check so it was good for me.

I got my wisdom teeth out at Family Dental Care, and from what I saw from the video my family took, the staff took very good care of me throughout the surgery and even after. Great, caring, skilled staff! I recommend them for any dental necessity.

Everyone at this location, treats you like you are family, maybe that is why it's called Family Dental Care. We laughed and we were taken care of like they would take care of their own family. So if you want a Dental office that cares, then go to Family Dental Care.

Dental assistants and hygienists are awesome! Very friendly and took the time to answer my questions. Dentist was ok but never introduced himself which may seem insignificant to some but it is just common curiosity. Set the visit off on the wrong foot but it was just one visit. Overall I like this office and the staff. Have not had anything other than routine visit and cleaning.

I'm new to the area, and not a person who usually reviews a place. I took my family here twice and had a great experience with the dentist and hygienist. After that i received a call that I had to pay a ton of money based on what they assume the insurance won't cover but have not sent it to my secondary insurance. I told the secretary I can pay what the secondary does not pay, but the secretary kept insisting I pay first and if I don't pay my next appointment will be cancelled, she was very pushy and rude about it, I told her I will pay what ever the secondary does not cover. I later then called to cancel my appointment because the army would not give me the day off. Today my wife called again because my insurance requires more charting to cover and the secretary said we owe $200 for not cancelling my appointment. Thanks for the great experience.

Let me begin by saying it has always been difficult finding any dentist that takes military insurance. So when my family got stationed in Mountainhome I quickly began my search and found Family Dentist. I’d like to share my story and hope that others can feel confident with their choice too. I was greeted by the receptionist,Wendy, who through time actually became a friend and just a genuine kind and helpful person. When insurance didn’t cover a whole procedure she help me with the in house financing. The last two years I was under the care of Dr. Christy and his dental assistant Codi. Every visit I felt like I was family, but today I felt like royalty! Let me explain...we leave in two days for Ellsworth AFB and I had a dental issue. I quickly called Family Dentist and Wendy notified Dr Christy. With in an hour I was worked into the schedule. It isn’t everyday you find a provider who takes pride not only in his work, but his relationship with patients and giving them the best care possible. So I want to say thank you to Family dentist and above all thank you Dr Christy for the transparency and honesty given with my treatment plan and genuine concerns. I will never forget the family I found and the friendships I made! Marjori
