I have been to this dentist since I was a child. Hygienists and Drs are great and have always done a good job. The office is clean and inviting. My only complaint is receptionist/billing/insurance. I came across an issue with a bill and nothing was really done about it and didn't seem like a concern to them. The whole situation has led me to choose to go elsewhere.

I have been going to Eagle Rock Dental for years! I have always been treated honestly, fairly, and well. They have never pressured or taken advantage of me. In fact, because I took their advice, I believe the work they have done for me has added years to keeping my own teeth. When my balance with them was large, they allowed me to pay it off over time even though it took me years to do so. The staff has always been kind and courteous. I highly recommend that you place yourself in their care.

Every dental hygienist I’ve had is so friendly, asking questions at the right time. Most are very thorough and detailed in each area to clean, asking me if everything feels clean after the final phase. Dr. Tanner is so personable, taking the time to sit down with me and answer all questions, no matter how small (e.g. which is a better toothbrush). The waiting room is comfortable, and the receptionist staff is kind. I love it.

I took my 8 year old autistic son in for some cavities and dr Chappell and his staff was amazing and so sweet and patient. I asked my son what he would like to say about his experience; “It was actually pretty cool and I had fun and it was really good because I got the cavities out and that’s important, and it didn’t even hurt!” It was far better experience than I expected for his first cavities.

My wait to see the dentist took awhile but the hygienist was friendly and kept me informed as to what was going on. Once the dentist came in he explained all the work I would need and give me different options which I found helpful. ER Dental have always been good to me so I quit sending reports, but this experience surpassed the extraordinary. I noticed a gap between my teeth so I called to see about having it evaluated. I called at 8:30am. They said to come in at 11:00am! At that time I was informed that I had lost a filling which they immediately repaired. When I stopped at the front desk for payment, I was told, "No charge." Huh? Yes. It was a relatively new filling so, no charge. They also said if it comes out again, I will have to move up to a crown. Honesty and fairness. What a business model!

We called Eagle Rock after we had had a not so pleasant experience earlier in the day with another dentist. They said my fiancé needed a surgical extraction with out doing any X-rays and a very minimal exam. Eagle Rock is amazing! They got him in with in an hour of us calling! The staff was friendly and the dentist was awesome and made sure he was completely numb before starting anything. They were super affordable, I even scheduled my self an appointment for later this month!

Our family has been going to Eagle Rock Dental for over 10 years. Dr. Tanner and my now teenaged daughter go way back to when she was five and had to have a spacer put in because she broke a molar on a jawbreaker. Dr. Tanner and the whole staff were so patient and kind through out the entire ordeal of keeping it set. Dr. Tanner is the best, but the other dentists have provided superior care as well. All of the dental assistants and hygienists, as well as the administrative staff have ALWAYS delivered the best service! What an amazing team!
