I was recently on a trip driving from SLC to Yellowstone. On my way from Florida, I experienced severe mouth/tooth pain. We decided to stop for dinner in this town, and came across Comfort Care Dental. I am so glad we did. Not only did they see me after hours and as they were packing up, they were so friendly and helpful. To top it off, they knew I didn’t have dental insurance and so they did not charge me. This type of kindness is unmatched. I left with tears in my eyes in gratitude of their care. If I lived in that area, I would have a new dentist.

They give you more benefits for giving them 5 stars as a review. They were the worst. I sat in a chair with my mouth numb for 1.5 hrs, because they forgot about me. Then they had to renumb me and do the procedure. I have gone to a different dentist, but they won't stop calling me or sending me letters in the mail for another appointment.

All of the staff are very accommodating and very pleasant. Dr. George and his assistants are fantastic! They are so caring making sure you are ok all the way through your treatment plan, from a teeth cleaning to a bridge or root canal they are there to keep you comfortable at all times! I am terrified of the dentist. So much so that I would rather be in pain and have a horrible smile then actually go and get anything taken care of. But that not good or heathy. So we looked around and found comfort care dental. I cried the Whole time, hysterically. They were so sweet. I did not feel judged. I asked for no poking and there was none. They also got me in, less then a week away and are addressing all my concerns. Plus, had a great meeting with their finance lady, who was also super helpful. I will recommend anyone I can. I thought this was a good dentist until today! I was a returning customer and even recommended there services at one time. If I could give 0 stars I would! There work was great and I had been quoted and told a amount that I owed after insurance and I had payed up front the amount they told me I owed. Almost 2 months later in the mail I get a final notice letter saying I owe them more money! Clearly confused and irritated I called to ask what the extra charges where? I was treated unprofessional and inturupted several times on the phone! The lady would not let me get a word in to say anything it was to the point she was speaking so loudly everyone in the house could clearly hear her pretty close to yelling at me very embarrising and she told me VERY RUDELY! that my insurance didn't pay as much as they thought and now I owe them MORE MONEY! she said was supposed to have Been told this before hand I had no idea not only am I upset about the hidden fees they had forgot to mention to me I am also extremely upset and shocked about how I was treated when I had called them about the problem. I will pay them what they want but I will not be returning or recommending to anyone I know I wouldnt want somone I care about to ever be treated like that from any company that they go to worst service I have ever delbt with honestly dont know how she could get away with treating there customers like that her rudeness towards me is the number one reason I will never go back to this company I will never recommend because of the way I wad treated today and I will take my insurance else where because in this case clearly the customer service comes last!

This was my first time going to the dentist here. I had a variety of worked needed due to having not gone to the dentist for some time. The staff were very kind to me and did an excellent job showing me the work that was needed and walking me through a series of payment options and appointments that were fair and not overwhelming. I had the opportunity to interact with two of the three staff dentists, both of whom were very professional and kind. The hygienist staff as well were very thorough and professional. Overall the office is very clean and they offer enough services in house to address all my current needs and keep me on track with my ongoing dental care.

I have been to many dental clinics, but this one, IN MY OPINION, is by far the worst one. They told me how much I would be charged and what procedure was performed on me AFTER the procedure. I took down my previous review that described the details of my visit because I received a letter from the clinic's lawyer that they will sue me if I don't take down my "false" review. My previous review was nothing but truthful. So if you had a negative experience with the clinic staff, and you decide to write a review, beware, you may receive a letter from their lawyer.

The consideration everyone puts in to their patients at Comfort Care is heartwarming. When my father in law passed away they were so considerate of our needs to cancel and reschedule my husband's appointment. They even sent us a condolence flower arrangement- something fairly unheard of in my experience. They're even great with my 9 year old who is terrified of dental visits.

The staff is amazing! Everyone is friendly and patient. They take time to answer questions and explain what they're doing. The doctors communicate with you through the process and make sure you are as comfortable as possible. They go over the costs and what they expect your insurance to pay upfront and give you payment options. I would recommend Comfort Care Dental especially if going to the dentist makes you nervous.

Just young guys eager to make a fast buck (or few hundreds of them).Mediocre quality (could not even adjust the crown correctly let dental assistant Hailey do the horrible job , where normally I would expect the actual dentist to be present.I had to visit different dentists and orthodontist to fix what they had done. So the facade is nice and having TV above your head is fancy , but I personally came with a real problem(pain under the old crown) and all they did was put a fancy new one on, so to get the rid of the pain I had to engage few more specialists and needless to say I had to pay more. Also the entire absence of follow up is less than inspiring.We got our quick buck we do not care for the rest. Chain dentistry is chain dentistry, where quantity is more important,than quality.

My tooth feels much better with a root canal and crown. But it was very frustrating because only one doctor was in the office dealing with everything. I felt bad for him the staff and me too. I was there from 7am until almost noon. In the chair the entire time. Next time I suggest you reschedule clients having major dental work done if one doctor is available. This is the only bad experience I have had there.

I was nervous about going by myself even as an adult, tackling the insurance myself. The guy at the front noticed I had never been before, stood up and shook my hand and introduced himself, and offered me a drink while I waited (there were also mini cupcakes!). Not having been to a dentist in many years, I didnt receive any judgement and was encouraged instead that I was doing a great job taking care of my teeth. I do have my first cavity in 33 years so I'll definitely go back to have them fix it. They provided a price sheet of what that would be and were informative on what my flex spending would cover. Everyone was so happy and helpful.

Have you ever taken your vehicle in to the dealership for an oil change to have them diagnose problems you didn't even know existed?????.....This is how cleanings feel at Comfort Care Dental...Very nice facility but how do they pay for it?????.... By the monthly quota of procedures they must meet.This is why unnecessary procedures are "professionally" recommended, them "proactively treating POTENTIAL problems", treatments don't last, and why they move patients through like cattle. They are very proficient at cleanings, but for any other treatments do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!!!!!?? Anyone can give patient incentives for positive reviews to boost their ratings, but look for the impartial reviews to make your decision.

I found Comfort Care Dental in a mailed advertisement to my home. They offer excellent promotions but more importantly, excellent individualized service. Every staff member I've encountered has been helpful, kind and professional. They want to make sure the client's needs are met and go out of the way to take care of their dental health. They have always worked with my schedule and have put me in for a same day appointment more than once. Comfort Care employees are service oriented and coordinate coverage from insurance and want the client to get needed services. I highly recommend Comfort Care Dental in Pocatello!

Avoid these guys. They are young, in-experienced dentists. I had 3 fillings done, and 2 of them cracked out within 6 months-- they replaced them "free of charge", but what an inconvenience. Comfort Care will also try to up-sell you on procedures that aren't necessary; I sought out a 2nd opinion from another dentist and have never looked back. Comfort Care should realize that honesty will take you further in the long run---it's not about short term gains.

Oh man. These guys offer a great customer service experience. They make everything easy, I don't even have to think about my insurance. Cupcakes, water, coffee, pop offered while you wait in their beautiful and comfy waiting room. Great hygienists and nice doctors, watched tv while I got my teeth cleaned, I habe never felt so relaxed at the dentist. I didn't even need any drugs.

The staff were nice and thorough. I called to ask about a procedure for grinding and explained that is what I wanted to be seen for. The person on the phone told me that the procedure may even be done that first day. After touring the office and getting set-up as a new patient, I found out that they didn't have the materials to do the procedure and they have not done it very often. The price is about $600 more than anywhere else I have spoken with and I was told that I needed much more than recommended. It slightly felt like a bait and switch. The person on the phone should have been more honest. I will return for my filling and nightguard, but not yet sure if it's the office for me.

Their use of sedation let me get all of my work done without feeling ANY pain. So I was pretty nervous going in since I haven't been to a dentist in almost 5 years! I was very impressed with the staff and they definitely made sure that I was comfortable. I had a lot of questions about work that I want/need done and the Dr was able to answer all of them without causing concern. I was also pleasantly surprised when I received my welcome package which was a travel mug, a pen and a chap stick that is officially my favorite!! I will have to go in just to stock up chapstick now! Dr. Mike and his team are incredible. Comfort Care is the right name. I had an old filling that was starting to bother me and they expertly removed the filling and replaced it. I went in for a Dental Blocker on my lips prior to getting my permanent make-up done on my lips. They made time to get me in and the dentist made sure I was fully numb so that I didn’t feel any discomfort. It worked!! I did not feel any uncomfortable pain while doing my lips as the numbing stayed for a few hours. I feel The staff is very professional and kind. Customer service was AWFUL! We have insurance from AMy's Kitchen Paid 250 upfront them let them take out 2 $75.00 Payments afterwards. And they said we were all paid up. Now they are calling and saying we owe more. Typical business practice to hold customers hostage and wanting to turn into collections without notifying us!!!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE and I advise you to not also!

Dr. Mike and the entire team were incredible. I get to work with a lot of dental practices as a team development coach and these guys know what they are doing. Check-in was fast, the initial tour made me feel right at home. The Dr. Pepper came almost as fast as when I'm out to dinner. :) After my initial x-ray and cleaning lady, we discussed treatment plan for a failed root canal. There was no pressure and the financial discussion was professional and not at all pushy. Most of the time whe6re I get a cleaning, there is an ache for a while. Not this time. Gentle, efficient. I was offered gas, and told up front about the fee. After the cleaning I was offered flouride and again made aware ahead of time about the price. Nothing hidden. I highly recommend you practice.

Best dentists I have ever been to. The whole staff welcomes you, my first visit I got a personal tour of the entire facility. Beautiful and clean office with a great little place for your kids to play while you or they wait to be seen. Cupcakes and complimentary drinks while you wait also. I actually enjoy going to visits to chat with the amazing staff and have my teeth worked on. For those that don't do well with the dentist, they have sedation. My 6 year old daughter that needed a filling came out after getting a cavity filled, (no sedation, just local), and said she didn't even feel it. Now who can complain about that? We love them. Go there. Start to enjoy going to the dentist!

Comfort Dental went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a good experience with her wisdom teeth removal. They made sure she was completely comfortable pre procedure and post procedure. They gave her antibiotics prophylactically and steroids to ease the inflammation. She did way better than my other child did with her wisdom teeth removal 6 months prior at another facility. I'm very happy with the service we received.

I used to enjoy comfort care as a dentist but ever since my account went to collections and I paid it off in full I just felt discriminated against because of that they wasted an hour of my time wouldn't even clean my teeth must they got $188 out of me I have dental insurance but they told me that they wouldn't even touch me so I wasted an hour of my time I felt very very discriminated against and I will never use them again as a dentist nor will I recommend anybody to use them.

This is the Friendliest, most caring, and Gentlest dentist and office I have ever had the pleasure to go to. From the front desk all the way through, every single person is warm and welcoming. They are easy to work with schedule wise, even when you need to change. They also do their best to get you in as soon as possible when you need. And even without the sedation, Dr. George has the gentlest tough of any dentist I have ever been to. They actually care about how you are and listen when you talk to them. Gabby, one of the dental assistants was so kind and caring that she sent a note to let me know that she was thinking of me ( and my husband) and that she wanted to know if my crown was feeling better and that she would be there if I needed anything. That is over and beyond in my book! I always recommend Comfort Care Dental any time anyone asks who to go to!

Awesome experience folks! I was greeted promptly when I arrived and offered multiple beverages at room temp or cold. Lol. I arrived a little early just in case. Didn’t have to wait a minute after my scheduled time slot which was nice! Brought into the office and received a welcome bag of treats including a brush toothpaste and a nice warm/cold mug. After the bag I was given a full tour and history about the practice. That was cool. My cleaning went well and was very comfortable the entire time. Many amenities and added bonuses while visiting comfort care dental for the first time which was very nice and welcomed by me. I sat in a couple different comfortable chairs fore I was there from 11:30 to 4:30 getting work done! Very impressIve dentist office with plenty of knowledge and up to date technology! The dental hygienist and doctors are top notch! Doctor George and hygienist Amy explained to me everything that was going on and what steps next to take to fix the issues I had. That along with price was quite clear to me from start to end so there wasn’t any surprises and the execution was flawless! I look forward to my next visIt for a cleaning and perhaps a future implant! That’s how happy I am with comfort care dental and trust them fully with my dental care for the future! Thanks again

I just came back from my appointment at comfort care dental. It was my first appointment there and they gave me a little tour of the place, told me about the things they do and about their equipment. Everyone there was really nice, not only did they try to get to know you, they were asking me if I felt okay and comfortable about what they were doing while working on my teeth. Which I really liked, they also had a tv and headphones so I could watch during the check up. Everything they found while examining my teeth and gums, they told me exactly what it was and what actions to take next. Over all 10 out of 10

Everything was great. For first timers, they give you a tour of the building and tell you about the various services they provide. Then I had my X-rays taken, an exam by the dentist (no cavities), and my teeth cleaned. Everyone was very nice and the office was clean and modern. I scheduled my next appointment. Very nice staff, beautiful, relaxing waiting room. Had teeth cleaned. Liked that they used ultrasonic cleaner and carefully evaluated gums for disease. Could have used a little more nitrous.
