My two front teeth, the biggest and most visible teeth in my mouth, were knocked completely out when I was in high school a few years back. I immediately rushed over to Dr. Ereksen with the two teeth in my hand, and long story made short: after refitting the two teeth back in my mouth, undergoing two root-canals weeks later and eventually getting caps, they are now the two best-looking teeth in my mouth! Almost eight years have passed since that time, and I haven't had a single problem with them! I've been going to this office for years, and have always received top-notch service.

If I had written this review 6 months ago, I would be giving 4-5 stars, but I can't do that now. Dr. Greene is a nice man, seems like a knowledgeable dentist. The hygienists are great and my teeth are in good shape. However, my latest experience prompts me to warn future patients of some things that have soured me on his office/staff. Perhaps my experience was a result of trying to keep the practice in the black, perhaps it's due to an intense office manager who is working hard to help the doctor make a profit, or maybe it's just the result of a dentist not having a desire to manage his business with the customer in mind, but I won't be going back. Before reading further, I want to state that I fully expect a response by the office with a scathing, personal condemnation of me, so watch for that after my comment is posted! I will be surprised if blame is not shifted back to me... I have never been treated so badly by anyone in any medical/dental office in my life. When you get a "treatment plan," such as I did when I needed a root canal, realize that the dentist might not be able to finish the procedure, however, you will get charged for what is done that day. The root canal from Dr. Greene was supposed to be around $468, but since he had trouble with one root, I had to go to an endodontist who charged me twice that to complete what Dr. Greene started. I realize that sometimes a specialist needs to be called in, but shouldn't there have been a discount on the charges that day? "Jamie", who I assume is the office manager, was absolutely rude to me, dismissive and downright condescending when I questioned why I was being charged when I had to have the same work done the next day by the endodontist. After all, isn't my time and pain of any worth? Instead of completing the work, as expected, and spending 2 hours with my mouth open and Dr. Greene working on my tooth, I had to spend several more additional hours in the endodontist's chair the next day. But no, I was still charged ($104 for that day.). After haggling with her on the phone, I requested that she ask Dr. Greene if there could be any discount. I was granted 20%. But it was quite an imposition on Jamie and she made sure I knew it. When I got the invoice at the end of the month, I realized that every single time I sat in the chair I was charged an "OSHA" charge. This is a new to 2017 charge by this office for CLEANING THE DENTAL TOOLS! Seriously? At our business we don't charge for customary cleaning of our equipment. It is managed in the overall price! When questioned about this, I was told that "Dental Select allows us to charge you for this." However, Dental Select doesn't pay for it.... I guess this is just another way to cover costs of the office. I understand that dental practices are businesses. I understand that the art of dentistry isn't exact and that general dentists sometimes run into trouble and people need specialists. I understand that tools need to be cleaned. What gripes me is the absolute determination to get every penny despite how uncomfortable or unhappy the patient is through no fault of their own. I have never been treated as bad by any medical or dental professional as I was by Jamie at this office and I've had plenty of medical and dental procedures. I wish Dr. Greene the best, but I recommend that he look into how his patients are being treated by those who manage his bottom line. Nordstrom has stayed in business, still making a profit for decades by having superior customer service. I wish I had gone to "Dr. Nordstrom!" I would still be his patient.

Dr Greene did a root canal and a crown. Two years ago. A week ago , My crown fell off while eating dinner. I called his office and he was out of town, so I was referred to another Dentist for emergencies. I went to see the back up dentist, and I was charged $150 to re-cement my crown! It took him 15 minutes to do it . I read all over the internet that most dentist will do it for free if it’s under 5 years. I called Master Piece, and they refused to help me or reimburse me for the crown payment ! The Dentist did a shoddy job on my crown, and I had to pay to get it done right by another dentist. That is horrible customer service , my family and I will never go back to master piece dental. You lost a few customers but I guess you didn’t have to pay for my crown. Good business sense.

My 11-yr old daughter called me from school in tears complaining of an awful toothache. My heart sank, as it was a Friday morning, and I thought she would have to suffer through the weekend. Dr. Green and staff saw her immediately and determined she needed a root canal. He also recommended general anesthesia because his main concern is for his patients to be as comfortable as possible. He made sure she was comfortable over the weekend and made the time to perform her root canal on Monday. As it turned out, everybody at Masterpiece Dental put their faith in my nervous daughter. Dr. Green was so professional and compassionate and patient with my daughter. He finished in an hour and my daughter walked out with relief and a smile. And by the next morning, my sweet daughter exclaimed, "Dr. Green rocked my world! He fixed me right up. I love that dentist office!" It doesn't get much better than that! I recommend Masterpiece Dental to anyone in need of kind, efficient, friendly, compassionate, and professional staff!

About 8 years ago, in high school, I got clothes-lined and had my front left tooth broken in half. Just today I was eating a normal lunch when the crown I got to replace it just popped off, for no good reason! I called Masterpiece Dental at 1:50pm and they had me in at 2:30. We have never been so disappointed with a physician. My husband went to this dentist last fall for the first time for a chipped tooth, and walked out with a "treatment plan" that included refilling every single tooth he had filled and costing us hundreds of dollars. Because this doctor came recommended, we trusted his word and went forward with the plan. The last time my husband went in to finish the plan he was kept waiting in the dental chair by the dentist for 50 minutes, because the dentist got talking to someone in the office about whatever. At his follow up checkup only 6 months later, the doctor found 3 more "cavities" that he said needed to be filled...my husband declined and went to a different dentist, who found NOTHING wrong with ANY of his teeth. We consider our experience with this dentist to be nothing but a very expensive, painful, and time consuming mistake. I myself cancelled a checkup after only talking to a member of the office staff, who was very unprofessional and did not inspire patient confidence in the least. I'm grateful now that I did.

They were able to see me within one day. I needed a root canal and Dr. Green explained everything and was very helpful. My tooth pain was alleviated. The staff was so helpful and was able to get my insurance information for me when I realized I forgot my card.
