FIRST RATE!!! "Painless" I required a tooth extracted while on vacation. Very professional knowledgeable staff. Friendly, and caring. The offices are very clean and modern They were very helpful easing my fears of dentists and procedures. They were very concerned with my pre and post procedure pain management. The Doctors were very gentle and reassuring during the administering of Novocaine etc as well as the tooth extraction. "Painless" is a great word to describe the procedure with them... Their demeanor was very reassuring and calming during the process and they were constantly in tune with with me, talking me thru the procedure and making sure I was in no discomfort. They changed my fear of dentists after my 50+ years of experiences. I only wish I lived here permanently as they would without a doubt become my dental care specialists for anything in the future... After 11 years on the island and a loyal patient to my old dentist I felt it was time to try someone new due to fear that they were too conservative and I wasn’t getting the quality of care I needed. I was apprehensive at first because 90% of the time is spent with your hygienist and I loved my old one. Probably why it took me so long to switch. But Lawrence was ABSOLUTELY fantastic. I have extremely sensitive teeth and he took great care cleaning them. I walked away feeling relieved I made the right decision to switch. He was thorough and I didn’t feel any sensitivity which is very uncommon. I’m happy I found a great new hygienist and will definitely continue to see him. My dentist is great as well. He’s very knowledgeable and walked me thru his whole thought process and did point out I have very old cavities that need to be updated and one area that needs a filling. Something I knew was the case but my old dentist wanted to monitor it which I wasn’t comfortable with but I’m not a dentist so I couldn’t say otherwise. I’m glad I found Landmark Dental Group. Their new office has state of the art equipment and tv screens above each chair which was awesome at distracting me away from my fear at being at the dentist. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to give them a try. I know I’m glad I did.

Im not a big fan when it comes to Dentist visit. But with Landmark Dental it was my first choice and i would say it was the best choice i ever made. On my first day when i went visit i can feel the aloha spirit, everyone greeted me along with a big smile.They were fast and really committed to there time. I did a cleaning for the very first time and it was the best feeling ever. There staff were really friendly and how they operate it was one of a kind. They also have a really clean and organized place. I would like to thank each and everyone for everything you guys gave me what I wanted which was ‘A BIG HEALTHY LOOKING SMILE’. I would also like to thank Dr Chow for all the recommendations and the hard work eventhough i have alot of tooth to be fixed. And for everyone out there who’s looking or still haven’t make up their mind where to go, I highly recommend this place they have really friendly staff, time commitment is awesome and clean looking healthy place. I would talk some more but let me stop here. So now is your chance why wait for, go get that healthy looking smile.

Erika is always a blessing!!! I love her to pieces!! And not only that she always takes really good care of my teeth she ALWAYS greets me with exceptional customer service. She is just amazing!! I love when my husband and I walk into the office EVERYONE will say hello and always treat us like family!! I love the dentist and I get super excited when my appointments come close!! It’s so calming in there. And it’s like for me a spa for teeth

While visiting Honolulu last week, on my 2nd day there my cap broke off. I called them at 9am and they had me in a chair and repaired my tooth by 1030am! The office staff and dentist were extremely helpful. I don't have dental insurance, but they didn't take advantage of that. The cost was very fair and told me if I had any additional problems with this cap while on vacation there, they would fix it again at no cost. I highly recommend this dentist office!! 5 stars from me!
