Being first timers and new clients I was hoping to be impressed. Showed up early to our appointment which was 2pm to fill out paperwork and was seen by 2:45; they were very busy. I don’t necessarily consider this a negative, especially since appointments running late is the usual state of affairs in any doctor’s office. The waiting/patient rooms completely exceeded my expectations with child-friendly pictures, 2!!! Aquariums and 2 flat screens playing Trending Disney movies, Beauty & the Beast followed by Moana. Also, the movie screens mounted to the ceiling above the patient chairs is ingenious and something that will keep us loyal customers, that alone alleviated my daughter’s anxiety and seemed to keep her mind off the mouth work. Overall, well done for a first time visit. Mahalo!

My son needed and extraction for his 2 too baby molars and after the antibiotic treatment was fully complete and he was no longer in any pain/swelling we came in for our appointment with Dr. Tian He and she was incredibly kind, caring, sweet, professional and fast. She reassured my son and kept talking to him through the entire process. Very pleased and grateful for this positive experience today.

After having a bad experience with another dental office for my 6 year old, i was pleasantly surprised at how warm and welcoming everyone was here. My daughter has a genetic mutation that causes her to require quite a bit of dental work. This causes her a lot of dental anxiety but they were right by her side and rooting for her and cheering every time she did a great job. It was a great experience.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Helps my kids settle down and makes them comfortable. They always give suggestions on how to make healthy decisions to take care of their teeth! The waiting room and patient rooms are decorated just for kids! Kid movies always playing on 3 TV’s in waiting room and on the ceiling in the rooms.

So I changed dentist last year to Kidshine because I heard really great things about the staff. The office is really nice, cute decor and rooms and waiting area is very spacious, what’s even more great they have 2 locations that are not to far from where I live.

My son had his second dental appointment and his third one is coming up in september. Just like the first visit my son enjoyed his appointment because of the spirits of the staff. The dental assistant was so cheerful and kind and patient. we love the TVs on the ceiling it def helps the child stay calm. The only thing hard for me is not being able to be seen on saturdays because his insurance does not cover it. Other than that I recommend KidShine!

On March 6,2019 doctor Lauren Young was the only doctor on the floor treating all patients at Kidhshine Pediatric (they were short of a doctor). My children were getting a lot of things done on their teeth on top of getting their first silver cap. We had to wait but it was not a problem because she was able to accommodate us in a timely manner. Shaynise was also very helpful! She made sure that my children were ok and entertained while waiting! I would totally recommend this awesome dentist place to anyone who has keikis!

They have been so patient with my kids and made sure that they were ok and comfortable with any procedure. They gave us (parents) as much detail as possible as well as options. Since my youngest has a heart condition and wasn't able to do certain procedures done there, they went over other options that made me feel better. Everytime I go there, they are always smiling and are very approachable. I haven't had to wait too long either.

Dr. Lauren is very nice and patient. My son is a difficult guy and had a not so great experience for a cavity and had been fearful for the subsequent visits. Dr. Lauren and staff have been overly patient to get him to trust again. Today was his best visit ever and took only 10 minutes! LOL I would recommend them for any kid.

A year ago I was struggling to find the perfect pediatric dentist for my two daughters. We’ve been to a few but none of them compares to this one. I’m so glad we decided to come to Dr. David Ching. The staff here is always friendly, professional, patient, & encouraging. The environment is super clean. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a huge smile from the ladies at the front desk. I was afraid my toddler wouldn’t cooperate on her first checkup, but she did really well. They make you feel comfortable as a parent as well.

Beautiful dentist waiting room, office, and operation rooms! Bright and attractive colors and characters everywhere to catch the kids eye! It was my 15 month old first dentist visit and he did really well! Nurse Tiara, Doctor Fred and the other nurse did really well taking care of my son’s teeth! This is the best dentist I've ever been to and I'm so glad we found out about it! This is my sons 4th time here and he loved every single visit. Dr Tian saw us on our return visit for procedure and she is very approachable and detailed with children easing comfort level. It was a complicated fix but she made it smooth. They are able to do all 4 of my children with in a 1 hr time period and still remain thorough and professional. Always make children feel like part of the care team and visit.
