I had a filling put in near my gum line and it bled profusely for 2 days. After a few weeks my gum was still bleeding a little and there was still pain. This dentist told me it was my fault because I don't floss enough. And then, he throws a tantrum when I suggest that it might have been due to the filling. He referred me to a gum specialist. I don't want to pay more money for this filling. I still haven't been reimbursed by this dentist for my insurance claim (they sent me a lesser amount even though I reminded them three times over the course of a few weeks of the correct reimbursement). The worst decision I made for getting a filling was going to this dentist.
