I highly recommend Dr. R. Patel for dental services. His office is Hawaii Pacific Dental Group, Inc., 1441 Kap. Blvd., Suite 1008. In addition to being an excellent practitioner of general dentistry, he also performs various specialty treatments. His explanation of dental procedures is superb so the patient is truly involved and informed. His skills are second to none, and I highly recommend Dr. Patel for high quality dentistry.

I normally hate going to the dentist but surprisingly my visits here are not painful like my experiences in the past. Dr. Patel's office was previously in Ala Moana and now we are lucky to have him in Hawaii Kai where parking is so much easier. The office is clean and his front staff are very welcoming and efficient. Several members of my family have seen Dr. Patel over the last 4 years and each time the wait times are reasonable, if there is a wait time at all. Dr. Patel is very patient and answers questions fully. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. We did have one emergency during that time for a family member from California and he was able to squeeze her in despite it being a holiday week. Would highly recommend Dr Patel and his staff.

I am from Texas, this morning travel to Honolulu and just before my flight my crown and bridge came off completely, a friend of mine refer me to Dr. Rohinton Patel, as soon I landed i call him up and without hesitation told me to come over his office, he was waiting for my call, when I arrive he received me as we were best friends, he took care of my problem extremely professional and friendly. Getting a crown at HPDG is truly an awesome experience - a good one. I had my 4th crown from HPGD done today. I originally planned to just have my teeth cleaned but knowing I would need a crown on a tooth identified for treatment I asked if it could be done right after the teeth cleaning. No Problem! 2 hours later I walked out with a brand new crown. They are so high tech they can actually make the crown on site using a computer controlled milling machine. Non of this temporary crown stuff that takes weeks to get done. And in case I forget - absolutely NO PAIN. I didn't feel a thing. Dr Patel has a great chair side maker and explains the process step by step as he does his work.

Dr. Patel and his staff are outstanding. I was happy to find a dental office on island that offered sedation options during dental work. I would recommend Hawaii Pacific Dental Group, he does great work!

Dr. Rohinton "Ron" Patel aka "The Ronimal" is not only one of the smartest, nicest, most experienced and well educated dentist in the state...but also one of the coolest. His calm and positive demeanor really puts you at ease. That says a lot coming from a guy who at 5 years old jumped out of the butcher...I mean dentist chair and ran out of the office screaming for dear life. Yes, Im still traumatized but thanks to Dr. Patel...I'm slowly getting over it. But seriously the tools and technology they use are second to none...and really do make for easy and painless visits. As you can see, I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Patel and the wonderful staff at Hawaii Pacific Dental. Thanks Guys! - Todd "Bolt" Tripp
