Dr Baysa and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My 2 girls (8 & 4),my husband, and now I all go there and each time is a pleasant experience. I appreciate that he noticed a tumor under my husband’s tongue which we had removed and it came back benign. They also had me fill out a questionnaire to find out what’s important to me! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist!

This woman at dental art told me my copay would be $30 to $40 dollars. I received a bill in mail for over $200 with insurance. My teeth are cleaned every 6 months and never had to pay this. Dr. Baysa threaten to call my job and garnish my check because his staff told me one price and I was not willing to pay over that amount. God is no a good God. And the truth will be whiter than snow. I had to tell my story because I was threaten.

Aloha he was fired from Hawaii Dental Service he is not now the Dental Association President many years ago False made me believe they are involved with Dental Insurance I did not have a Exam but charged The Hygenist did not scale my teeth They put Floride Varnish No explanation it covered my crowns she did not polish my crowns said it would scratch then She was in a hurry and never Floss right Know this I have cleaned teeth Worked in Expanded duty Assistant then after all this time They tried to sell me a Guard for crowns 600$ those 4 crowns would cost 10000$ plus I asked them knowing this high cost went over my.head in discussion of cost it's I know I asked him to adjust my temporary partial He said I don't do that he never checked around my teeth never even sat on his Chair with gloves and mask I was very sad when they wanted 260$ but it would have cost 600$ for a cleaning and supposed Comprehensive Exam never happened I think Honestly is best If you have enough money to buy a new car get one then drive to find another DMD I can't believe they do this to people it's unfair beware I spend 5 minutes with this Dentist and 2 hours with staff presure to much and then told the crown only had 1 year 100% 2 years 50 % I wish the only two short comments I thought by the staff and Dentist I would find away to pay the costly prices then decide a trust had been broken beware He never even discussed a partial I said no Emplants never discussed the whole plan left it up to Office Sales Staff I was Sad and wasted my time I had already had X-rays they took more

Just recently moved to the island and I have been on the hunt for a new Dentist. Well look no further I have found the best! DENTAL ARTS HAWAII is an amazing facility and Dr. Baysa is one of the most friendly, professional, and educated dentist I have ever seen. Before my apt I got a call from Dr. Baysa himself welcoming me to Dental Arts Hawaii and when I got to the clinic I got a personal letter from him as well! At my apt I got a full tour of the facility, along with background knowledge of Dr. Baysa by his amazing friendly staff and to top it all off I got a goody bag! Everyone asked me about my dental needs and preferences and was very concerned with how I was feeling! Everyone at Dental Arts Hawaii Went above and beyond! I definitely recommend Dr.Baysa and Dental Arts Hawaii to everyone!

Make sure to question the charge of any procedure. Dr. Baysa likes to charge for unnecessary X-rays that are likely not covered by insurance and the office staff does not verbally disclose this to you. Poor practice. Very disappointed with this dental office.

My 4-year-old daughter gets nervous and is very ticklish, but the staff and Dr. Baysa are very gentle with her. They’ve been preparing her to be comfortable with teeth cleaning and the X-ray machine since she was two. She was too afraid to do the X-ray this time, but they were all smiles and confident that she would be ready next time.
