I would highly recommend anyone who needs any type of dental work to go to Bright Smiles Honolulu. Amazing care and very kind people. I plan on going again when needed.

This was probably the least amount of anxiety I have ever had at a dentist appointment, thanks to the wonderful staff. Bright smiles is officially where I will be going for all my dental needs! Dr Dunn and the whole staff at Bright Smiles are great. Friendly and very knowledgeable. I had extensive work done over the course of more than a year and couldn’t be happier with my results. They always made me feel comfortable and welcome and listened to my concerns and input. If I had a problem they would always do their best to get me right in and address the issue ASSP. After spending all this time with them the staff feels like Ohana.

I was visiting from Redondo Beach and I experienced an unfortunate loud crack sound from one of my upper teeth. Even though it was a busy Friday full of patients Bright Smiles Staff and particularly the expert attention from Doctors Hall and Abraham they squeezed me in removed my tooth. Amazing place, really glad I found out about bright smiles just by chance. I really can't recommend them enough! Friendly staff, caring, and really good at what they do. They always do a great job with all of my dental work and everyone is super friendly. They even validate parking at a nearby garage.

When I first heard that my new dentist Dr. Dunn was moving to an office downtown, I thought "Oh no! The parking will be a nightmare!" But my wife and I gave it a try on our next appointment. Turned out the parking was surprisingly easy with validation at Harbor Court and a short walk to that beautiful 1920's era Dillingham Transportation Building. Once in the office we found a recently remodeled interior, the newest equipment, and every member of the staff to be friendly, upbeat, and very knowledgeable. Having been to dentists throughout O‘ahu and on the mainland, this has got to be the single best experience as dental patients that we have ever had. I can only compare this to flying first-class! No one expects a trip to the dentist to be enjoyable, but Dr. Dunn and Rebecca have done just that!

I hadn't been to my dentist in a while so I was a bit anxious in finding a new dentist. Location:They're located in downtown, which I'm not too familiar with. Long story short: I got lost. The parking structure is not in the same building as the dentist office so after I left the parking structure I got a bit turned around and couldn't find the dentist office. It took me a while to finally get to the right building but when I did arrive, the staff members were nice about my tardiness. They took some X-rays and also some pics of my teeth/mouth with an actual camera. I was surprised they were using a real camera but it was neat to see the photos of my mouth up on the screen. I had never seen what the inside of my own mouth really looked like so this was interesting. Dr. Dunn is honestly a Ray of sunshine. She's so upbeat and friendly!Afterward they took me to another room for my cleaning. The woman was very nice. Overall, I had a good experience.
