Dr. Takagi and his staff are fantastic. I was on vacation and happened to have a filling break in the front. He saved my vacation! He came in on his day off to take care of me and he had no idea who I was. If I ever make it back to visit the island expect me to bring treats!!! Thank you so much!

Dr. T and staff: thank you so much! I am not the best patient; yet you and your staff continue to treat me like I am. When I attend my appointments, I truly feel, as soon as I enter that door, that I'm not inconveniencing anybody in that office. I appreciate Dr. T's patience and grace in educating me with my dental needs. You know, I've gone through so many damned dentists; not one of them had ever come to a complete stop in the work to address my darn bite. Until I had come to this office, I never knew my true bite. Dr. T and his staff pretty much stopped in their tracks and had to go back to the drawing board because my bite was kooky and a re-cast was needed ... long story short, I had to go back several times just to take care of one broken crown. But each time I go back, I don't feel bad or embarrassed, and I feel respected. The entire staff is excellent in what they do, and the pride they have in what they do makes me feel rest-assured that I've found the best dental office on this island!

Some have been good, others have been just okay, but none have come close to matching the quality and care I receive from Dr. Takagi and his staff. I felt comfortable from my very first appointment. From the friendly receptionist, to the well-trained dental hygienists, to Dr. Takagi himself, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable. I've been going to Dr. Tina Tom for years - since I used to work in the same building - it was easy and convenient. That was over 20 years ago - and I have moved jobs several times - but have continued to come back because the staff here is awesome. Dr. Takagi has taken over in recent years and continues to maintain a great staff and Dr. Tom's same high level of service.
