This is not an honorable Dental office. It is run by a corporation and they do not pay their employees that is why there is such a high turnover in staff and doctors. There are so many other better choices for your dental needs. Find another place that has your best interest in mind! If I could give it zero stars I would, patients beware!

I would recommend this office to anyone who is in need of any dental work. I went in for a consultation for my wisdom teeth extractions with Dr. Benner, the day of my extraction everyone made me feel at ease and very comfortable. My extractions took about 15 minutes and they were pain free.

I’m not going to lie, I have some jacked up teeth. I realize this. But if I’m going to pay $7000 for a new mouth of teeth I’d sure like to save 30%... Dr. Fry at Cinco Ranch Dental in Katy is so friendly and that’s where I’ll be getting this done, while saving $2100 off my implants and veneers. All for my $12 plan. Brilliant!

Went to the dentist for a cleaning, exam, xrays, and it was $58!! Then I went back when I had a toothache and it was $5!!! Seriously! I couldn’t believe it when I checkout out the receptionist said it was $3 office visit (routine, established patient) and $1 for each of the bitewing xrays. My daughter goes to a pediatric dentis in their plan (Katy Kids Dentist) and here costa more because they are a specialist and so there I save 25% off the regular fees, but it still saves me way more than the plan costs and it’s better than paying like $40-$60/month for insurance and then dealing with deductibles and copays and limits just to get the twice yearly cleaning and exam free. Basically with insurance you’re just prepaying for those 2 visits but then if you need other stuff done forget it! I much prefer the American Dental Care discount plan.

The receptionist area is okay they do forget to put down information I had an appointment on August 20th at 9:45 I walk in the kid there says you don't have an appointment. I had one of their cards that says I do have an appointment the woman that was filling in last week did not put it down and on top of that the (dentist or whatever you want to call him he is an arrogant ??was looking at my teeth and didn't even have a face mask on the last thing you want is to feel somebody's breath in your face he is more concerned about his door being opened out in the lobby when he should be concerned about his patients in the back he does not treat his employees pleasantly as I was waiting in the lobby on August 20th at 9:30 a.m. he comes out and yells at the young man about something now that's the kind of dentist you want working on your teeth absolutely not I would not recommend American dental no way shape or form this dentist obviously has no manners whatsoever at all

I needed a dentist fast and figured it couldn’t hurt to try this plan, made an appointment for the next day at one of their dentists and although my visit still cost me $89, it would have cost me $195 without the plan, so I saved over $100 on that visit, plus I’m going back for more work and now that I have a dentist to visit regularly I will start going more. I recommend if you want to go like the same day or next day you should call and enroll over the phone and they will give you an id number and then you find a dentist on their website and call to make your own appointment.

Dr. Fouad has been our family dentist since 2013. Dr. Fouad was able to clearly understand the different dental needs each one of my family members had, focused her communication with us on the most critical problems and well plan the treatment courses. Dr. Fouad creates a very pleasant and friendly environment and is great with all kids ages. She did an excellent job dealing with my kids who their age ranged from young children, teenagers and adults. Moreover, we had couple of emergency situations where we needed Dr. Fouad’s instantaneous help . Dr. Fouad gave us her immediate attention and supported us in every way. Dr. Fouad was kind enough to work above and beyond to accommodate our extremely busy schedule by completing the overall process end to end in the shortest possible timeframe with the highest quality.

I used a groupon for a cleaning and x-ray. They did the x-ray and said I needed a deep cleaning and would have to come back another time and the cost was $1140, after some discussion they said they would lower it to $771. I went back to my normal dentist and they couldn't believe that this place refused to do a normal cleaning, even if i did need the deep cleaning. Maybe this place isn't bad, but don't trust their groupon!

I am absolutely appalled by the lower than dirt level of professionalism practiced by the front office manager in this establishment. Office gossip should never be heard by visiting patients infact, it is a bad habit and shouldn't happen at all in a professional setting...or outside of the office but we can't fix everyone's flaws can we? If you have a desire to support a healthcare facility where the office manager is an unappreciative frantic spaz who doesn't do any work, then come here.

Stay far away from this dentist! At my first visit, I needed to get a whole set of X-rays done, and they didn't even clean my teeth. I was also told I needed gum surgery and 2 fillings. I got a 2nd opinion, and surprise, surprise, I didn't need any of it. This place is such a rip off!

I had been suffering with a tooth ache for several months and I went to a dentist and come to find out I needed a root canal along with two extractions and the price was outrageous I was gonna have to pay almost 2500 out of pocket. And then I went to another dentist called Royal Dentist and they referred me to this company American Dental Care and I signed up and I actually saved 1900 so yea there a good dental plan I was worried but as of now NO problems with them. Still saving money and getting my teeth fixed. Don't go by what others say negatively never true. Great customer service. Give them a call.

The dentists and dental hygienists have all been very friendly and gentle, and put my nerves to ease. Office staff also very nice, no surprises with billing. Clean and quiet. After 5 years of dealing with this group I am packing my bags and leaving.... The hygienist are good and a few of the front desk staff are friendly but there is thick air in this place, it hits you in the face when you walk in. They are miserable and extremely passive aggressive and act like YOUR plain stupid. There are never any cars in the parking lot when we get there. They have two large rooms with about 50 dental chairs when I only ever see about two seats occupied at any given time....one has to wonder why. There have been many issues with excuses for problems we encountered during our visits with my husband and myself that leave us scratching your head. In my opinion, The most arrogant and passive aggressive being Racha Fouad, DMD. She acts as though she is queen of all dentistry. (Let me tell you Racha ... when a patient has a questions as to your findings we expect answers not eye rolls and glares ) then after three times of having to drive back to schedule a time to meet with her to get the information I was told “ oh we didn’t take any X-rays - let me do that and we can show you what you need done” - well if they are going to rack up a bill that cost me $2700, I would like to nicely have it explained to me as to what I need done and not a glaring stare letting me know I’m wasting your time because you dont need to explain anything to anyone.

Had to find a new dentist.. Was scared to try ADC because of past reviews, but they took my insurance and by word of mouth, they were recommended. They are CON ARTISTS!!!! The dental hygenist is a rude and inconsiderate woman that has the personality of a cardboard box along with refusing to look at your mouth unless you have X Rays taken. The office manager is mouthy and rude along with the rest of the staff. Got a 2nd and 3rd opinion after being told I needed work and SURPRISE, I didn't need ANY of it. These people give dentists a bad name. Save your money, your time and your aggrevation and go somewhere else!!!

I like this plan... Miami dentists think everyone is rich I guess but I have saved maybe 50% this year on regular treatments like exams, cleanings and fillings. Probably saved $200. Only spent $68 so far all year with the plan.

The staff is always warm and welcoming when I arrive, it is a good atmosphere. My hygienist, Kate, makes me feel very comfortable and I trust in the recommendations I’ve gotten from Dr. Theis. They make a great team! The dentist isn’t always a fun place to me but they make it more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I bought this plan just to save on my Lasik surgery, but I ended up keeping it and using it for braces and for all of our dental appointments. Occasionally I have a question or issue with the discount received but I have gotten it all worked out and saved a lot of money. Just make sure the dentist you choose is ON their plan still and discuss your discount with them when you go so you know what you will be paying and how much you will save.

Personally I am so frustrated with big insurance companies and people calling me non stop about health and dental insurance. This plan kind of seems like a mom and pop business but they have been around for 30 years and are cheap for a plan that covers everything at a discount. My dentist's office manager tried to get me to get off of the plan and join HIS OWN plan, but then I would have had to pay more, ONLY go to him, my kid couldn't go to a specialist, and I can only go twice a year. On this plan I go whenever I want for a cleaning and it's like $30. I said no thanks doc, I'm sticking with American Dental. She probably just gets a bonus when she sells his plan.

I found Dr. Racha Fouad exceptional in many respects. After years of not visiting a dentist and with a growing belief that its a matter of time before things fall totally apart I decided to see Dr. Racha. Although, there was a lot of work to be done, Dr. Racha managed not to exaggerate, explained all what needs to be done, planned the visits as not to affect my busy work schedule, reached out to the insurance and provided me with exact amount I will be paying out of pocked while prioritizing the work to maximize insurance benefits between two years. This is not insurance. If you’re okay with a dental plan then I recommend. People think insurance is better but I disagree. I get a cleaning 3 times a year and my exam and cleaning is only $25. The regular price my dentist charges people is $99 and you can only get it twice a year she said for that price. I also bought their bleaching gel and saved 30% on that so that was $42.

I had an appt at 615 made in advance, upon arrival the staff said they cancelled it but called numerous times, would I like to reschedule, then I found they did not even have my cell phone number and lied abt calling. The sign says walk ins welcome, no its "bait and trap" to try to get isnew customers and is illegal. No walk in service at this place and no accommodations for me when I have an appt. been a long time patron at this place. I will be calling BBB about false walking sign and not accommodating my appt. DONT GIVE THESE MEAN ASSOCIATES YOUR BUISNESS, they will do wrong by you sooner or later.

I came to this office after getting frustrated by a different dentist. They scheduled me a appointment right away when I told them about my tooth pain. I've been here for a couple of procedures since and the Office Manager took her time to explain what my insurance would cover and walked me though the application for Care Credit, she was very helpful and front desk receptionist was very friendly and Dr. Gera has been amazing. Dr. Gera is very precious in his work, he takes his time when he needs to, and answers all your questions. Strongly recommend.

If I could leave negative stars I Would! Receptionist said she called numerous times, and I only had one missed call almost a week ago, stating she was only calling to "remind" me of the upcoming appointment. We show up tonight early, and they said they took it upon themselves to just cancel and fill it with someone else. Not accommodating at all. When asked if we could be a walk in, since there is a sign, and she said that they never really have time for walk ins. When I spoke to office manager, she said she had authority to remove our insurance so we'd be considered out of network. We had been patients for over 2 years and this is unacceptable. Will be contacting BBB.

Awful experience. Tried this office when my insurance changed and found out from my original dentist that I had a cracked tooth. ADC wanted me to pay full price in advance for a crown claiming that insurance would not cover it. They never even submitted it for pre-auth! The room full of chairs separated only by cabinets felt like an auto repair garage with Meineke on one side and Lube Express on the other. Literally. When I said I wanted the pre-auth first, they all became rude with one behind the counter telling me that it takes 4 weeks for it. What??? They also have a boatload of dentists on my insurance list attached to their address. One of which is my brother-in-law who worked there 1 month (years ago) and even HE got ripped off. Most of the others do not work there, either. Bait & switch? On to another office that is less of a factory managed by rude con artists.

I am very satisfied with all aspects of this practice. There was a problem I encountered with my last appointment, however, when completing my invisalign program. I knew this appointment was to have a final mold made for my permanent night brace as well as the final teeth cleaning procedure. Once again, the molds for both my upper and lower teeth had to be redone a total of 5 times by the assistants. This is always painful for me because of extra boning in my lower mouth. Once Dr Fauth was called in, it was gently completed the first time around. Assistants need more practice to get this done correctly. It's not the 1st time I've been through this but throughout my entire invislign journey. The other inconvenience was in being told ”at the end” of my teeth cleaning procedure... The fact that I could not eat or drink anything with color for 48 hrs. I had a family party I was hosting on Saturday. Had this procedure been completed on Friday rather than Wednesday, it would have been a huge problem for me. This should be explained up front to the patient so they can plan their schedule accordingly.

On February 25th, I called to cancel my plan. I didn't realize that I was set up for auto renewal and had no use for the plan moving forward. When I called, I had no issues getting through to billing and spoke with Lorraine. I'm not sure if she was just having an off day, if she was sick, or if she really just had no idea how to interact with people but she was a huge headache to deal with. I had to repeat information several times and she still managed to get it wrong when she was trying to find my account. She told me that she finally had my account pulled up and that there were 2 other people on it. I insisted that there were no other people on my account so she must have the wrong one. Turns out, even though I had clarified my name several times, she had the wrong name. It wasn't even close to mine. She finally located my account and told me that I would need to email her a message stating that I wanted to cancel my plan. This was a little strange to me since I was on the phone saying it, but whatever. I emailed her and followed all instructions and was told on the phone that the refund would be posted in 3-4 business days. On March 5th, I still hadn't received a refund, so I emailed Lorraine to see what was going on. She emailed me back the following day and said that refunds take 7-14 business days to post and that she went ahead and canceled out my account. Why had it not been canceled out before I'll never know. On March 26th, I emailed Lorraine again because I still had not received the refund. She emailed me back the following day and said "I had it refunded today. Sorry about the wait." I still had not seen any credit on my account so I called this morning and was told by Brenda (I think that is her name) that it had in fact been canceled, the refund was pending, and I should see it any day now. When I asked her why it had been put on the back burner for so long, she told me "I'd really have to look into that to find out, so I'm not sure..." Is that not a part of your job, Brenda... looking into things for a customer? Whatever... this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and would never recommend them to my worst enemy, much less my family and friends. I will update this review when a resolution is found, until then I will continue to push for the refund I keep being promised and posting this review on every outlet I can find including the BBB. This is NOT how a business should run.

I would like to highly recommend American Dental Care Partners for any cosmetic dentistry you might need. I had been quoted $29,000 for 8 porcelain veneers at a dentist on the westside of Houston! I thought that was an obscene amount of money. I had seen a TV commercial for the American Dental Care Partners, Discount Dental plan. I joined their program and went to one of their providers by the name of Dr. Jeffrey Fey. His regular price was approximately $12,000 for the 8 veneers but with the American Dental Discount Plan I got my 8 porcelain veneers made for $7,700. I saved $4,300 using the American Dental Discount plan. Woo Hoo since I only paid $161.80 to be a member for an entire year. My 8 upper veneers look absolutely amazing!!! I couldn’t be happier!

Really dislike this establishment. I showed up 10 mins early for my boyfriends appt and they claimed I didn't have one, I wasn't in their system. The lady at the counter continued to be rude to me then I reached into my wallet and pulled out the card with the date and time marked from the lady at the front desk that was given to me the week before. Still after I proceed to show her the card she was rude...then today I called at 11:30 to change my boyfriends appt made for 3:30 today to say we wanted to cancel the X-ray that we decided upon last minuet the week before, we still were coming in for his rootcannal as scheduled. I just wanted to cancel the X-ray, I was tossed between three different people at the frost desk, I was put on hold three times for them to say I can't cancel the appt because it was for my boyfriend not me however I am the one who's name is on all the payment information..I would of been happy to varify his information for them but they were ignorant I ended up hanging up. Please stay far away from this institute! It's full of useless uneducated people. I would rather take my loved one somewhere where we are treated with respect, save yourself some time and aggravation...spend a little more somewhere else for better quality service.

Had a 10am appt 2/15/2018. dental asst calls me in 10:22. no other patients in the building. the 22 minute wait was FREEZING. colder inside than outside. Assistant smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. Asthma attack started. Dentist G comes in no apologies for being now 25 minutes late. I had to walk out . He had my permanent crown hostage as I paid for it months ago. rescheduled a few days later. this time 10 am on time. Teeth cleaned, xrays taken, crown put on. He asked if I wanted a flouride treatment. I said I thought it was part of the cleaning process as it always was and paid for twice a year by my insurance co. . There was no disclosure from assistant it would not being done. . I said ok. 3 minutes later, done. and he charged me 20 dollars extra. I have been going to American Dental for years now. Although I am still very young, 28, I can attest to the phenomenal extensive dental work they are capable of. I started struggling with bad teeth and poor dental maintenance at a very young age. By the time I found American Dental, I was suffering from multiple cases of decay and was on the verge of losing many teeth. Dr. Fouad helped me keep as many teeth as possible and reconstructed my whole smile. In the beginning I wasn't able to fully eat because of loss of function and horrible pain and now I am chomping into anything I desire, and smiling non stop! American Dental was truly a savior to me. My insurance changed several years ago and I had to make other arrangements; recently I have a new policy and it is like coming back home to return to American Dental. I have purchased a coupon on Living Social, for Complete Dental Exam and Cleaning. When I got into the office they tried to up sale me to a full set of x-rays. When I turned it down, they claimed that in order for them to clean my teeth they need a full set of x-rays of the entire mouth. Not sure why they need it, since they could not come up with a single good reason for it. There was no mentioning of the x-rays anywhere on the coupon, or when I was purchasing it. Or even when I called to make an appointment. During this whole process the hygienist was very rude and obnoxious. She acted as if they were doing me a favor, and did not acknowledged their mistake. The dentist or an office manager didn't even come out to talk to me. Although I asked to talk to the dentist few times.

By far the worst business I have ever come in contact with. Super rude staff and all they care about is charging ever fee they can even if the insurance co says no. My wife had some root canals at this place and they tried to charge an extra $300 in digital fabrication fees. Per Aetna, these are bogus fees and cannot be charged by this provider. I spoke to aetna and confirmed this prior to any work being performed. The rude staff (Debbie) offered my wife to have her crowns removed after they just installed them if we didnt pay the extra 300. They also charged a fee for gum lancing which too less than 2 minutes and they charged $850- Of course its a fee that aetna doesnt cover. Then, Debbie, refused to give back our credit card after we paid over $2k out of pocket. After 3 months had past with no credit, I called and spoke to Debbie, who refused to issue the credit and hung up on me. I was being super kind, polite and patient but they have given us no other option but to place a poor review, contact the better business bureau and the attorney generals office. Please, do yourself a favor, and stear clear of these people.

I used to see this guys tv commercial all the time but I had a dental plan through my work and never called. Now I don’t have dental insurance anymore because it was way too expensive and I saw a Facebook ad for them so I went to their website to enroll. I did enroll online and got 2 months free, but then the next day I got an email to a different email address with a better special the next day to add a family member free so I called them and they were very nice and said they’d offer me the special I received. I suggest you enroll online and then call them to see if there is a better special because they do run specials. Anyway I have only used the plan once so far but I saved more than the plan costs so I’ll be keeping it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible. Crowns fall off. The work is subpar. They want to resubmit it all for insurance money. They over charge for everything. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. You will end up getting the work done at a real dentist

I've been using this dental care facility for a number of years. I have used the same hygienist for at least 6 years. She is great and the biggest reason that I continue to use American Dental Care. I have very few dental issues and don't interact much with anyone other than the hygienist. The dentists who come in at the end of my checkups have all been friendly and thorough. The rest of the staff have always been pleasant and helpful.

Just got back from the dentist and I have to say it was the best dental experience I've ever had. I don't typically write reviews but I do believe this dental office deserves one. As soon as I walked in the door I noticed the professionalism right away. The atmosphere was comforting and the staff was very welcoming. In a matter of minutes I was in a chair and being evaluated by a dentist. Dr. Jaron theis really knows how to put his patients at ease. When I first sat down I was nervous but by the time he was done explaining things to me I was confident that everything was going to be ok. Not only did he fix my darkening tooth, he also fixed the chips in my teeth as well. I can now smile with confidence and you wouldn't believe the complements that I've been getting. Thank you so much Dr. Theis! I recommend this dental office to my friends and family with confidence.

Dr. R. Fouad has been my dentist for the past 13 years and I have been consistently pleased with the work she has done! She is very concerned about the aesthetics of one's smile, something other dentists may not consider. Dr. Fouad makes every attempt to see to it that her patients are at ease while in her care. I can honestly say that I look forward to my visits to her office. I would feel comfortable recommending her to any of my friends or neighbors....oh, and yes, my family too!

Great dentists! I've been a patient in the practice for a few years after trying a few different offices. The docs are super nice and they take their time when performing procedures to make sure you're comfortable. I've been seeing the same hygienist since I've started here and it feels like catching up with friend every time I visit. The office staff are very friendly as well. They always seem to remember who I am even though I'm only there a few times a year. I highly recommend ADC to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I made an appointment for a routine dental exam and cleaning. They took x-rays, the cost of which previously has been covered by my insurance. I was told I needed gum "surgery", and had to have this done in three sessions. Trusting the dentist, I agreed. Total was $500. co-pay (which I was not told beforehand) and $69. co-pay for the x-rays which as previously been included. The "surgery" was actually part of the original exam, but they used Novocain, so the extra visits/payments. All this, and my teeth had not yet been polished; told I needed to come back in six weeks for that, which is mostly the reason I went there. When I tried to discuss this with someone in the office, I was told - that is how we bill. After insisting on the polishing, the hygienist finally did it. When I asked why she wanted to wait six weeks, she told me - that is how we do it; another co-pay. Rip off city. $1,069. for service that were covered by insurance company! Yes, I have filed a complaint.

I used to see this guys tv commercial all the time but I had a dental plan through my work and never called. Now I don’t have dental insurance anymore because it was way too expensive and I saw a Facebook ad for them so I went to their website to enroll. I did enroll online and got 2 months free, but then the next day I got an email to a different email address with a better special the next day to add a family member free so I called them and they were very nice and said they’d offer me the special I received. I suggest you enroll online and then call them to see if there is a better special because they do run specials. Anyway I have only used the plan once so far but I saved more than the plan costs so I’ll be keeping it.

I am SO pleased I have switched our family to American Dental in Doylestown.They helped me with a dental issue that my former dentist could/would not do. Now that I have also had my 1st 6 month checkup/cleaning, I am so impressed how thorough my exam was. Never before have I had such a full exam and super cleaning. I highly recommend this office. I wasn’t sure at first because it took 2 days to get my online enrollment processed (they actually call you on the phone) but once I realized I had to talk to a human and it was fine they spoke English and everything! They are based in Houston. However once I picked a dentist and went I was happy with the savings.

First came to this office for a root canal and crown as they are one of the few offices that accepts my insurance. I was paying out of pocket for routine dental care previously at another office, but due to a broken tooth, could not afford this treatment out of pocket. They were able to get me in right away; however, there are multiple reasons why I will not return. Had a consultation with Dr. Oh, who was great. Clearly explained everything that I needed done. He was personally not comfortable performing my root canal, so it was agreed his colleague, Dr. Fouad, would do that portion of my treatment. Price was discussed before I left the office that day with the front desk staff. When I returned for the root canal, I was told I needed "crown lengthening surgery" while I was getting prepped in the chair, which was not previously discussed and was an additional $500 (discounted price from $650). Had no choice but to pay since my tooth was broken and I needed it fixed. STRIKE ONE After my treatment for the root canal and crown, I scheduled a routine cleaning. Had x-rays taken and saw Dr. Oh after the cleaning who said everything looked great. I do not know the hygienists name as I had difficulty understanding her. It was worst cleaning I have ever experienced. Very rushed and painful. She sat me up once at the very end so I could rinse my mouth out. Prior to that she just sprayed water full blast on my teeth, which ended up all over my face. She then took the paper bib I was wearing, which she had been wiping stuff on during the cleaning, and wiped my face with it. (GROSS!) STRIKE TWO I just returned the other day for another routine cleaning, after requesting a different hygienist. I got Katie, who was wonderful. No pain. Took her time. Sat me up 4-5 times throughout the cleaning so I could rinse my mouth out. No x-rays were taken and I saw Dr. Fouad after the cleaning. She looked in my mouth and immediately said I needed a crown right next to the one they had done. I went to my previous dentist for a second opinion the same day and they said absolutely nothing was wrong with my tooth. They were surprised Dr. Fouad had come to that conclusion. They took an x-ray to be sure, which confirmed what they thought, but also revealed a broken bit of a dental file from the root canal Dr. Fouad had performed on the tooth next to it. While this is not an uncommon thing to happen during a root canal, I was told by my previous dentist the patient is normally informed so it can be monitored for infection. Dr. Fouad did not inform me of the dental instrument she left sealed in my tooth, which clearly showed up on an x-ray. STRIKE THREE The cons definitely outweigh the pros with this office in my experience.

I've been using them since 2010 after it was recommended to me by the receptionist at my dentist to save me over $700 on my crowns. My cleanings are $25 and cleaning with X-ray is $40, needles to say at that rate I go 2-3 times per year. I've been happy with them and now they saved me $150 per year to set up annual payment. Just like anything do your own research but they have worked for me and my wife.

The technicians, staff and the dentists are all capable and caring. My three sons and I have been going here for five years and I am always happy with how we are treated and the care we receive. I have a crown from them that came out perfect the first time. I have several crowns. For my past crowns, it generally took a decent bit of grinding and sometimes even a return visit to get them feeling comfortable. They also prefer white fillings, so no arguments from the staff about amalgam.

However, I since have moved offices to the Langhorne area; I also live in Philadelphia. Nonetheless, the great service at American Dental has kept me coming back for a teeth cleaning. My visit was very disappointing in regards to the Dental plan coverage and billing. Long story short. i just received a call from the office manager who was very nice and explained to me a bit more about the insurance/billing and invited me to come in and go over the information, It may just be a disconnect on one side or the other (or both). In the mean time I'm changing the 1 star review to a 3 pending. So far as the work done it was minor and there was no problem whatsoever on that end.
