I have not cleaned my teeth for a while and it was a pleasure to pay a visit to Ala Moana Dentistry. Everyone in the office was very nice and the service was very professional. It took me less than an hour to finish X-Ray, exam, and cleaning. Highly recommended!

I called this place and one of the receptionists was really rude on the phone. Also I have been there only one time, but I was told I had canceled the appointments TWICE, which did not happen. Very disappointed in their customer service. The receptionist even called my name wrong at the end. They might set up an appointment for you WITHOUT notifying you.

I had my teeth cleaned yesterday at Ala Moana dentistry and was impressed that they took all the time needed to do a thorough job.My teeth stain very easily and are difficult to clean, but the hygienist spent about 90 minutes working at it. And then Dr, Watanabe even took time out to have a look at a tooth that's been giving me problems, even though I was only scheduled for a cleaning. I'm happy to say that they went beyond what was expected and that I will continue to be their patient.

I was way over due on my cleaning and Ala Moana Dentistry was able to take care of me! They are located in the Pacific Guardian building (corner of Kapiolani and Keeaumoku Streets) with parking (which you can enter off of Makaloa Street) fully validated. Check in and new patient paperwork a breeze...I filled everything on a laptop. I had the BEST hygienist...Andrea! Digital x-rays and photos for record...then the teeth cleaning. Andrea was soo thorough and gentle. Exam time with Dr Kieko Watanabe...such a sweet lady. She did address my concerns and will also be monitoring them AND...NO cavities! Checking out was so simple...receptionist, Brittany reviewed my statement and insurance questions. I was referred to Ala Moana Dentistry which gave me a credit on my account....so I didn't have to pay a co-pay! I will definitely refer my friends and family to have their dental needs taken care of here at Ala Moana Dentistry and will be back for.my 6 months check up!

Keiko is very friendly and caring. Her kind way makes it easy for me to understand what I need to do to fix my dental problems. In my past, I've had horrible experiences which led me not to go see a dentist for 15+ years despite knowing I had dental issues that needed to be addressed. I'm the type that will research things before I make a decision. I found that Keiko has a very impressive background and is very accomplished. After meeting Keiko, I've been coming regularly and am pleased and satisfied with my results. I highly recommend her.

I love Dr. Keiko and Staff. They are friendly and comforting. We all hate going to Teeth Torture Specialists but Dr. K is totally different. Sign in is smooth and easy, they take time to explain things in detail and make you feel at ease and safe. I’ve had several cleanings and a custom cap. I was most impressed by the high tech up to date technology and techniques they deploy. Seeing your dentist can be less traumatic if you come to AMD. Stop searching and just go.

I decided to check out Ala Moana Dentistry based on some positive feedback I had heard, and it turns out that feedback was accurate.
