Absolutely love love Dr. Wenona! As I was finishing my orthodontic treatment this year, I had an emergency to go see a dentist and asked them who's the best. They without any doubt said VIP dentistry. She has the gentle touch and eased my fear of going to the dentist. She takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable! I had horrible experiences with past dentists, but now I feel great to go see Dr Wenona for my treatments. You definitely feel more like family than a patient here. The staff are always smiling and very helpful. I referred my boyfriend, and a few family members so they can get the great experience as I did. I will definitely continue to refer more people to VIP.

My cleaning was done perfectly. I judge the young lady by experiences with the peridontial cleanings in the past. She knows I have very sensitive gums and took steps to make the cleaning pleasant. I have a “fear of dentists” that is very high. She made it easy to schedule the next cleaning. Thanks for a very good experience!

I started going here for myself. It is run by husband and wife. The husband deals with the cleaning aspect and his wife does more of a cosmetic aspect.Ive had the pleasure of dealing with bibo. My tooth chip at one point and the she delt with it so sensitively. I came out looking better than before the chip! Then I started take my 15 year old there because the insensitivity of our pediatric dentist. They were so good with her. The assistants are so sweet. They act like we've known each other for a long time! They make every experience very comfortable. All the office ladies are the same way. I absolutely love this place.

When we first move to Dacula I found myself on a Saturday afternoon with a killer pain in one of my molars. It was just a few days before Christmas and I panicked thinking I would never find a Dentist. I looked in the phone book and found VIP Dentistry who had an emergency number. I called and got a call back within 20 minutes from Dr. Pat who offered to meet me at their office as soon as he go done taking his children through the Atlanta Aquarium. A couple of hours later I was in his chair and with a simple fix he had me ready to enjoy the Holiday. You don't find Dentists or Doctors dedication to providing excellent care like that very often even to their good patients no less someone theyhad never met before. From that day on our family has enjoyed being part of the VIP Family and I can only say that they are the absolute best people. They are not only good at their jobs but they give of their time to the community at large. Two great people and a great staff supporting them make this group the Super Hero's of dental care in our community.

Staff is exceedingly cordial and helpful while the Doctors are knowledgeable, professional, and eager to engage in conversation. Hygienists are very thorough and pleasant. Very clean and well appointed office, whoever installed the accessories/furnishings in the patient restroom did a masterful job. Yesterday was my first visit. I was an emergency work in because I had a cracked crown. Dr. Patrick Van Derhei was able to repair for me temporarily and he will replace on a few weeks with a new crown. I had a great experience and was thrilled to find an excellent practice And i was very impressed with the professional but friendly nature of this office. They will be the dental practice for my families dental needs in the future!!!

My family have been with VIP Dentistry for many years. They are meticulous and caring practitioners. The staff at VIP are always incredibly kind and helpful. I was always a "dental-phobe" who hated going to the dentist but over time it became clear that going to the dentist at VIP was not something to be dreaded or avoided. They truly put their patients comfort and needs as their priority. Highest recommendation!

Nobody actually likes going to the dentist, but I don't mind the dentist appointments at VIP. The office looks nice and is clean. The people are all nice, friendly and if I'm feeling the least little bit of pain they will take care of it. VIP was recommended to me by my son's pediatric dentist and I've been coming ever since. As far as dentists go, they are the best - but of course given a choice of visiting them and spending an afternoon at the beach, I would choose the beach. ;-)

I moved to the area from another state in 2010; I found VIP Family Dentistry in 2011 and I am a patient today. I enjoy the professional atmosphere. You are seen at your assigned appointment time; the dentist and hygienist work together seamlessly to make your experience positive and productive. I have recommended this practice to my friends and I believe they are satisfied also. The hours and location are convenient to me. I recommend this practice.

In all my years of going to the dentist, I have never had the need to use the after-hours emergency service.... that is until this past weekend! My son lost one of his implants on Sunday morning. I called the after- hours line thinking “let’s see what this does for me.” The phone was answered immediately, the hygienist took my information and called De Pat. I got a call back in 3 minutes saying Dr Pat could meet us at the office in 5 minutes! My son’s tooth was fixed within the hour! I was so impressed that never once was there an attempt to make my son wait til the office opened or was there any less sense of urgency because it was Sunday morning! You know what that phone call “did for me?”.... it made me realize that VIP Dentistry cares about it’s patients and that for me is a 5-Star rating!! Thank you VIP!

Dr. Pat and Dr. Wenona have a professional practice that makes going to the dentist as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Their office provides beautiful views from the chair facing the woods and bird feeders. The classic rock music playing in the background and happy employees will put even the most skittish customers (me) at ease!

The front office does not know what they're doing. Coming from someone who works in the medical field the front office is unprofessional. The Dr. and hygienist are great at what they do but in a dental office staff you have to have all professional parties on board to make your practice a great one and they are lacking in that category. So unprofessional!

Went in to get a filling done. That night I was in pain so I called the office, there was no after hours phone number to call so I had to go to the hospital to get pain medication. Showed up early the next morning still in extreme pain. The dr. said oh we must've forgot to put the answering machine on. Really! He fixed it as best as they could but within a year I had to have another dentist give me a root canal and crown for that tooth. Now this office is sending me to collections that also charged me over $700 in interest ridculous. So after this offices charges, a hospital bill, several days of pain, a root canal and crown they still want $1,700 from me according to the collection agency! Good luck getting a penny out of my ***!

My first experience at VIP Family Dentistry was excellent. I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I walked into the office. She was very polite and friendly. The waiting room was first class as it encompassed a large leather couch and a flat screen TV on the wall. The waiting room was nothing like most dentist offices I'd experienced in the past where they are cold and uninviting. The dental assistant that did my cleaning was amazing. She was kind and very patient with me and she performed her duties, she was the tip of the sword. The dentist was very friendly and kind and wasted no time. The experience truly deserved the 5 stars I provided.
