This office is amazing. The front desk staff and hygienists all go the extra mile to make sure my toddlers are comfortable. Both my kiddos have been coming since they were 2, and even though we moved we make the drive to see Dr.Turner. My kids actually like going to the dentist! My daughter had her first filling done today, it was smooth and painless (according to my 4yr old) and we were in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Turner saw my son on an emergency basis on Monday, and the whole experience was awesome. We will definitely continue seeing this dental office. The staff was amazing. They worked my son in, even though he was not a current patient, when the dental office we were going to wouldn't even see him that day or provide any type of referral to another office. They do make it really fun for kids with an indoor play area and TVs at every chair where the kids can pick their own movie. However, they get 3 stars because they are super pushy about getting X-Rays and we don’t feel comfortable giving our kids Xrays every 6 months because of how harmful they can be to growing brains. We told them we’d have them done if necessary, but they still continued to make us feel bad for it instead of respecting our wishes as their parents and dropping the subject. It was like a Use Car Salesman pitch! Seriously considering leaving and going to a practice that respects parents, too.

I took my son to see Dr. Turner this week for his very first dental appointment and it was an amazing experience. When you first walk in you are greeted with a smiling face welcoming you and your child into the practice. The decor is child-friendly and you would think you were in a zoo! There is a play area with a slide and a coffee bar for the parents. The hygienists were so kind and patient with my son. Harrison kept asking to see "dac-tur turnar' and they thought that was precious. The cleaning was quick yet thorough and painless for my son. When the man of the hour, Dr. Turner came in, he got on his knee so he was eye level with Harrison and greeted him and explained what he would be doing in a way that my two year old would understand. Dr. Turner praised my son while he was examining his teeth and was very positive with his feedback. We were given a balloon, little gift bag with stickers and toothpaste, and the hygienists and checkout staff entertained my son while I completed the remaining paperwork. I drove 30 miles for my son to see Dr. Turner based on his outstanding reviews and I will continue to make that hike every six months as it was well worth the drive.

I was referred here by a friend after a horrible (well several) runs with my son’s pediatric dentist. From the moment you enter the building, you are greeted with warm, smiling faces and kindness. Every staff member, no matter what position, make us feel special and welcome. They are kind and non judgmental and work with how we deal with our teeth issues. They have never belittled me or offered any negative commentary at all. They make both of my children feel welcome and cared for. I could not say enough good things about the staff and the dentists there! I am so thankful to have found such a great practice! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

We really love this dentist and the hygenists, as well as the office staff. Every single person at Turner Pediatric Dentistry is smiling, warm and friendly. My 9 year old is just coming out of a scared-of-all-doctors phase due to hospitalizations and operations she had when she was younger, and I'm telling you, these folks are gold. Today we saw Austin, a gem of a hygenist, who deserves a crown. My daughter *barely* lets me touch her teeth to help at home but before we left, Austin's gentle magic had relaxed my daughter into opening wide. My daughter declared on the way home that trips to the dentist weren't so bad. That's big.

What an INCREDIBLE experience for me and my kids. I took all three of my kids to the dentist at the SAME TIME, and it was their FIRST time EVER. They LOVED it! Dr. Turner and his staff are top notch - from the moment we walked in, we felt like part of the family. There is a little playground and games in the waiting area, and having to juggle three little ones, they made it so easy for me to be there for all three. They were quick but SUPER efficient, and they made sure I understood everything and my kids felt very comfortable. My youngest (2 years old) was able to lay still during the cleaning, which was AMAZING (thank you Austin!!!!!). We will never use another pediatric dentist as long as we live in GA!

I absolutely love this dentistry office and my children do too. I have a 2 and 5 year old that went here today for their first dentist appointments and they had so much fun. My older child (7) now wants this to be her dentist as well so we will certainly be switching. Dr. Turner was very friendly and knew exactly how handle my 2 year old while looking at her teeth. The staff was wonderful also and I will not take my children anywhere else after seeing how happy they were through the entire process. For expense I believe it's based on what your insurance covers and your child's case. I didn't pay anything for my children's cleaning. However, for my 7 year old I have already been told by 2 different dentist that I need to get ready to spend a lot of money because all of her teeth are coming in crooked.

I was told to call them bc they could help my 10 year old daughter with the removal of 2 teeth. I called and they said that they dont do that.. no problem.. but when I asked "who do you refer your clients too to have this procedure done" I was told "sorry we dont do that, we dont want it to come back at us" are you kidding me? Yous would rather let a scared child be in pain. And a tearful mother completely lost (bc I've called 16 other places and apparently none does this). Just bc you dont want it to come back to to you?! I would not use this place. They clear that they care more about covering thier own butts than a child in pain.

WONDERFUL! My daughter had her very first dentist appointment and LOVED it! She is still talking about how much she loved going to the dentist. Dr. Turner and his staff are always polite and kind. They do a great job of listening to your concerns and explaining things. The office will conveniently schedule all of my 3 children at the same time so we do not have to sit and wait.

Excellent experience! I cannot recommend this pediatric dentist enough! I brought my 19 month old daughter here for her first consultation and cleaning. Dr. Shoemaker and the staff members were so sweet and knowledgeable. They really took their time with us, answered all of my questions, and gave me fantastic tips for caring for my toddler's teeth at home. We felt so welcome and well cared for. I'd give them a six star rating if I could!

We recently moved to Georgia from out of state and a friend recommended Turner Pediatric Dentistry. My three children are 7, 5, and 2 and have LOVED their regular check-ups and cleanings with Dr. Turner. Austin is their dental hygienist and she is fabulous: warm, friendly, great at conversing with kids, and putting their fears to rest. My son was hit in the mouth yesterday and we had our first experience with their emergency dental care. We left a voicemail that was sent directly to Dr. Turner's cell phone, and he called us back within a few minutes. He asked for pictures of my son's injury to be texted to him, and then told us he'd fit my son into Monday's schedule for a tooth extraction. Every single staff member I've dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and knows what they're doing. We are 100% satisfied with the dental care and service and recommend them to everyone.

I am always pleasantly surprised that the amazing women working at the office remember my children even though we are only there once every 6 months. As a parent, I love Dr. Turner! On multiple occasions, Dr. Turner has given very helpful opinions and advice about how certain injuries or health problems will impact my children's teeth. He takes time put of his schedule to graciously answer all my questions... and sometimes there are a lot! I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a stellar pediatric dentist office.

Children who are anxious about going to the dentist will truly love to come here. This office has a calming but child centered focus that feels nurturing and inviting. After a couple time here, my youngest who was very scared of the dentist, is now relaxed and feels calm once he is in the doors or even out of my sight in the direct care areas. They teach him to be responsible for his teeth and give encouraging feedback. He even looks forward to coming to this office and seeing Dr. Turner and his staff now. This place is a truly a godsend.

There really are places that deserve more than five stars. This is a phenomenal pediatric dental practice! Everyone is very friendly and adaptable to how well your child does during the visit. The waiting room has a play area and some video games for older kids, along with books. And during the cleaning, kids are able to watch a show or movie. Dr. Turner and the staff are wonderful. Highly, highly recommended!
