They are GREAT! I've been a patient here for some years now and plan to continue! Dr. Knauer (both of them) are very kind and the hygienists are gentle and thorough. Always a great experience!

My cleaning was done by a dental professional that was very complete and very gentle. She did an outstanding job. Completed and explained each step. Thank you.

Sorry to say this was my first dentist appointment in several years, BUT HAPPY to say I could not be more pleased with the staff and services at SDA. Dr, Husney is the best! Lorena for Larry Logan

AVOID at all cost. TOTAL HEADACHE. I had the worst experience I could have had with any service provider ever. I had received some services in the summer of 2017...for which I did paid portion of it, and they told me they will send the bills to my insurance directly for the balance. They also told me they would bill me directly later for any portion not covered by insurance. No problem there. Let me also clarify that i have a perfect credit score and never owed anyone anything. Later that summer, I had to move permanently to Oregon from Georgia for work. As a side note, during the transition I had changed my mailing address to my in-laws in Georgia (and the dentist had that on file). The dentist called me twice AFTER my move to check on me and schedule my next appointment, which I clearly told them I no longer lived in Georgia. Fast forward a year later, my father-in law sent me a copy of a collection agency letter sent to their address under my name, on behalf of Sprayberry. They claimed that they had mailed me (to my in-laws address) 20 something invoices from that outstanding balance from the previous year!!! Which is outrageous. How in the world would my in-laws not get any of the 20 letters they claimed they sent! And I did double check with them, they had the correct address. Not to mention, none ever tried to CALL ME since then in this regard. They clearly had the correct number on file because A) My number never changed and B) They did call me AFTER my move only to schedule another appointment with me! None ever mentioned anything about any outstanding invoices!!! Which I still don't get. Even the collection agency was surprised by the incident after I explained the history and what had actually happened. I ended up paying the bill because that was not the issue to begin with....the issue was the fact that they dragged this to a collection agency without even actually trying to reach me which will hurt my credit score. All because of their ignorance! DO NOT GO HERE if you don't want to be messed with.

Our family has used Dr. Knauer for MANY years. Have always had a good experience. Now his son is working with Dr. Knauer Sr. and found the excellence continuing into this new generation. Highly recommend them both.

Be aware! Consultations are not free. I referred my elderly father for a free consultation for vaneers, he was declined for the procedure and had to pay $260 for the "free" visit only to be turned away!

Sprayberry Dental and Dr. Jeffrey Knauer rocks! I have only been going there for about 2-3 years, but I have always had very tiny bottom front teeth which were my permanent teeth. Out of the 4 different dentists I have had in the past 10 years, those teeth have always been chipping away. No dentist ever gave me an option on what to do with them. They just kept refilling the breaks. No one ever mentioned it was due to my overbite and I had no idea since I had previously had braces and throught all was well. Dr. Knauer made a plan which I spread out over 3 years due to cost (included orthodontics) and today I finally got my bottom teeth fixed! For the first time, I can see beautiful bottom teeth (yes, they are crowns but they are mine) and I won't be gumming my food when I am older. Thanks so much to Sprayberry Dental and Dr. Knauer!

The dental hygenist and the dentist perform great work but the administrative personnel have a negative attitude and are not customer service oriented. They truly seem like they hate their job.

Dr. Anderson !!!!

Terrible. I just learned of "roster only" coverage. they follow a printed list that comes out monthly. if you have a child in school in another state, and have switched your primary care provider for the purpose of care in another state, switching back to sprayberry requires a month in-between to get the patient back on the printed roster that is provided monthly -- a printed list -- which has nothing to do with actual coverage or elegibility. as a result of this self-imposed requirement by sprayberry, my child is no longer elegible to get dental work under our current plan in December, when she is home from school. I will be changing dentists! Ridiculous!

Been waiting over 35 minutes past the time of my scheduled appointment. Because they’re “waiting on the doctor” looking into a new dentists office

Love Cindy, my hygienist! She's very knowledgeable and always gives me good tips. We also can have a good laugh together to uplift each others spirits! See you in 6!

As someone who has been a patient of this practice since around first grade (now 33 years old), I cannot recommend enough that people AVOID going here. While my entire family has had some issues with the service received throughout the years, the last straw come in November 2017. Back in May (2017), after several years of absence, my wife and I decided that it was time to get back in the habit of having regular dentist appointments. This also included my 5-year-old son having his first dental experience. Against my better judgment, we returned to Sprayberry Dental. While my son can be difficult at times (as any 5-year-old can be), he had an absolute abysmal experience. He screamed, cried, gagged, and kept getting out of the chair. My wife and I had to physically restrain him in the chair so that they could finish the cleaning. The hygienist did the best she could, but we ended up with four employees in the “bay” where they were working on him, because of the noise and commotion being made. To finish off his appointment, they attempted to take x-rays with an adult-sized device. Needless to say, this choked my son (heck, it still chokes me). The office manager threatened that we would need to take my son to the county health department to have his required school registration form filled out (he was starting Kindergarten), if they could not complete the x-rays. Fortunately, we were still able to have the form completed without the x-rays and were advised that we could have a referral to a pediatric dentist the next time he was due for an appointment (as required by our DMO plan). Fast forward to November, my wife gets a call from the office, asking to schedule my son’s next appointment. As such, my wife inquired about the referral. She received a call back the next day and was advised that they would need to see him back in their office before a referral could be issued. I eventually got in touch with the office manager who advised me that there were no notes in my son’s file that indicated the negative experience or the referral offer. I questioned her on the accuracy of the file and brought up the x-rays that were attempted during our conversation. She replied with, “We don’t do x-rays on children that young.” This, of course, is a lie, and I reminder her that she was in the bay with us during all of this. She replied with “That was May.” Instead of valuing my family as long term patients, and the comfort of my child, they are standing by their shoddy false record keeping and insisting that they see him again before he could go elsewhere. I am now in the process of transferring our family to another practice and starting over fresh (referral requirements of our DMO in mind). Goodbye and good riddance to Sprayberry Dental! If you (or especially your child) is looking for dental practice, please look elsewhere! One last thought I want to add – my last visit was in June and I had a small series of cavities filled. My mouth hurt worse (for about 2.5 months) after the fillings they completed than before they did their work!

Good practice, and great location.

Dr Husney is great. 5 years ago I had another dentist recommend lots of work ( multiple crowns , etc ) -- I was referred to Dr Husney and he looked at me and said I was fine , didn't need all that work. And I was fine. honest dentist.

Ashleigh Bailey

I haven't been to the dentist in probably 15 years because of a previous experience. I'm honestly terrified. From the initial consult to the 1st appt for deep cleaning & 2 cavities filled today, Cindy made is so easy. Very calming and constantly asking if I was ok. If it wasn't for her not sure i would've done it. Cindy... you've made a lifetime patient out of me! Thank you!

rodney floyd

Have been a patient for over twenty years. Though I no longer live or work close to their office anymore, I make the 45 minute drive to get there. Now that the son is in the practice, I know I am good for another 20 years.

The lady at the font desk is EXTRAORDINARY unpleasant. Has been for years. I was 10 minutes late to my 3PM appointment. (I know, shoot me). This was due to a commute that normally takes 20 minutes but unexpectedly took an hour because of traffic. I walked in and immediately apologized. She looked at me like I was Frankenstein and said "Yea, you're really late". She then informed me that the next appointment had already been taken back and I would have to reschedule. Why had the next appointment, which would have been 3:30 at the earliest, been taken back before 3:10? Also, if that appointment was already being taken care of, why couldn't I be fit into the 3:30 slot? I said I was happy to wait and she said "No you can't wait we close at 4:30, her next appointment is already back and she's got another one" and sent me on my way. I have gone to this dentist for 12 years and I am currently looking for a new one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We can to sprayberry as a referral and have been disappointed with the level of customer service and flexibility. Infact they have ZERO flexibility. I am truly disappointed and looking for a new dentist for 5 member family. They act more like my business is an inconvenience to them than a help.

Jack Joyner

My wife and I have been patients for more than 25 years and have always received excellent care. Dr, Knauer is an artist at creating and fitting caps!

Taylor Lopez

I've been going to this dentist office for years and always have a positive experience. The hygienist are all very friendly and efficient. The women who work in the office are great, I never have to wait too long to check in or out. I really like that they've started booking cleanings 6 months in advance so I don't have to remember to call back in 5 months to book it. Dr. Marshall Knauer is nice, he's always the one who checks my teeth, I've never met the other dentists.

Sara Morrison

Conservative dentists. Very good.

terry7893 .

I walked out of the place after they wanted too much of my personal information. It's none of their business where I work or how long I've been there. It's none of their business what my Social Security number is. It's not going to help them treat me better. Then they said they'd have to make a copy of my driver's license. I said I don't think so. Unless you're the Dept of Motor vehicles. Have you people never heard of IDENTITY THEFT??? Ever wonder HOW it could happen?? It's because YOU GAVE THEM ALL YOUR INFO!! Then someone from the office steals it or their computers get hacked into.

Consistently bad experiences. My wife and I were never happy. They always seemed to be rushing me through. I went on a Friday afternoon once and felt like I was being worked on by a pit crew. I made a comment about it and the assistant told me Fridays were not a good time to come in. Then why did you schedule me at that time?? Most concerning is I've since switched dentists and my new dentist has found 2 serious problems that needed to be fixed that this dentist never mentioned. In fact, I had mentioned one problem to this dentist because I had pain, and he just brushed it off and said I had probably bitten down too hard and bruised something. My new dentist quickly determined it was a major infection and I was able to get it fixed quickly before it got even more serious and expensive. Thank goodness I made the switch. You can take your chances here, but you might pay for it later.

My dentist, Dr. Husney, is professional, kind, and caring. the hygienist and office girls add to make this a wonderful experience, C. Coe

Dr. Jeffrey Knauer has been taking care of my teeth for several years now. This is a very busy office, I have noticed the staff are concentrating while they are multi-tasking. Keep up the good work Drs. and staff I apprecaite you along with the full roster of clients you have! Plus, I really like Michele. Michele and I worked together in the past. Dr. Jeffrey Knauer hired her as an assistant after she finished her dental school program. She has been working for him for 2 years now, and she loves working for this practice.

Leo Golowinski

Extremely apathetic and unprofessional staff. If any level of customer service is important to you I would avoid this provider at all costs. I tried them again after not having a Primary Care Dentist for 3 years and the experience was even more frustrating than previously. They refused to submit all the billable items to my insurance company because it was a "non-covered" expense. This allowed them to charge me a higher amount then I was expecting. Other dentists I have seen have honored the lower rate but they refused. The office manager quoted my insurance company's contract which stated that in Georgia they could bill whatever they want to for "non-covered" expenses. Only after several calls back and forth was this explained to me even though I inquired about it on the date of service. One of the voice messages that I received was the rudest professional message anyone has ever left me. In a highly accusatory tone, I was told that although I was looking for discounts I would receive none. However, I never asked for a discount but was just curious why I was not getting the contracted rate. I had to speak to three different people before someone could explain that in Georgia providers can bill whatever they want for non-covered expenses. Because of the time that elapsed trying to get this answered I incurred a finance charge for carrying the balance for more than 30 days. When I inquired if they would remove the charge seeing there was a delay in getting my question answered I received a firm "NO". When I inquired how to get my records to see another dentist I was told I had to pay $25 (or no records). This office has consistently been rude, unprofessional, and (most disturbing of all) completely profit driven. Patient care or retention does not seem to be a concept that has even the slightest importance here...BUYER BEWARE!

A neighbor recommended Sprayberry Dental Associates, and I have been going there for about six months. I have complete confidence in the dentists and hygienists and find the office staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, too. I'm so happy I found them.

Jeffrey Coe

The staff are warm and efficient. It has been my experience that the Billing is done correctly the first time, no surprises. Dr. Knauer has done a great job. In over 20 years I have never had to go back and get any of his work corrected.

Barbara Higginbotham

I have been enjoying the service at Sprayberry Dental for 10 yrs plus. They are always friendly and professional.
