Staff and Doctor very friendly. However, if you don't enjoy living with excruciating pain after treatment, find another dentist. I had FOUR crowns completed in one setting. I was told after the procedure, good luck. Take ADVIL for pain. I was made to suffer unnecessarily and would call this post operative plan unethical. At no time did the doctor, or staff, ask me to call if the Advil wasn't sufficient. I was just told this was "policy". With the plethora of medications to manage pain available today, there's NO justifiable reason to willingly and knowingly expect a patient to live with extreme pain for DAYS on end. I haven't been back to this provider for treatment since this occured... and would tell anyone considering to visit - stay clear. This 'policy' requires everyone to suffer beyond what's reasonable, regardless of considering each person's unique individual needs. If they had given me an option to report any problems / pain the following days, this would be a different review. Instead, was told not to bother. In simple layman's terms, "deal with it!...be a man". Avoid this place....unless you absolutely love pain~!

This is an awesome practice that I highly reccomend. It is a beautiful office that is adorned with granite counters, leather seating, and yes....massage chairs while getting your teeth cleaned. They start appointments super early like before 7am so you can go before work if convenient. The best part is they didn't advise me to have any procedures that weren't needed (unfortunately this has been a practice at some other dentists.) I highly recconend Reich Dental. Go check them out.

I use to love this dentist but it's been years and the staff still doesn't know how to pronounce my name. Even after staff stated that notes were listed on my profile about my pronunciation. On top my botching my name, I received a multiple fillings and one "fell out" until getting a second opinion and the filling wasn't completely sealed. I eventually got the tooth extracted. Whenever the dentist comes into room after the dental hygienist has completed an evaluation, cleaning etc , the dentist(s) are always in a rush. Popping in and out before having the opportunity to retain the information provided. Can't help but feel like only money to the office and thought that a customer relationship/rapport would have been established by now.

The administrative staff and dental professionals at Reich Dental are phenomenal. I always have a pleasant experience (well, as pleasant as going to the dentist can be). I like early morning appointments, so that I do not have to take leave from work. The staff can generally accommodate my requests. I like that you have the same dental assistant at each appointment. There is a just a continuity of care that is very comforting and refreshing. The office is beautifully decorated and truly has state of the art technology. I have never felt like I was getting the "up sell" for services / treatments that are not necessary. But, I do appreciate being told if optional or cosmetic services are available. If I have questions about my insurance coverage, the administrative staff is knowledgeable or willing to find out the information. If there is a problem with my billing or confusion about a balance due, the administrative staff gives a good explanation and is transparent with the information they have. I am always able to get a response either by calling or even via email. The responses are prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone who appreciates good customer service, quality dental care, and a dental practice that accepts a broad range of insurances.

I like this practice overall, but I won’t be seeing Dr. Reich again. I saw her before for a cleaning, which was fine, but I came in recently to get bonding on my two front teeth that were chipped, and it was not a “kind and comfortable” environment. She didn’t consult with me on the shade of the bonding material, which from my research seems standard, as it should be. But it ended up being a good match. When first looking at my teeth she was like, “oh, so you want an enameloplasty, not bonding”, as if I had been deceitful, but I didn’t even know what that was. She didn’t charge me for the enameloplasty, which I appreciated. But after looking more closely at my result, I wish she had not removed any enamel and changed the length of that tooth. I just wanted material added to fix the chips.The first or second time I was looking at the results she became impatient and said “ok we have to make a decision here” after I had looked in the mirror for about 5 seconds. She was irritated and thought it took too long for me to put the sunglasses back on after taking them off to review her work. After making a couple more adjustments she just left the room like she was finished and said “you can keep looking at yourself” in the mirror in a very rude and condescending way. She acted like my concerns and the adjustments I wanted were an annoyance and inconveniencing her the first time I expressed them. She came back after leaving the room and was nicer and seemingly tried to make up for her behavior and comments before by saying things like “we care, that’s why we give you a mirror, etc.” but it was too late. I was already uncomfortable and knew she didn’t actually care about my satisfaction. That is unacceptable when changes are being made to my body. I’ve never experienced being told that my opinion about the changes being made to my body didn’t matter like that. Even when I get a haircut my opinions and concerns are better received! And this is a lot more permanent and more money! The hygienist was kinder, but she was agreeing with Dr. Reich and giving her opinion too much, when it wasn’t requested, which created a situation where it was two against one. It’s already not very easy for me to speak up in situations like this, and Dr. Reich’s attitude and lack of concern didn’t help. I eventually accepted that she didn’t want to work on it anymore (and I didn’t want to interact with her anymore) and that I would have to get it taken care of some other way. I ended up buying the dental sandpaper strips being used to refine the bonding online and finished the job myself, and now the shape is how it should be.

Unfortunately, their customer service began to slack and I felt my care plan wasn't as personalized as it should be. Fortunately, I have received all that and more from Reich Dental Center. Their office location and hours are convenient. I feel they value my business. Dental care is very important to me. I believe if I am spending my money and allowing my insurance provider to buy tons in claims, I should be appreciated. April is one of the best hygienist in the field. She takes the time to listen to her patients and creates a personalized dental care plan. She is attentive and concern about your oral health. She has a very personable personality and that welcomed. Dr. Cooney is efficient and effective. She doesn't leave you waiting for extended periods to be examined. I have always wondered why if patients cancel or are running late, they are charged or may be forced to reschedule. Yet, some doctors leave you waiting or force you to reschedule, as if the patient's time isnt as valuable or important as the doctor's. Kristin understands this principle and she values your time. She provides a detail exam and actively listens to your concerns. I have recommended Reich Dental Care to family and friends and looking forward to years of dental care with them.

My permanent crown came off on a Tuesday evening. I had never had this happen before and was in a quandary as to who to call. Since my husband had used Reich Dental and they were close by, I typed them a message via instant messaging on their website at 6:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. They were set to open at 6:30 a.m. I was thinking I would have to end up calling them after they opened, but was highly surprised that by 6:25 a.m., I was receiving a phone call from the front desk receptionist, Kayla. I repeated my dilemma over the phone, and Kayla was extremely helpful and professional to explain their pricing to put my crown on again. She set me to come in that morning at 7:00 a.m. to fill out paperwork for a 7:15 a.m. appointment. My first impression of the office was that it was beautifully spacious, very clean, and had organized staff. After filling out a couple of pages of paperwork, Francisca, the dental assistant, greeted me with a huge smile and handshake right at 715 a.m., then took me back for a quick look and an x-ray of the right-bottom molar area where the crown had fallen off. She was exceptionally friendly and made me feel very much at ease as we waited for the dentist. I then met Dr. Stacey Reich-Wingad. She was quite friendly and professional. She listened to my story, my concerns, and answered each question I had regarding crowns, in general. She actually knew my previous dentist, Dr. Sylvan, who was now retired, and understood I would need a new dentist in the future for yearly cleanings. Since she confirmed there was no issue with my x-ray, she proceeded with placing the crown, telling me at every step what to expect. I knew when they were cleaning the area, when to bite down, when suction would occur, etc. Their attention to detail made me feel very well-cared for and very much at ease. I was very happy that I had chosen top-notch professionals at an accommodating dental facility. After several minutes of working in my mouth, she and Francisca worked side by side. One would mix the dental cement, one would apply it, place the crown, suction, and/or have me bite down as needed. Within a matter of a couple of minutes, my porcelain crown had been placed. After paying at the front desk, I was back home by 8:00 a.m. in plenty of time to begin the workday receiving children in my in-home, family childcare. I honestly have never been treated so nicely by dental office staff and was absolutely amazed that they were so quick and efficient, yet I never once felt rushed or anxious. With their terrific customer service and the caring demeanors of each staff member, I have found a new dentist office! I highly recommend Reich Dental and look forward to my August dental cleaning. Great experience, super friendly people, very laid back atmosphere. She went through all of the photos with me so I could see exactly what she was talking about. She also made me aware of the different price points I had to choose from so that it wasn’t a strain on me financially getting the work I needed done on my teeth completed. The front desk staff were amazing. They were even able to get me in the same day to get a front tooth fixed! My doctor fixed my tooth in about 10 minutes and did not even have to numb my mouth! I’ve been a patient for 10 years and every visit has been a very pleasant experience. I’m a nervous Nellie and they strive to do whatever it takes to make the patient comfortable. This facility is always so clean and still looks like it was built yesterday! State of the art - indeed! I started off bringing my kids here to have there teeth cleaned and for normal orthodontic care. I decided to give them a try for myself and the only regrets I have is waiting so long to make the switch! I don’t mind going to the dentist, but the one thing that is hardest for me is the mouth pain even on a routine cleaning. The team at Reich Dental has made every experience there perfect. April was great and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. I came in the next day to get 2 crowns and Aprial made sure to let them know I was sensitive to pain. Needless to say the experience and procedure were excellent and done in a timely manner. I would recommend Reich Dental to anyone looking for a practice that caters to you and makes you feel at home!

We'll just start this review by saying that my teeth are in rough shape. I'm finally in a financial position to take care of some long-standing issues, so I was already in the middle of considering my options and finding a dentist to get started with, when I broke a tooth that already had some issues. I quickly found Reich through my insurance provider's find-a-doc tool, read their reviews, and then filled out their online appointment request form. I got a call from Kayla, who made the appointment for a few days hence (she offered a next-day appointment, but I was unable to take it because of work), and directed me to the new-patient forms, conveniently housed online to avoid the awkward form-on-a-clipboard dance at the first appointment. I handled all of that, then simply waited for the appointment. From the moment I entered Reich, I felt comfortable and welcome. The ambiance is lovely - very inviting and pretty. I only waited a few minutes, and then I was called back for x-rays and an exam. Dr. Hughes and Brittany were both phenomenal. Again, my teeth are in very bad shape, but they both took their time to answer my questions, explain my options, and help me formulate a plan to get all of my issues addressed. Brittany told me at one point that I "would have a healthy smile by the end of the year," and I legit almost cried. They prioritized my issues in order of severity and importance, and referred me to Kennestone Endodontics (I have reviewed them, as well) for a root canal (or possibly three - but as it turns out, I only need the one, yay!). Once all of that was done, Brittany cleaned my teeth and sent me out the door with follow-up appointments and a clear outline of what happens next. I cannot recommend this practice strongly enough. They are all friendly and efficient and never made me feel shame, or fear, or most importantly, pain, during my visit with them. Looking forward to a long and healthy relationship with Reich Dental!

I have never kept up with my 6 month cleanings at any dentist until I started going to Reich Dental Center. I like to call myself "extra" when it comes to having to go to the dentist. I hate it basically. It's one of the most uncomfortable experiences, so you can imagine I never used to go. However, now that I have started going to Reich Dental Center for the past 1.5 years, I've kept up with regular cleanings. One of the reasons I keep up with my cleanings is April. She. Is. The. Bomb. She is one of the most patient people I've ever met. She takes special care of me at each of my appointments and tailors my cleaning to make my entire experience as comfortable as possible. She's got such a great, fun personality, and I legit won't trust anyone else now to clean my teeth!! The doctors are all so amazing as well. Very patient and kind! I honestly dislike going to the dentist. In fact, the last time I seen a dentist was December of 2015. I had an appointment today (9/27/18), and it was an exceptional experience. Reich dental is different. In my personal opinion, it's the Beverly Hills of dentistry. The staff is friendly, the dental hygienist are thorough, and the dentists are second to none. The facility is state of the art and it's centrally located. Give Reich dentistry a try, you will not be disappointed! A + rating!

I would never ever again prefer or recommend Reich to anyone. It was last year I went for treatment and paid the bill amount and then later they sent an another bill saying that my insurance was maxed out, with no option I paid the bill. After everything its been around 5 months now they have sent another bill of $55 and say reason as insurance. what the hell they calculated while sending second bill, also nothing extra treatment was taken apart from the quote they given. Don't ever go with them just because they have good google reviews which was the mistake I made
