Well, she has done it again! The rockstar of dentistry, Dr Kennedy, is a true pro! In having a need to remove a few metal fillings, her conversational chair-side manner is greatly appreciated and effectively calming... so much so that I found myself mostly interested in trying to chime with a few gurgling syllables while my mouth was wedged open with a bite block and stretched in every direction with a blue rubber dam. She even baited me with a couple questions just to see how I would try to respond. All in fun spirit, of course, and so I again, leave what stereotypically would be a stressful experience as an enjoyable one. Thank you Dr Kennedy! You're genuinely authentic and that is the difference between good to great. Cheers to you!

I was told during my first visit (cleaning) that I had two cavities. During my second visit, despite my dental anxiety...my experience was so great I told Dr. Kennedy I would be happy to stay longer. The post-opt symptoms where non-existent. Lost Mountain is a GREAT practice! Super friendly! I have not only felt welcome during both appointments but invited. I secretly look forward to going back...in 35 years that’s a first! I definitely recommend Lost Mountain!

It had been way too long since I had been to this office, yet they were able to get me in quickly and get a mold and temporary crown in place. I came in today as a new patient, my mom is a patient of Dr.Mulkey and has always talked highly of the office. However, I received Dr.Kennedy during my visit. After my cleaning, cavities and work needed was discussed between the hygienist and I. She was super nice and helpful. I realized I needed some fillings and needed to switch my routine up, which I am all for. Dr.Kennedy then came in and started discussing what my X-Rays and teeth looked like in the most passive aggressive and rude way a “professional” has ever spoken to me. I explained to her I recently started college and hadn’t been to the dentist since I turned 18 because I had seen a pediatric dentist my whole life. Dr.Kennedy then went on to say “she would have a hard time believing my cavities had accumulated in just a year” as if I had just made that up. She also went on to talk about how disappointed my parents would be in me when they find out I have cavities like i’m a 12 year old. She also explained to me that I should consider brushing and flossing like washing my armpits, as if I was disgusting and it was the most ridiculous thing ever to have a few cavities. She even asked me what my diet was like and if i had cream and sugar with my coffee. Really??? The whole time i felt like i was being scolded like a child. Overall, this was the worst dentist experience I have ever had and will not be returning.

The hygienist read my chart and knew my past dental history so I felt confident sitting on the reclining chair! The hygienist did a very good job (in order to pass my "tongue test", I can lick and feel if any place is not cleaned or meet my expectations). Dr. Hildreth is very professional and laid back young guy, who viewed the x-rays and compared my old ones with the current ones. He makes sure there is no problem; he wouldn't make unnecessary recommendations otherwise. I'm happy to be "taken good care" by those people!

Also very upfront about costs - no surprises, and I even got a print out of estimated costs for my next visit too. They don’t charge extra for nitrious either - which is a huge plus bc insurance doesn’t always cover it, and most dentists gouge the price of it big time. Very satisfied and will continue to go there.

This is the dentist I was looking for a long time I had many before and I had to quit because I was overcharged and did not had a good feeling about the dentist. Not only Dr Mulkey but everybody else who worked there is very polite and know if you have a question about anything. I feel so comfortable to go there I know Dr Mulkey will pay attention to all my needs and I have a lot to do because I was stop going to dentist for a long time but I was looking one and a friend recommend me his practice. Now I am in the second appointment done just today and there will be lot more appointments coming up and I feel I choose the right one after 15 years of going to wrong dentists.
