Just a fine experience all the way around on my first visit switching from another dentist whom I had been with for about 15 years. My hygienist was Becky who did a terrific job and sent me home with a nice care pack of dental products. The young lady taking all the xrays was also very pleasant and professional. If you are looking for a new dentist in this area, I don't think you can do much better. Give them a try!

Lipson dental extracted all four of my wisdom teeth and did a great job, the procedure was painless and expedient, they provided pain medication, oral antibiotics, as well as antibiotic mouthwash. The lack of infection and good stitching allowed for quick healing. If you're looking for a good oral surgery team, they've got one of the best!

We first knew about Lipson Dental Group 6 months ago, through a referral by our sons' orthodontist. Their service is superb and staff are very nice. Our sons love going there and that means a lot to me since they are teens; and we all know kids would not be fond of going to the dentist. Mellisa, our hygienist is nothing short of exceptional. She would provide you with the best care she could, and always welcoming, friendly and thorough in what she does. Dr. Kapur and other team members are also nice and highly professional. Waiting time is short. Greatly recommended this clinic to Snellville residents, and others.

Had a filling that broke last night, so in urgency, I started looking for a dental office that could fix that immediately. First time here, and it was an amazing experience to say the least! Upon entering, I was just in awe. This place was so spacious and nicely decorated!! Alisha at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming. Like many people, I am not typically a fan of going to see the dentist. Lipson Dental makes it a very easy and positive experience. I needed a wisdom tooth pulled and everyone from the dentist to the staff, made me feel completely at ease. Down Pillow to rest your head? Headphones for music? TV to distract you? How Wonderful! Next thing I know- my wisdom tooth was out and I didn't feel a thing! It was such a clean operation and I didn't have much swelling at all- unlike my past experiences. Even the billing was easy and headache free. I have recommended my wife, my parents, and numerous friends to visit Lipson Dental for services ranging from routine teeth-cleanings to root canals. We have been beyond impressed with Lipson Dental! We've had a couple of unfortunate experiences with two dentists prior to finding Lipson, and were so relieved to have found an office we can trust and that has amazing customer service - seriously above and beyond! The dental assistants and hygienists have made my anxious little ones comfortable and at ease. Stephanie is an amazing dental assistant and was so comforting to my usually stressed 5 year old during her fillings. Dr. Gilleland even went as far as to call the evening after my daughter's dental work to make sure she was ok! They're extremely punctual. I haven't spent hours in the waiting room. They're very professional, but also make you feel like a friend. I just cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gilleland and everyone in the office. Patricia was my daughter's hygienist and she can't wait to go back! Being able to watch tv with headphones on while she had her teeth cleaned and got fillings also help set her at ease. Missy was my hygienist and did an amazing job! She got cement off of my teeth from my braces - I haven't had them for 15 years!! They also take the most thorough records of any office I've ever seen. They'll be able to tell how my teeth have changed from my first day walking in. Seriously, get to Lipson! Everyone there is wonderful!!!

I’ve been experiencing a lot of tightness in my mouth and decided to go see Dr. Gupta about getting my wisdom teeth removed. Everyone at the Lipson Group is very nice and amazing at their jobs. The facilities are state of the art and very clean. On the dental side, Dr. Deal was awesome, she makes being at the dentist at 8am not only bearable but fun. I broke a tooth one night and called the next morning at 8am for an appointment. By 9am I was in the chair and they were going to work on my tooth! I was a new patient so I expected to have to spend time filling out papers etc. Nothing like that happened. No wait time at all and only a few questions to answer in the exam room. Easy as pie! Stephanie took great care of me, and kept me entertained as my tooth was prepped for a crown by Dr. Kapur. Then she fitted me with a temporary crown. I was out of there in no time, and with no pain at all. I have to admit that I am actually looking forward to going back for the permanent crown in a few weeks. They really are that nice! Dr. Kapur even called me at home that evening to see how I was doing!

She thinks it’s so cool to wear sunglasses and watch cartoons while she gets her teeth cleaned. I have been a patient at Lipson dental for many years and I would not consider another dentist. This dental group excels because of their exceptional staff (from reception to all dental assistants) and top quality professional dentists. Doctor Kapura and the other dentists are amazing. I recently had a dental emergency and called on a Monday morning. By Monday afternoon I was scheduled for surgery which solved my problem. I am now able to fly on a planned international trip in a few days. Without the quick attention from Dr Kapura and staff I would not be able to travel. I can’t say enough about this dental practice. They answer any questions and as busy as they are the Doctors don’t make you feel like they are in a rush. My son was a kind of worried about having his 4 wisdom teeth taken out at one time. He mentioned to me the night before his surgery date. I told him everything will be alright to pray as usual and go to bed. The Nurse went over the procedure and explained everything again. My son agreed to have it done all at once. The surgery went very well with no complications. It has not been swollen at all. Dr. Gupta called us the same night and spoke with my son. My son told him he has not taken any pain medication after the surgery and he was fine. My son only took Amoxicillin, antibiotics for 7 days. We followed all the instructions before and after the surgery. My son started to eat his regular food a couple of days later. I definitely recommend Dr. Gupta for this procedure. Dr. Gupta showed us the x-rays and the affected areas, the reasons why to do it now at 16 years old; he went over the preop procedures. Assured us it will be easy and simple. Yes, indeed it was simple and painless !!!

Let me start by saying that Lipson Dental is not on my insurance plans preferred list of dentist and I still choose them over anyone on my preferred list. This is THE BEST dentist group I’ve ever been to. Just calling to make an appointment was a joy. You’re not bounced around and waiting forever. Everyone addresses you with a smile in their voice. They also any questions you may have before you come in. If they can’t answer the question, someone will answer it for you once you arrive and are settled in for your appointment. When you arrive you’re greeted with the same smile in person that you heard over the phone! I haven’t taken care of my oral health like I should and I told them that. They could care less! They DO NOT judge you. They welcome you with open arms and are ready to get you on the right path immediately! They told me, “forget about the past you’re here now and that’s the best part”! They made me feel comfortable right from the start! After being so lax with my oral health, I actually can’t wait to go back for my follow ups and get my teeth and gums in better condition. I’d highly recommend them to ANYONE!!! My anxiety about going to the dentist is history thanks to Lipson Dental. If I could give them 5 stars for each person that I’ve come in contact with, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist themselves I would. If you have a question about whether or not you should go here, stop second guessing and do it. It is well worth it. They are SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!!

Sometimes going to get your teeth worked on and cleaned can be stressful for some. For me in the past it would take me awhile to get through an appointment because I would have anxiety and a gag problem. But Melissa kept me very calm during my visit and it was the best experience. One of the BEST dentist/doctor offices Ive ever been to! When I was first referred to Lipson dental for my checkup I was apprehensive due to the 1 hr 15 minute drive from my house. I decided I would just get my initial checkup from them then continue somewhere close to me. Anyways from the first time to the multiple times that i went to this clinic, I have had the best experience each time. The front office staff (Cinnamon to name just one) is always super nice and great at fitting me in on their busy schedules. Everyone in the front office is so sweet. The dentist hygienist and all the techs and other staff is so kind professional and make you feel so comfortable. Especially have to add Stephanie the assistant is one of the NICEST kindest warm and intelligent people there! Last but not least the dentists are amazing. Dr Kapur is great and my interaction with Dr Gupta the surgeon was more so I must say he is one of the kindest patient and thorough doctors ive ever been to. It didn't matter if i called texted multiple times his attitude and bedside manner was excellent. He constantly followed up with me to ensure my problem was 100% fixed and he did a great job! This surgeon wasnt worried about time money spent he was so thorough and did awesome work. Overall this place is THE most professional and awesome clinics to go to. I would not go anywhere else for my dental work.

Lipson Dental is the ABSOLUTE BEST EVER! The customer service is impeccable, from the super sweet front desk ladies to the dental hygienists and doctors. Dr. Gilleland is a gem. So I have never been a fan of the dentist visit. My trip to Lipson was in a word "AMAZING". The staff beginning with Brittney at the reception desk, who took my information (for a paperless check) was all smiles and pleasant and put me at easy from the start. Next came the dental assistant ( please forgive me as I forgot her name) and my dental hygienist Kathy, who made my deep cleaning (if you can believe it) comfortable and easy with the help of a little gas. Dr. Ryan was kind and engaged in ensuring that I was comfortable and that my expectations were met. My last stop was Ms. Cinnamon, who checked me out, got me booked for my next visit and did it all with smiles and giggles. Lipson Dental...YOU ROCK. Lipson Dental Group is one of the best dental offices I've ever been to. The staff is so friendly and inviting I forgot that I was at the dentist more than once. When I first arrived I was greeted by Althia, a warm dental assistant who escorted me to my room and walked me through everything that I would have done for the day. Karen, my hygienist was so pleasant and accomadating that my appointment was a completely delight from start to finish. I highly recommend her if you ever need to go in for a cleaning. It's a bit of a commute to get out there but the drive is so worth it in the end.
