Great new practice. Everyone there is friendly and professional. Dr. Shahrokhi is always smiling and cheerful. They offer multiple options for treatment when necessary, but don’t try to force anything on you or up sell in any way. My wife, who also is a patient, has dementia and they always go out of their way to show her compassion and respect. I highly recommend this practice.

My teeth are as brittle as, well, peanut brittle. I'm new to the area and before I could make my first cleaning appointment, one of my old crowns broke. There was a lot of decay underneath (old crown), but Dr. Shahrokhi was able to save the tooth and get a new porcelain crown in place. She also adjusted my bite and placed the new crown so that there was no space between the crown and the adjacent tooth, eliminating the problem I had of food stuck between my teeth, which caused the problem in the first place. As bad luck would have it, I cracked another tooth a few weeks later (lost 1/4 of it) and am in the process of having a crown placed on that one as well. Dr. Shahrokhi is an extremely competent dentist with a caring manner and professional approach to dentistry. The office staff is as nice as can be, and let you know exactly what the costs are and what you'll be paying before the work takes place. The techs and hygienists know what they're doing and take great care of you. All in all a great place to have dental work done if you need it. Dental appointments are never fun, but these folks genuinely care about you and try to make things as nice as possible.

Everyone here is super nice. I’ve worked with several staff members, and they’re all wonderful! They welcome you by your name as you come in the door. The facility is brand new and looks fantastic. They seemed very clean and professional. I believe the very first time I came for a visit I worked with a lady named Kim, and she was amazing! Sweetest lady in the world! She made me feel so comfortable on my first visit. I would recommend for everyone to come here.

From the moment you enter the building to when you leave it's a wonderful experience. The staff is so welcoming. Everyone is nice and warm. The ambiance is pleasant. I have never liked going to the dentist, but here they are very attentive to your needs and make you feel special. I took my daughter there and was so impressed that I made an appointment for myself. This is my third visit and I am very pleased and happy to know that I am in good hands. Dr Niekamp is very easy to talk to and she is a pro. She also works fast and does an excellent job everytime. I highly recommend this place. Once you visit, you won't go anywhere else.

I came in last week and schedule an appoint for a cleaning that we had Miss . with the lady at the desk . We even discussed the price my wife cleaning was going to be more than mine because my insurance negotiate a price my wife had no insurance. So I came in today and they was not able to see me because they said . I was not scheduled for a clean. however it would not be a problem but like I told the lady .when I schedule the appointment . I had a neck procedure and could not make the appointment .my son had a stroke and my mother-in-law had a stroke to and had to come live with us .so I had to schedule someone to sit with her. So they were not able to seen me today. So there should not be a charge for today.

We went to Hickory Commons Dental Care this morning for a consultation in regards to my 13 year old daughter. Very impressed. We are in the process of correcting the placement of her teeth and wanted to check out all our options. Dr. Niekamp was extremely knowledgeable and honest. Even though this was not the best option for my daughter - she took the time to explain the details and gave us a referral. I was so impressed that I made an appointment for myself for a cleaning. I am looking forward to my next visit!

The best dental practice in town and in my opinion best in Georgia! My dental hygienist Kim was very thorough and walked me through everything she was doing and what it was for. The entire staff (technicians, receptionists, hygienists and dentist) are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They were able to do a few fillings same day. They were able to give me a referral for an oral surgeon for my wisdom tooth removal that’s a bit more complicated than a normal wisdom tooth extraction. I highly recommend going to Hickory Commons Dental Care! This will be the best dental practice you’ve been to.

I was able to get what I wanted fixed without an expensive run around involving other procedures. Before any work was done, I was completely informed about cost. Completely transparent, I didn't get blindsided by an outrageous bill. Everyone I dealt with was delightful and professional. They accepted my unusual "insurance" plan after doing the research to understand it. Dr Casey runs a great practice. Lots of communication between her, her assistants and me. Lovely facility, caring staff. This place is new and shows it: it's gorgeous, and all the latest technology is here. I went in for a cleaning and got a thorough review of everything mouth- and health-related. I particularly liked the time spent on assessing and preventing periodontal disease. And I love Dr. Shahrokhi. She's very very smart but humble and sweet at the same time. We're glad we found this practice.
