My mom surprised me with braces for a graduation gift last year and the whole staff were all in on the surprise and it truly made me feel special. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of our younger children as well as us/older children. When I moved to Atlanta 15 years ago my old dentist had told me I needed four teeth filled, upon being a new patient at henderson mill I found that I needed NO fillings. This dentist is honest and will not give you unnecessary fillings!!!!! Also the baking soda teeth cleaning has stopped my gum problems. I’m 57 and this dentist is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I’ve also had invisaline done here and my teeth have never looked better!!!They allways greet me by name when I come in and remember stuff they talked to me about 6 months ago! Every single person on staff is friendly and helpful! I’ve even changed insurance carriers so I could keep going here!! Can’t say enough good things!!!!

About 6 years ago I had dental work done by another dentist that really messed up my bite. I came to Dr. Uetsuki at Henderson Mill with my problem. He did a thorough and careful evaluation of my problem and proposed a joint effort with an orthodontist to resolve my problem. The two doctors collaborated closely for over 4 years to restore the structure of my mouth. I can only say that the level of care and detail that Dr. Uetsuki has provided far surpasses that of any other dental practice that I have used. Dr. Uetsuki even drove to the office to meet me late one evening when a temporary crown came loose. Also, the helpfulness of the staff with insurance planning and the overall friendliness of the place have made it a pleasure to be a patient, as my entire family will attest. I was recommended this dental office when I complained to a colleague that the dentist I had been going to for over 20 years (Robert Woods) had constant turn-over of staff from front desk to hygienists. No one knew ever knew my name. Henderson’s staff stay. Whether staffing is stable reflects on the practice, especially on the dentist. The front- desk person, Charlotte is wonderful and knew me by name the 2nd time I went there. I like Dr Uetsuki— he is quiet and serious and listens well (plus he will use nitrous oxide on request) . I have no favorite hygienist— I go to which ever has an opening the day and time I need. I kinda wish they were more aggressive in their cleaning. I do recommend this practice.

I was a Mercer University student from 1998 to 2002. I wanted to visit a dental office close by and was referred to Henderson Mill Dental Care. From the first visit to my July cleaning in 2018, the staff remains professional, pleasant and welcoming. I lived in Midtown Atlanta, then moved to Marietta, and still drive to this location. I could live in Blue Ridge and would still use HMDC for oral care. I am not kidding! The clinical staff, from the hygienist to the Doctor, listen to your suggestions, concerns and simply want to get to know you as an individual. After years of ignoring dental needs I was referred to Dr. John Uetsuki for some much needed attention. During my first visit with Dr. Uetsuki I expressed my bad former experience and fear of the dentist. He and his staff understood my fear and took great care of me. That was 3 years ago. Now, I no longer fear going to the dentist. From the beautiful front desk employees to my wonderful Dental Hygienist, Connie and Nurse Korlu, thank you all for always making me feel comfortable. Dr. Uetsuki's gentle hands has made me a forever patient. I've even referred my daughter for her braces. She now has an even more beautiful smile. Thank you Dr. Uetsuki and staff.

Just spoke with a Charlotte who was very rude about a canceled appointment. Why is it so hard to find a decent dentist office in Atlanta. Customer Service is just not a priority anymore. I thought this office would be different but it's not. They just try to be really nice while being rude.
