Don’t even waste your time going here. It’s the worst. Never had trouble going to the dentist until my recent visit here. Service was terrible- was the first appointment of the day and it was STILL TWENTY minutes to actually sit down in the chair. Assistants had an attitude/clearly did not want to be there. They did lackluster work and clearly overcharge for it. Just do yourself a favor and go outside the perimeter. STAY AWAY. LOOK AT THE RECENT REVIEWS!

WONDERFUL WONDERFUL! I went into the Glenwood Dentistry yesterday and never been more satisfy with the result from Dr. Chuzhin! She absolutely loves what she does! and took her time with me to my liking. I went in for a root canal and 3 Same Day Crowns and boi do they look great! A little painful at first giving the procedure but I can say this morning I feel a lot better and recovery is looking great! I'm from Chicago and I recommend this dentist office still! Now I can smile with Confidence! A big thank you to Dr. Chuzhin and staff!

Very poor customer service and lack of follow through in my experience. Staff could not do something as simple as schedule a consultation within 7 days. They told me I had an appointment but when I arrived they told me they required a $100 deposit before my son could even step foot in their office and actually have an appointment [?]. So, I'm back to square one searching for a provider who can actually provide the services I was seeking from them on my imaginary appointment. What a laugh. I was able to find a great children's dentist who took and verified my insurance same day, got me scheduled and served without a deposit.

Great experience overall. Highly recommended. Doctors and staff are caring and highly skilled. Latest tech and equipment used. I got multiple treatments done here by Dr. Saniya. She takes extra care of her patients. She basically heroically saved my bad tooth which was more than half gone. I was in lot of pain, she put a temporary crown and then referred me to a great Endodontist for Root Canal Treatment at another clinic as I couldn't get an appointment here at such a short notice. Then I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted here. Didn't feel much pain or complications which I was concerned most about. My case also required crown lengthening and the surgeon took care of it in the same session. They gave good painkillers and instructions. I recovered in 4 days. Returned in a month to get the permanent crown. I got it done same day. Dr. Saniya designed the crown using CEREC technology. It feels and looks very natural. Landon was very helpful in explaining to me the cost of all treatments and payment options. No issues with insurance. The bills came in as expected. Luckily no surprises there.

This office charged me over $2000 for a dental implant. The original Dr quit half way thru the process..the 2nd Dr said they had to charge me another $2000 to finish. Needless to say, I left without an implant and NO TOOTH. Stay away! All they want is your money and no customer service to speak of. They do no care about their patients AT ALL!

I had a couple red flags with them on my first visit.. Usually with ANY NEW PATIENT... you know, you explain how things work at your office. Nothing... until i got there. They don't explain that they do exams and cleanings "a little differently" from other dentists... in that, they decide what kind of cleaning it is... they won't give you even an estimate of what your fees will be or tell you that you'll be there for 2 HOURS....until you get there. Would've been nice to be told that when i called as a new patient :) I was told there were a bunch of issues with my teeth.... I go to another dentist and its not as "severe" as they made it seem. I got a very retail dentist vibe from these guys... trying to sell services, etc. Not to mention, i was told to call back after the new year to make a saturday appointment since they "fill up quick" .....they don't even have saturdays open..... they do it once a month for new patients... this is the last red flag. byeeeee :)

LOVE this place. Called on Monday to come in as a new patient with some tooth pain and they fit me in the next day. Everyone was super friendly and personable (especially Ebony and the Benefits Coordinator!) They were able to do all my dental work immediately after my exam (deep cleaning and cavity inlay) and everyone stayed as late as they needed to make sure I was taken care of! Wonderful staff and the dentist was very comforting to patients like myself that get a little nervous to go to the dentist. This will be my permanent dentistry home! :)

I got my wisdom teeth out at this place. Everything went awesome but the experience before that was really bad. One of the dentist I had had a cold and was sniffling in my face. Though she had a mask on, I felt really uncomfortable with her sniffing up her snot while above my face. While I was getting flossed (which I didn't do regularly at the time) food particles were being flung in my face. The assistant was apologizing but at the same time laughing in my face. Another dentist (probably the owner name starts with K last name Edwards I think) ignored one of her staff for a good while like a mean girl. The girl was soft-spoken but she pretended like she wasn't even there! Also when I was signing paperwork and wanted to read it she was acting like she was annoyed at the fact. Another thing is that they keep sending me mail advertisements to come back. Like I would ever.

SECOND time I’ve come for a cleaning where I’ve waited half an hour in the lobby to be seen because they literally forgot about me after I signed in. Kept getting bills from them in error because they sent charges to my insurance incorrectly formatted. I suggest going to a more professional office like I intend to for my next cleaning.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience here multiple times. On two separate occasions I scheduled appointments online and confirmed them. When I arrived the front office had no record of my appointments. I was quoted for a dental procedure they estimated would cost $2,500 through my insurance. I got a second opinion from another group and the procedure only cost me $850 through my insurance. After I got the procedure at another group I came back to this office for a dental cleaning. My dentist, Dr. Hope Marshall talked trash about the other practice in front of me and talked down to me for going to another practice. I would only recommend this group to my worst enemy.

UPDATE: 3/28/18 this place is the worst!!!! I have asked over and over to be removed from their contact list! They schedule me for appointments I don’t ask for, they have set me up for automated text messages, they email and call! I have emailed them back, spoken on the phone to multiple people and still it won’t stop! This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I second what Melyssa says. I went there a month ago. First of all - It took me 3 hours to get in and out. Xray machines were working, had to keep switching rooms, I had to wait on someone to come do the scaling which took an hour in itself. They claimed I needed teeth scaling done. It was going to cost $300 total which I didn't have so they did one side. Scheduled an appointment there and then for a month later. They cancelled and didn't give me notice. Rescheduled it without checking. I won't be going back.

A few weeks ago I was experiencing severe pain, so I called the office to get an appt and was referred to a Endodontists, Dr. Rahul Saraf for a root canal the very next morning. After that procedure, I was told to return to my primary for crowns for the two root canals. My appt at Glenwood Dentistry was later that morning. Dr. Zuberi is amazing! Great work, lovely personality and very professional. She really cares about the best interest of her patients. She suggest all options to me and not just the most expensive ones. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure to be assisted by Andria, Syreeta, Briana, Sara and Ladayji. That is the only con I have, being switched up with so many people (I don't know how I remembered their names), but they are all great, especially Briana. The Manager Kalecia is also amazing and able to answer any question. I will say that I was very skeptical about going to a "corporate chain" Dental office vs a privately own practice, however I didn't feel like they were trying to kill my pockets, beside suggesting that deep periodontal cleaning that cost me $999 that I still regret. Over all everything went well.

I had heard mixed reviews about this dentist before scheduling my annual exam and cleaning. Two criticisms I heard were that the dentist does not check your cleaning and they try to sell you on expensive, perhaps unwarranted services. I felt like my exam was thorough and I was not told I needed any additional work beyond my cleaning, though I did turn down the additional charge for fluoride since my insurance won't cover it. I thought the tech I had lacked experience with the x-ray machinery, which meant my exams took forever, and I wasn't a fan of the business manager/"dental care plan" approach that is becoming increasingly common at dentists. I don't think I can avoid the latter anymore as dentists become more corporatized (this is basically a franchise), but it adds a lot of time and pressure to dental work. The staff was incredibly nice and flexible when I was able to come in earlier than my appointment. I'm frustrated with dentists/dental insurance generally (just clean my teeth! I'm not picking a retirement portfolio!), but I would return to and recommend this dentist.

They push high end services on you. The doctor insisted that I needed a deep cleaning and recommend that I get some new laser treatment. Told me that's the only way to keep the plaque from coming back. Nevermind the fact that this new laser treatment never existed for decades and people did just fine, but all of a sudden its a must. Not mention it's new, who knows what the long term effects are. I didn't have insurance at the time, so I said no thank you, just the regular cleaning please. The office assistant asked the doctor, then told me I couldn't opt out of the deep cleaning or the laser. I had to do everything or nothing because I sooo badly needed it. Anyway, I went somewhere else, got a regular cleaning, no deep cleaning necessary, my teeth are fine. Dentist & Hygienist just said I need to floss more frequently or use a water pic. Saved $2,500.00!!! Don't go there, they are operating unprofessionally and its all about the Benjamins for them. Read other bad and similar reviews, save your hard earned money.

This would have been my first visit to this dentist office. After fighting traffic to get there on time, the staff could not find my appointment in their system. I showed them the emails I had received from them confirming my appointment. After waiting awhile, I was finally told that there had been a scheduling issue and my appointment was cancelled. They made no attempts to work me into the schedule for that day. I refused to reschedule. Looking at the previous reviews, I'm not surprised. I wish I could give no stars!

My first visit seemed everything was fine. I came in person to book my first appointment and also to verify my insurance. I was told everything was all set and didn't think twice about it. A few days before the appointment they said they couldn't verify the insurance. After I called the insurance company they said they already called and verified it a few weeks prior...so the receptionist said to come in. Then on the date of the appointment after my xrays (which was a long and painful experience with malfunctioning equipment) and exam they said my insurance required a waiting period for the services I had booked....the dentist quickly disappeared and was very dry when she saw no services were going to be completed that day so was pretty much a waist. Id have preferred to go somewhere else after being made to feel uncomfortable but the work I needed done was time sensitive and didn't want to go elsewhere to have another exam so i waited another month and a half so my insurance would cover my costs as the dentist gave me several thousand dollars worth of work needed. Then 4 days before my appointment they call to say it needs to be rescheduled because the doctor won't be available. After waiting 15 min to get through when I called back nobody seemed to understand or have notes in the system why I was told my appointment was cancelled. After getting transferred to another individual I was told the hygienist was unavailable so only half of my appointment could be taken care of and I'd have to come back... AGAIN. This was not disclosed prior they just said it had to be cancelled. The woman who spoke with me didn't seem to care about my frustrations and only wanted to hear herself talk and explain the situation to me several times which was not providing any solutions. It's a shame this dental office won't be of use to me now being so close but with the constant back and forth having to manage their front office I'd rather drive up to Buckhead and deal with the traffic and know my appointments are handled CORRECTLY and EFFICIENTLY. There are enough bad reviews here now I think it's safe to say stay away from here and don't waist your time or valuable health booking here.

She is very experienced and detail-oriented, and identified potential issues I needed to have addressed, including the removal of my wisdom teeth. I was very satisfied with my cavity fillings and clean-up as well. Through the process, she was communicative and open about the local anesthesia and other procedures, ensuring that I was not uncomfortable at any point. The staff at Glenwood Dentistry was very courteous and warm.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff who took the time to explain things to me. The doctor was so nice and the entire place was outfitted with all the latest high tech dentistry tools. Oh, and my hygienist was gentle and thoughtful and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I trust this practice to not only give me the best modern day dentistry has to offer, but to also provide me with a comfortable, stress-free experience. I would recommend Glenwood Dentistry to anybody (and I will!).

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My first visit was okay. The staff seemed friendly. The x-rays took a little long. They are pushy when offering treatments. My six month visit for cleaning is when my experience went bad. When the clerk checked me in, she offered x-rays and fluoride treatment.My insurance pays for x-rays once a year and do not pay for fluoride. Therefore I turned down both. I was called in for my cleaning and once in the dentist chair the assistant asked to check my blood pressure. I declined the blood pressure check and explained why. The assistant left and returned with the dentist, Hope Marshall. Dr. Marshall in a not so pleasant tone stated that I can turn down x-rays but not blood pressure check. She then explained why they require blood pressure to be checked. I explained to her why I did not want it checked. After that she refused to listen to me and stated if I don't like it I can leave. She then left the room. She was very unprofessional and I was shocked a dentist would act this way. I stayed in the chair for a few minutes because I was in disbelief and mad. Once Dr. Marshall returned I left without any treatment. I contacted the office manager, Kalecia Wright, later that day and explained to her what happened. Ms. Wright stated she would follow-up with me; I never heard back from her. Hope for professionalism from Hope Marshall.

I called regarding a cracked molar. They informed me to come in at 1P and they could take care of that one tooth. I received a follow up call after inquiring on a full exam; advised if I could get to the office at 12p they could take care of everything. I did as instructed but after sitting for 43 minutes, I was informed they would be going to lunch in 15 so they could ONLY take an X-ray. I would need to schedule a different appointment to follow back up. If I could give them zero stars I would! I disclosed how incredibly hard it is for me to get off from work and to make the time to drive half an hour to be told I can’t be help is infuriating. What would they have done if I stuck to my normal appointment of 1P?! They would have been gone for lunch. Highly unprofessional. They lost not just one customer but two. My husband was a patient but after today he will be switching.

I had a cavity filled 2 years ago with a different dentist and the filling fell out. I came here because a friend recommended the $59 cleaning routine. Be aware that this is only for if you have practically perfect teeth. Before making the appointment I told the receptionist that I had a filling that needed to be replaced and she said they may be able to take care of it same day. $750 later the cavity was filled (I prefer to pay for dentistry out-of-pocket, so I don't know how much a Cerec filling costs with insurance). I've gone back 3 times to have the filling shaved down and repaired, and I still have a massive amount of pressure and temperature sensitivity that wasn't present before, with and without my previous filling. Beware of corporate dentistry and the quotas and goals they have to meet - they will try to sell you services that aren't needed with "excellent customer service." I don't know if I should ask them to remove the Cerec filling and replace it with a traditional filling for free, or if I should go to a traditional dentist and send them the bill.

This was a great visit. The staff were prompt, kind, and professional. Any work that needed to be done and the costs were clearly explained before we proceeded. The staff constantly ensured I was comfortable during my visit. The office has many state of the art technologies to streamline the visit. Dr. Chuzhin was fantastic and explained everything very well. Lastly, it was clear that their exam was thorough and detailed.
