As usual, they were very precise on telling me what to expect and they delivered. Their routine cleaning of my teeth is always very thorough. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist. Then I tried Feather Touch - Drs. Shah and Kim are always very gentle with their work. They're also more thorough than any dentist I've had. They found cavities that I hadn't been told I had. Service is a little expensive, but it's worth it for the level of care. Lisa, one of the hygienists, is the best!

I had a fantastic experience with my cleaning and consultation. My hygienist was Brittany and she was very thorough. She did a great job of explaining any issues as well as offering helpful advice. She was also very patient with me as I was late for the appointment and she did everything she could to make sure I got out in a timely manner. My consultation was with Dr. David Kim and he was also very thorough. He also communicated to me using language and visuals I could easily understand regarding any issues with my teeth. I’ve been to Feather Touch 3 times in as many months to catch up on dental work I’ve been putting off. I came here originally for a second opinion and decided to book my first treatment right away. Not only was their treatment plan more conservative, the dental hygienist (Brittany) was extremely informative and walked me through each step of my consultation with in depth knowledge and care. Dr. Shah is extremely kind and put me right at ease. I had three fillings done and felt absolutely no pain. Seriously! He followed up with me that evening to make sure I was feeling ok as well. The staff at the front desk are also amazing at what they do. Everyone you encounter genuinely cares about you, it shows in their top notch customer service and apparent education on the latest happenings in the industry (buh bye scary anesthesia syringes). Bonus - they sent me a hand written “thank you” card and two movie ticket vouchers for referring my husband!

After my Feather Touch dentist of 40 years , Dr. Ross, retired, I continued using Brittany as my hygienist and started seeing his partners, Dr. Shah and Dr. Kim, for dental work. Yesterday I had to replace a crown that had lasted 20 years but was finally starting to chip. Dr. Kim and his assistant, Lisa, did the work and I couldn't have been more pleased. He was informative, professional, skillful, and thoughtful. The entire office staff is always extremely kind, friendly and professional. They even send me home with fresh flowers. You won't find a better dental practice in the city of Atlanta. I drive about 40 minutes and have to pay a greater percentage of my bill because they are not in my insurance system, but I know it's worth it for the superior service I receive. Thanks to everyone at Feather Touch. You're the best!!

I can't say enough great things about this dental office-from the moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly face, customer service is their focus as well as keeping you comfortable during anxiety-laden procedures (which for a lot of people is any visit to the dentist). I had my initial visit at Feather Touch Dental on 5/21/2018. The experience could not have been any better. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The technology is state of the art, the facility is bright and open, and the entire staff seem to truly be concerned about the well being of the patient. I've had some bad experiences with dentists before, but after a cleaning and getting a few fillings with Feather Touch, I can safely say they are the best dental practice I've ever been to. Their customer service level is off the charts, and the staff are all incredibly friendly. I don't have the best teeth, and but unlike previous dentists they were not rude or mean about my dental issues. My favorite thing about them, though, is that they include you in the process. At my first appointment, they took extensive photos of my teeth, and before each procedure, Dr. Kim pulls up the pictures and shows me exactly where he's going to be working, why, and for how long. It was the most comfortable filling I've ever had to get. I look forward to staying with Feather Touch for a long time!

I am always very hesitant to go to the dentist. This place though is amazing. I called to make an appointment as a new patient and I didn't have to wait months. They were able to get me in that week. The front desk staff was very courteous. My hygienist I had was wonderful. She was very patient and walked me through everything that was happening. They even took the time to explain everything they were doing and what they saw on the scans. I left there relaxed and knowing that I will be taken care of there. The dentist I saw came in and also took some time to discuss what was going on. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a new dentist.

Dr. Shah and staff were very thorough on my first visit there, making sure to go into great detail about my dental history and looking for every way they could ensure complete dental health. They offered extensive solutions, and did very well at explaining the reasons for what they found was needed. They were very gentle, caring, understanding, and easy to talk to. I had the most amazing time here. Who knew you could have FUN at the Dentist?.. The level of professionalism here was extraordinary! Whenever most people think about going to the dentist, they think pain, or discomfort. Not at Feather Touch. I was laughing at Veronica, the medical assistants humor, I was making silly videos on Snapchat of my experience. It was hilarious! Then my Dr enters and introduces himself and I was given an overview of what’s to come with the procedure. During that procedure, I was comforted by Dr Kim’s words of affirmation as he checked in on me at many points during my crown replacement. (Yes, that’s right, I said a CROWN). He kept encouraging me and telling me that I was doing fantastic! I felt like a champ when I was done! Listen guys, I can honestly tell you that these 2 Doctors/Dentist here are well dressed, well mannered, well trained, and very knowledgeable of their medical field/profession. This definitely made me feel like I was in a safe environment. Thanks Feather Touch! Great Job. You guys are Doing Fantastic!

BE WARNED - I have never been treated in such a horrible way in my whole life and in the end 'Carlisa' the manager of this horrible office told me to go get my records from my other dentist so they can see what the issues was, I emailed them to her, she told me the doctor was in the office but basically we can't help you with this and you should "look online for a different office". I had told her I was in severe pain, she could have offered to at least treat my tooth at this facility but instead had a nasty attitude - told me she was having a team meeting today and it would be best if I went somewhere else. You could hear her receptionist laughing in the background. Just an unprofessional - uncaring facility. Money is the only thing they care about. They wanted to charge me three weeks after treatment and I asked for a more clearer break-down of Pricing - THIS IS WHERE THEY BECAME DISRESPECTFUL and BASICALLY RUDE, Carlisa said I didn't say we couldn't help you but we won't today. WOW!!! There are too many good caring dentist around to give hundreds of dollars to people who are only out to get you, purely money driven and very miserable in their life. BE WARNED AND FOR THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS FACILITY = LEARN HOW TO BE BETTER HUMAN BEINGS - WHO RAISED YOU!!!!

I’m a black man with not a lot of money and clearly bad teeth...but it doesn’t matter The cost are transparent and very low even though the office is really nice Always free lip balm , tooth floss, tooth paste...etc All of the chairs have a nice window view The receptions are really nice The staff is beautiful The staff makes you feel comfortable from the door The technicians are knowledgeable and nice They have super fast imaging and probing tools that don’t hurt The doctors are cool and always visit to speak with you every single visit This is like tooth heaven I even have the doctors personal cell numbers....cause they are that cool Update: Went in today and hand a tooth pulled. Doctor suggested that I have a bone graft to preserve my smile. It wasn’t to much and he was done pretty fast. I appreciated that because what I was charge was 75% less than if I had gone to a tooth replacement place. It was the perfect time for it and just the fact that he not being one to try to get money out of folk offered this to me and save me so much is just amazing. I really love feather touch cause they really care. If you need anything done with your teeth an you done like pain please try this place. Everything I said before is still true and when I tell you they care about the patients they really do. I actually thank God there is a place I can go an have tooth work done finally in life without fear for my mouth or my pockets

On a road trip from NY my wife experienced a dental issue that required immediate attention. So I googled ‘dentist near me’, up popped Feather Touch Dental Care. The reviews were very good, and convenient to our location. I called early on a Monday morning and they fit her in the same day. The experience from the phone call to completion of the procedure was outstanding. The entire staff aren’t just extremely skilled professionals, they’re all very warm, friendly folks. I don’t write many reviews but this Dental Group is truly exceptional. My wife now wants to fly to Atlanta from NY for any & all our Dental needs.

I had the most amazing time here. Who knew you could have FUN at the Dentist?.. The level of professionalism here was extraordinary! Whenever most people think about going to the dentist, they think pain, or discomfort. Not at Feather Touch. I was laughing at Veronica, the medical assistants humor, I was making silly videos on Snapchat of my experience. It was hilarious! Then my Dr enters and introduces himself and I was given an overview of what’s to come with the procedure. During that procedure, I was comforted by Dr Kim’s words of affirmation as he checked in on me at many points during my crown replacement. (Yes, that’s right, I said a CROWN). He kept encouraging me and telling me that I was doing fantastic! I felt like a champ when I was done! Listen guys, I can honestly tell you that these 2 Doctors/Dentist here are well dressed, well mannered, well trained, and very knowledgeable of their medical field/profession. BE WARNED - I have never been treated in such a horrible way in my whole life and in the end 'Carlisa' the manager of this horrible office told me to go get my records from my other dentist so they can see what the issues was, I emailed them to her, she told me the doctor was in the office but basically we can't help you with this and you should "look online for a different office". I had told her I was in severe pain, she could have offered to at least treat my tooth at this facility but instead had a nasty attitude - told me she was having a team meeting today and it would be best if I went somewhere else. You could hear her receptionist laughing in the background. Just an unprofessional - uncaring facility. Money is the only thing they care about. They wanted to charge me three weeks after treatment and I asked for a more clearer break-down of Pricing - THIS IS WHERE THEY BECAME DISRESPECTFUL and BASICALLY RUDE, Carlisa said I didn't say we couldn't help you but we won't today. WOW!!! There are too many good caring dentist around to give hundreds of dollars to people who are only out to get you, purely money driven and very miserable in their life. Doctor suggested that I have a bone graft to preserve my smile. It wasn’t to much and he was done pretty fast. I appreciated that because what I was charge was 75% less than if I had gone to a tooth replacement place. It was the perfect time for it and just the fact that he not being one to try to get money out of folk offered this to me and save me so much is just amazing. I really love feather touch cause they really care. If you need anything done with your teeth an you done like pain please try this place. Everything I said before is still true and when I tell you they care about the patients they really do. I actually thank God there is a place I can go an have tooth work done finally in life without fear for my mouth or my pockets

I started going here because of the MANY 5 star reviews and I have to say, I am not at all disappointed by the outstanding service that I have received. Dr. Kim and the the staff at Feather Touch Dental are impeccable. Every employee that has worked with me or I have interacted with are knowledgeable and kind. The dentist can be a scary, un-enjoyable place for many but the professionals at FTD are EXPERTS at what they are doing and can be trusted. I have had multiple big procedures done and all of them have been surprisingly painless! Dr. Kim and his team are especially attentive to ensuring that the process is comfortable from beginning to the end. I even find myself fighting to not fall asleep while they are working on my teeth. Dr. Kim does a wonderful job at patiently explaining the procedure and happily answers all my questions with visuals. With every procedure/appointment that I complete, I feel like a newer person! The front desk are generally the same employees who always have a smile on their face (even at 7:30 AM in the morning) and generally offers me water or a bottled smoothie. Dr. Shah, whom has never worked directly with me, still goes out of his way to always greet me and shake my hand each time he happens to pass by the front desk. FTD is exceptional even to the smallest details. FTD is more on the pricey end but you are paying for high quality service and excellent results for your teeth. Your teeth will be with you in the long haul so it is worth the investment.

Arguably the best experience I have ever had at a Dentist office. Everyone is extremely friendly, I didn't have to wait long at all after arriving, and they talk you through everything they are going to do and even explain why they are doing what they are doing. The staff are very nice and helpful, and Dr. Kim was very kind and assured me that he was gonna get me fixed. A short while later I'm good as new and I couldn't be any happier. I was greeted by Margarita when I arrived. Zoe was my hygienist. Both were great. I felt very comfortable during my entire visit. My cleaning was quick and thorough, and also included an oral cancer screening! There was no wait to see Dr. Shah once I was done. Again, very compassionate and professional. I have been a patient for 8 or 9 years now of Dr. Shah and recently have seen Dr. Kim on two occasions when his schedule accommodated my last minute needs. Both dentists are highly qualified, have excellent bedside manner, genuinely concerned with your comfort and delivering quality dental work. They are committed to donating to causes to bettering the world and are just the nicest of guys. Don't let the Colony Square location keep you from their convenient location at 14th Street and Peachtree, as they validate parking! Love this team!

We aren’t patients at the practice. We are from Charlotte, NC, and while in town for the Aquarium, my son developed an infection in one of his teeth....on a Saturday of course.
