My son had a 2:00 appointment which we arrived 5 minutes early. The lobby had 2 other children waiting to be called back. Around 2:38 I walked back to the reception desk to ask how much longer since another child who walked in for his 2:30 appointment was called to go back minutes of his arrival. The receptionist said they're setting up for my son's appointment. Now I'm feeling some kind of way. I'm disappointed in this level of unproffessionalism. I offered to reschedule since it appears that the back staff is shorthanded. Well now it's 2:45, I politely left the office because obviously their time is more valuable than mine according to them. My time is valuable! Thank you for showing me how much you care about the patients...

Ms. Tina the dental hygienist that took care of my son was absolutely amazing. Of course being that he is 2 years old he was afraid Ms. Tina could have easily given up or gotten frustrated with the situation but she played with my son ,talked to him and assured him that everything was going to be okay and was able to get her job done.

My first time going to this location only because we relocated more closer to Atlanta. My daughter appointment was at 8am we arrived at 7:51am. Twenty minutes pass by still haven’t called my daughter name, so I walk up to the front desk to see how much longer it was going to be before she’s called to the back, they told me she’ll be next bc they didn’t haven her slip up front so the young lady has it. Ok, 8:30 they called my daughter name. By this time I’m a little unease because if you schedule a patient appointment them waiting 15 min is the max,30 minutes is way to long. So when she called my daughter name which was the Office Manger who was taking her to the back, she stated that’ll she be back there for another 45min

This Dentistry is awesome. My son Sheddrick has Autism. He had a very good dental checkup, his hygentist Rachel did a outstanding job with him. She made him feel very comfortable and from the time we walked threw the door, the greeting from the whole staff at the front desk was exceptional. I highly recommend this Children's Dentistry, especially to parents that have a child with autism.

Great service! Great people! Convient locations! Only downside is the annoyingly obsessive email, texts, phone calls and voice mails!! Before my daughters appointment on wenseday I received 26 GENTLE reminders..... from sun up to sun down. The “ GENTLE REMINDER “ are a nussiance to say the least.

So I left a review a few months ago and I'm guessing they had mine removed , so I'm leaving it again. My son went in to have routine cleaning where the dentist discovered he had a cavity.. They sent us to another location some time after to have it filled. Went to have the procedure done. A few days later my son complained his tooth was hurting. I took him back to where he had the procedure done at only for them to tell me to wait a few weeks for the filling to settle. Waited the aloted time and my son was in much worse pain. I refused to take him back to that located so they sent me to another office which is where they said he needed a root canal done. I will never leave the care if my child with them ever again. I have proof of everything I'm saying so my comment should not be deleted because you don't want ppl to see how NEGLIGENT YOU ALL WERE

I am choosing 3 stars because the office location is not to far from my home which means convience . The first visit the dental assistant was a male he was gentle and kept my child calm and Un afraid. For some reason the second visit and each one after has been different (relative brought him to the second and I began to notice the lack of patience with the third). However I do feel certain staff members lack the patience it takes to work with the children. Even as adult we tend to be afraid, so I refuse to believe no one has even been scared to go to the dentist as a child. During the visit if my child acts nervous and afraid and gets teary eyed they instantly resort to restraining and tieing him down instead of trying to gain trust by comforting him. When asked if I can hold him instead of them restraining him in the jacket they have I was told no. Seem like they are only concerned about wanting to get the job done and over in less time as possible

No Good at honoring appointment times, my daughter had a 0830hrs appt and was callled back at 0906hrs. That’s fine if you have no other plans for the rest of the day. This is not cool when the parents have to go to work. They appear to be booking more kids than they are able to accomadate at any one time and no updates or apologies. Not cool !! Not cool!!!

My daughter went here back around October/November of last year, bad experience. Some of the people that worked their did not seem knowledgeable and they set up an appointment for us to come back to only tell us they couldn't do the work, then referred us out to someone else. I'm not sure why they did not know this before they scheduled for us to come back, which was a complete waste of time. The worst part is that they referred us to a Sedation Clinic which was a complete nightmare (Children's Dental Sedation Center of Atlanta). Neither Dentistry for Children or this Sedation Center told us what to expect before we got there. When we arrived, which was over a hour away, they told me that they strap the children down and that I could not go back with her. Which completely upset me! After the procedure, I had to sit in the car with my daughter for almost a hour while she screamed and cried to get out the fear and anxiety. The nurse told me they would swaddle her but my daughter showed me that they use straps across her body from her feet up to her chest. She still talks about this and shows me. She is now terrified of the dentist and I hate that my daughter experienced this. Dentistry for Children and the Sedation Center should've been honest up front so we could've looked for other options.

This place took the time to explain every step of the cleaning process to my child, from the way the chair works, to the noise the suction would make when it was in his mouth. They let him feel everything first, and they went at a pace that was comfortable for him... yet we still finished pretty quick. They have cool prizes. The dentist was friendly and knowledgeable. My son loved the arcade games and the fish tank. GREAT place for first timers... we will definitely recommend this office to others

Secondly, we waited over an hour before we were called back. After they saw my daughter, we then had to wait another 25 minutes for the tech to go over the treatment plan.
