To be honest I need all my teeth pulled, however I'm so afraid of the dentist, not only am I'm afraid I had the worst experience trying to find a Dentist that covers Anthem DMO. I call to make a appointment for dentist one associate in College Park, Ga , the lady that took my call online gave me appointment for Friday September 29 at 1:00 pm, I then received a text saying I had an appointment on Thursday September 28, at 2:00 PM, so I had to rearrange my schedule I'm frustrated at this point. I go into Dental One Associate in College Park, Ga at 1:50pm I wasn't finished filling out my paperwork before I was called back for x-rays by this very nice guy the whole staff was awesome, the Dr. Came in and I will tell you the truth I was so afraid scared and anything else you want to add but this Dr pull my tooth with so much care as she walked me though everything. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

Dental 1 dentistry is by far the best dentist that I have been to bar none. I have visited various dentist and have felt like they cared more about their bottom line than my overall dental health. Dr. McMillan is simply the best with her attitude and true professionalism, and the dental hygienist Winsom did an A+ job cleaning my teeth as well. Highly recommended

Wow... My visit with this office was exceptional Outstanding. The front desk ladies Jasmine -(Coordinator) very very nice. She acknowledges you and thank you very much for being patient. Jasmine is very professional no matter how busy the office is. She calls if she can get you in early leave messages and all. Shaneeka - (Ortho Coordinator) also another very professional employee. Very nice and polite. Willing to answer any questions you may have. Lene my hygienist she definitely knows her job. She is very nice and polite. Any questions you have she has an answer for them all. Go far far away! I usually don't like blasting a company but this must be done. I've been a patient with Dental One for 19 years. I used them and tolerated some of there "CUSTOMER NO SERVICE"' for years because they were close to my office. Over the years they have become this mega dentist because yes they do have many locations and it's convenient . I started with the Midtown office and they closed and sent my files to the College Park office with no discussion with me. Who said I wanted to go to College Park? Although they share the same name the offices dont communicate with each other if you ever have to switch offices. And hopefully you'll never need any paper work done or ANY call backs because you'll never receive them. I got married a couple of years ago and now I have double coverage and was told I had to file my secondary insurance on my own. REALLY! In my last attempt to get my files emailed to me, I'm now on my third call and still have not received my files. DID I SAY GO FAR FAR WAY? I'm taking my two insurance coverage's to another dentist who will appreciate my business, call me back when I need service and filed both of my insurances.

Horrible service, I was in that office for 3 hours to have nothing but some X-rays done and for Dr. Mac to give a bad statement/joke about if I want to be in and out I need to be the first patient. I have NEVER been in a dentist office that long and on top of that had nothing done. Will never go back.

Do NOT work here. The manager (Addie I believe) is spiteful and withholds employees paychecks. You work hard to receive literally nothing in return. I have been fighting for almost a month and a half to get paid. They fire and hire like it’s nobody business. Hiring one employees means they fire someone else so in other words you will ALWAYS be incredibly overworked and they hide this from you during the interviewing process as they butter you up to take the fall for someone else who’ll do your job for cheaper. Addie refuses to speak to me. The receptionist follow her example and have hung up the phones on me multiple times. When I get in touch with her she was laughing in a room with other people because I’m sure she had me on loud speaker for everyone to hear. Her whole demeanor is repulsive. Mostly it has not place in a work environment. No one in this office can spell professionalism. Look else where for employment unless you are into lies, drama, and damn near fighting your coworkers!

I found this location to be old and in need of a deep cleaning. The lobby is descent but the areas in the back look dirty. The higentist who examined me did not use clean practices. Touching the mouse on the computer and my mouth and face at the same time was really nasty. The second higentist was better but on my second visit I waited 45 minutes and was still not served. My appt. was at 12:30pm. At 1:15pm I was still waiting. They don't communicate with you, they just let you sit there and wonder what is going on . I finally left and never went back. I do not recommend this location. It's sad because you try to support businesses in your own community but you end up getting sub par

I love this place! The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I am a Ortho client here. Dr. Bruster is the best! She is very knowledgeable and always gets me in and out rather quickly for my appointments. The only small issue with the Ortho department is that they only see clients every other Monday and every Thursday. So it's sometimes difficult to make my appointments coincide with my work schedule. However, they are always really helpful when scheduling or rescheduling me for an appointment, so I still have no complaints. The receptionist is amazing a well. I'm very big on customer service and making your clients feel welcome. I am never let down.

I took my sister who is 70 years old and gets around in a wheel chair to Dental One for a dental appointment. She had been having severe pain in her jaw from a tooth extraction over 9 months ago. Needless to say, my sister wasn’t excited about visiting another dental office. Dental One gave my sister and I a “Chick-fil-A” experience in a dental Office. The customer service and treatment were great. The wait time was short and the staff were very helpful. My sister dental plan was inactive in the system once we checked in. Yaritza, front desk person, assured me that they would do all that was possible to make things work. Marie, insurance verification person, call my sister’s insurance company to update her records and get a confirmation number for the service to be performed. She also continued to talk with my sister to keep her relaxed while we were waiting. Dr. McMillon was great. She invited me to sit in while she examined my sister which made her very calm and relax. Once my sister and I were departing Sheila, assistant, took my sister to the rest room and pushed her in the wheel chair all the way to the car. On the way home, my sister said that was the best doctor’s visit she has ever experienced. Thanks Dental One for having a great team of people providing exceptional customer service.

I went inside I was very impressed with the staff and Facility they are Amazing! Everyone was so professional, nice the Facility was very clean and organized! The only Bad thing I have to say is the pricing is very very very expensive I priced the same dental work that I will need done in Marietta at another dental office it will cost for a deep scaling each quadrant $110.00 x 4 that's $440.00 with two teeth permanent implant at $450.00 totaling $890.00 but at Dental One the same work will be $3,979.00 No Dental One for me!

I called to make an appointment today and the receptionist asked me what insurance that I have (while loudly eating). I answered that it was Ameigroup which is medicaid. Then I was told well uhh we don’t have any appointments available until May 16. More than 2 months from now. I was shocked because my friend that has United Healthcare was given an appointment within a week not even 5 minutes later. It’s really sad how differently patients are treated because of the type of insurance they have. Of course my friend didn’t make the appointment so they definitely lost out.

The nurses, techs, and billing lady were so nice from beginning to end and dr Gonzales even helped me figure out my swollen gums problem which was medicine related side effect from blood pressure medicine. See update in the second paragraph: I have been going here for over 10 years because of the convenience to work and home. However, they have gone through a lot of changes (hygienists, office staff, and doctors leaving) over the past 3 years resulting in poor and unsatisfactory service. The office staff is nice and the place is always clean, but I have to continue to reschedule appointments because the hygienists keep leaving, the wait times are longer than what they should be, and if you ever overpay its a fight to get your money back. So, after over 10 years of trying to be supportive in my work/home community, my family and I will be taking our SMILES someplace else! Good luck to those who stay. **** Update*** Can I change my 1 star to 0 stars??? How long should a crown procedure last??? According to this place, not too long. My husband and I were going here for over ten years. We both were originally pleased with the service and then it all started going down hill (too many changes with staff and doctors), so WE LEFT! Unfortunately, we didn't leave before my husband had a crown put in (two years ago). Can you guess how many times it has fallen out??? Guess??? That first year, 5 times and one of those times they had to shave some of my husband's inner jaw. Anyway, fast forward to last week. Guess what? The crown fell out AGAIN! He had an appointment today with this location since they are the ones who installed the crown and he was forced to pay a ridiculous price for a Lab Fee. I feel he should not have had to pay a darn thing because his crown should not keep falling out. Who did they blame? My husband! Asking him what all he has been eating and chewing? I mean, he is human. He eats food. It's not like he has been eating rocks. Didn't realize he should be eating a soft food diet for the rest of his life! Overall, this is the worst place to ever have any dental work done! They don't care about customer loyalty and they are not held accountable for their actions, including the sloppy work that is being done there. As a matter of fact, they don't care about anything but the money! When you ask others about their crown work from other practices (not the College Park location), no problems at all. We are happy at our new place and I guess WHEN his crown falls out again (probably next week), I guess we will have to start from scratch and pay the new doctor, who keeps our smile looking fantastic. At least it will be done right! This post is based off of our experience. Good luck to everyone!

These people will tell you whatever you want to hear to try and get an appointment with you. The doctor knew my OB only felt comfortable with xrays as I am 7 months pregnant if ABSOLUTELY necessary. The doctor knew I did not feel comfortable with xrays and still encouraged me to schedule an appointment for cleaning. Dr. Miller was aware at this time that I would not be getting any xrays. I confirmed with her they were not necessary before I scheduled. Come the day of my appointment, after leaving work early and paying to get to the office for my appointment, I find myself being pressured to get xrays despite the medically known risks to my unborn child. I am told I will not be seen without the xrays. I have been to a dental office before when pregnant with my first child, and they did not force me to get xrays for a routine cleaning. The doctor, Miller, values the cut from SIX xrays from the insurance company over the health of my child. If she was never going to see me without the xrays, why did she encourage me to make the appointment despite my clear stating I would not be taking xrays? Not only were my wishes disrespected, and undervalued, but my time and money was wasted. I am happy for all those who this office is able to help honestly, and feel for all those who are pressured into treatment under the guise of 'medically necessary'. ALSO, I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early, and was taken back 15 minutes late. I would not come here if you are pregnant. Everyone else is probably okay. -unsatisfied, betrayed, and disrespected (ex) customer.

They are just after your money. Will schedule you for one thing and the dentist tell you they don't have time to do it. Be careful with the $49 special. I was sent a bill months later for charges I should not have had to pay for. Don't go here or to any of their other offices.

I had a 8am appointment for which I arrived at 7:47am. I had already filled out my new patient paperwork at home. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and professional. I was given 2 forms to complete which are not online. I completed and returned them. A copy of my drivers license was also taken. I have a seat in the waiting area and wait and wait. Patients walk in and and seen and leave. At 8:45am I go back to the front desk and ask if I've been forgotten. I was asked for my name and told she would check on things for me. I walked out at 9am because my time is very important. I self pay so this is cash leaving my pocket..not for subpar service. To add insult to injury they called me at 9:05am. I will not ever go to the college park location again.

This is one unorganized office the staff will act nice but please know that none of your paper work will be handled if you leave this office thinking paper has been sented off to your insurance company it has not two times i trusted that these people did thier jobs only to be sitting waiting on an approval for weeks just to call the company and they haven't recieved anything from this pffive it's like five peopl wotkong upfront and its always things done incorrectly or mot at all if your looming for a fast on point great dentist and staff look up Dr.Eaglin he has offices all over Atlanta i lile the one i Fayetteville personal just two women working up front and its never a mistake and they know what codes are already excepted by insurance companies so you won't have to wait on those annoying pre authorization smh i cant stand this office go to Dr.Eaglin....sign by me Vincetravia Spivey i dont know why my picture isn't showing but yes this is my opinion of this office ugggh

Dr. McMillon is a sweetheart. She explains everything in detail and is extremely trustworthy. I go in today, 8/26/19 for my cleaning that I’ve confirmed 3 times and I get there and I’m told my hygienist broke her foot and won’t be in. I ask why I wasn’t called prior to coming in so I could have continued working from home, they say their system was down. Everyone do yourself a favor and don’t bother frequenting this location. Every appointment runs behind 30-45 minutes, hygienist don’t inform you of what they’re doing to your mouth, they just pull & yank. And they can be unprofessional by gossiping over you with other staff while you’re in the chair. And this is why businesses don’t succeed.

I've been going to this Dental One Location for just over a year now and I think they do a very great job. Just recently I had some work done and after a week I was still feeling pain in the operated area. Although the communication between myself and my dentist's assistant was not up to par, once I was able to get an appointment, Dr. Sabur took care of my concerns and I am very thankful for her. I am not the biggest fan of the dentist office, just walking in there makes my teeth hurt, but Dr. Sabur and her team, as well as my dental hygienist Julie, all do a great job of making my experience as pain free and quick as possible. Much appreciation!

I've been coming here for years but recently I complained about a tooth bothering me. My first appointment got cancelled by the doctors office for no apparent reason. Then when I finally got in 3-weeks and a lot of ibuprofen later. I was given antibiotic and more ibuprofen. Ok, so the medicine was giving me a weird reaction so I called the doctors office. After the 3rd call of speaking to someone, I finally spoke to the assistant of Dr. Sabor. She was very rude and told me to find my own dentist to extract my teeth and call them back when I did it. (I'm sorry, I thought this was a dentist office, but okay) So, after all these years, I will definitely be looking into a new dentist. Too bad though because I like MOST of the people in the office.

After providing feedback on this and getting a phone call from Ms. Addie everything was resolved and I have now been seen twice. The staff is amazing and nice with a good sense of humor and they really take the time to make you feel comfortable. At first I was very dissatisfied with this office because they didn't call to verify I had insurance and that the dentist they scheduled me for was in network. I wasnt told they scheduled me for an out of network dentist until I got there the day of then told that they cannot verify that I am insured until the day of. Arrived 15min early to a 12noon appointment and its 2PM and I'm still waiting. I feel that I need to charge them a late fee like they will charge if your late or miss your appointment. No paper work until the last min which irritated me a little more because now they want to check now that I'm in the seat.. I hope i don't regret the work as much as i do my time being wasted on late doctors and staff talking about other patients on the work floor.. God please be with me. I really need this tooth pulled and they won't have to worry about this one again.. and this is my first time here... any dental recommendations? Because this ain't it!

I took my sister who is 70 years old and gets around in a wheel chair to Dental One for a dental appointment. She had been having severe pain in her jaw from a tooth extraction over 9 months ago. Needless to say, my sister wasn’t excited about visiting another dental office. Dental One gave my sister and I a “Chick-fil-A” experience in a dental Office. The customer service and treatment were great. The wait time was short and the staff were very helpful. My sister dental plan was inactive in the system once we checked in. Yaritza, front desk person, assured me that they would do all that was possible to make things work. Marie, insurance verification person, call my sister’s insurance company to update her records and get a confirmation number for the service to be performed. She also continued to talk with my sister to keep her relaxed while we were waiting. Dr. McMillon was great. She invited me to sit in while she examined my sister which made her very calm and relax. Once my sister and I were departing Sheila, assistant, took my sister to the rest room and pushed her in the wheel chair all the way to the car. On the way home, my sister said that was the best doctor’s visit she has ever experienced. Thanks Dental One for having a great team of people providing exceptional customer service.

The only Bad thing I have to say is the pricing is very very very expensive I priced the same dental work that I will need done in Marietta at another dental office it will cost for a deep scaling each quadrant $110.00 x 4 that's $440.00 with two teeth permanent implant at $450.00 totaling $890.00 but at Dental One the same work will be $3,979.00 No Dental One for me!

I called to make an appointment today and the receptionist asked me what insurance that I have (while loudly eating). I answered that it was Ameigroup which is medicaid. Then I was told well uhh we don’t have any appointments available until May 16. More than 2 months from now. I was shocked because my friend that has United Healthcare was given an appointment within a week not even 5 minutes later. It’s really sad how differently patients are treated because of the type of insurance they have. Of course my friend didn’t make the appointment so they definitely lost out.

However, they have gone through a lot of changes (hygienists, office staff, and doctors leaving) over the past 3 years resulting in poor and unsatisfactory service. The office staff is nice and the place is always clean, but I have to continue to reschedule appointments because the hygienists keep leaving, the wait times are longer than what they should be, and if you ever overpay its a fight to get your money back. So, after over 10 years of trying to be supportive in my work/home community, my family and I will be taking our SMILES someplace else! Good luck to those who stay. **** Update*** Can I change my 1 star to 0 stars??? How long should a crown procedure last??? According to this place, not too long. My husband and I were going here for over ten years. We both were originally pleased with the service and then it all started going down hill (too many changes with staff and doctors), so WE LEFT! Unfortunately, we didn't leave before my husband had a crown put in (two years ago). Can you guess how many times it has fallen out??? Guess??? That first year, 5 times and one of those times they had to shave some of my husband's inner jaw. Anyway, fast forward to last week. Guess what? The crown fell out AGAIN! He had an appointment today with this location since they are the ones who installed the crown and he was forced to pay a ridiculous price for a Lab Fee. I feel he should not have had to pay a darn thing because his crown should not keep falling out. Who did they blame? My husband! Asking him what all he has been eating and chewing? I mean, he is human. He eats food. It's not like he has been eating rocks. Didn't realize he should be eating a soft food diet for the rest of his life! Overall, this is the worst place to ever have any dental work done! They don't care about customer loyalty and they are not held accountable for their actions, including the sloppy work that is being done there. As a matter of fact, they don't care about anything but the money! When you ask others about their crown work from other practices (not the College Park location), no problems at all. We are happy at our new place and I guess WHEN his crown falls out again (probably next week), I guess we will have to start from scratch and pay the new doctor, who keeps our smile looking fantastic. These people will tell you whatever you want to hear to try and get an appointment with you. The doctor knew my OB only felt comfortable with xrays as I am 7 months pregnant if ABSOLUTELY necessary. The doctor knew I did not feel comfortable with xrays and still encouraged me to schedule an appointment for cleaning. Dr. Miller was aware at this time that I would not be getting any xrays. I confirmed with her they were not necessary before I scheduled. Come the day of my appointment, after leaving work early and paying to get to the office for my appointment, I find myself being pressured to get xrays despite the medically known risks to my unborn child. I am told I will not be seen without the xrays. I have been to a dental office before when pregnant with my first child, and they did not force me to get xrays for a routine cleaning. The doctor, Miller, values the cut from SIX xrays from the insurance company over the health of my child. If she was never going to see me without the xrays, why did she encourage me to make the appointment despite my clear stating I would not be taking xrays? Not only were my wishes disrespected, and undervalued, but my time and money was wasted. I am happy for all those who this office is able to help honestly, and feel for all those who are pressured into treatment under the guise of 'medically necessary'. ALSO, I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early, and was taken back 15 minutes late. I would not come here if you are pregnant. Everyone else is probably okay. -unsatisfied, betrayed, and disrespected (ex) customer.

I had a 8am appointment for which I arrived at 7:47am. I had already filled out my new patient paperwork at home. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and professional. I was given 2 forms to complete which are not online. I completed and returned them. A copy of my drivers license was also taken. I have a seat in the waiting area and wait and wait. Patients walk in and and seen and leave. At 8:45am I go back to the front desk and ask if I've been forgotten. I was asked for my name and told she would check on things for me. I walked out at 9am because my time is very important. I self pay so this is cash leaving my pocket..not for subpar service. To add insult to injury they called me at 9:05am. I will not ever go to the college park location again.

I ask why I wasn’t called prior to coming in so I could have continued working from home, they say their system was down. Everyone do yourself a favor and don’t bother frequenting this location. Every appointment runs behind 30-45 minutes, hygienist don’t inform you of what they’re doing to your mouth, they just pull & yank. And they can be unprofessional by gossiping over you with other staff while you’re in the chair. And this is why businesses don’t succeed.

I've been coming here for years but recently I complained about a tooth bothering me. My first appointment got cancelled by the doctors office for no apparent reason. Then when I finally got in 3-weeks and a lot of ibuprofen later. I was given antibiotic and more ibuprofen. Ok, so the medicine was giving me a weird reaction so I called the doctors office. After the 3rd call of speaking to someone, I finally spoke to the assistant of Dr. Sabor. She was very rude and told me to find my own dentist to extract my teeth and call them back when I did it. (I'm sorry, I thought this was a dentist office, but okay) So, after all these years, I will definitely be looking into a new dentist. Too bad though because I like MOST of the people in the office.

This location has absolutely no respect for a person's time. I had an appointment at 10:30. I was not called back to a cleaning area until 11:00. The hygienest did not come to begin cleaning my teeth until 11:25. Nothing has changed. My assigned hygienist still does not respect my time. I get there at 10:05 for a 10:30 appointment. I sit in the waiting room until 10:55. I go to the front desk to ask how much longer will I have to wait. The receptionist goes to check with the hygienist. When the receptionist returns, she tells me that it is going to be at least another 30 minuets. This has happened every time I have come to this location with this hygienist, and this is beyond unacceptable. I understand running behind schedule from time to time, but if it happens every time, there needs to be a re-evaluation of how things are done.

I have been a patient for over 10 years at Dental One. However, the treatment on my last visit was HORRIBLE and was my LAST VISIT TO DENTAL ONE!! Service: Routine Cleaning I received my routine cleaning by the hygienist, Nicole, which I was assigned to after my previous hygienist left the practice. This was my first time seeing her, my last 2 hygienists left Dental One, and the last time that I will EVER go to this office. Nicole provided my routine cleaning and checked my pockets. She claimed one area was bad and she was referring me to the periodontal surgeon. However, the number she stated, which was why I was being referred, was not a number that she called out during the process. After my cleaning, Dr. Sabur did not come out to check my teeth after the hygienist finished, which is the first time that she did not come to complete the final examination. Nicole took the referral in the back office and Dr. Sabur signed off on the referral for me to see the periodontal surgeon AGAIN, although she knows the history of this particular area, when I had the surgery, the results, and the surgeon’s response about further improvement. The area in question, I had surgery on in October 2016 which cost me over $1,800 and only provided minimal improvement. The periodontal surgeon notated my account, after I had multiple follow up visits and an additional consultation with her, that the area was not going to improve any further, a total waste of money. However, Nicole & Dr. Sabur did not want to accept those facts and stated that I needed to see the surgeon again which would require me to PAY another consultation fee to Dental One. Normally, the hygienist makes your next appointment but Nicole’s assistant Brittany told me that the appointments are made at the front now. However, when I got to the front to checkout Erin stated that the appointment should have been made in the back. She went to speak with Nicole and was told that I cannot get another appointment for my routine cleaning until I see the periodontal surgeon. So now, Dental One is allowing a hygienist to make executive decisions on when a patient can be seen again and trying to FORCE their patients to spend unnecessary money on consultations and elective procedures. When did the hygienist become the dentist and dictate when a patient can be seen again? I asked to speak to the Office Manager but was told that she was not in the office and she would call me today. As of today, 4 days later, I still have not heard from the Office Manager. I have never seen this type of unethical behavior from a dentist office, a dentist or hygienist in all of the years I have been receiving dental services. The turnover rate of employees is a great concern but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The customer service at Dental One is atrocious now and they could care less about their patients. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!! SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME, ENERGY, & MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

**UPDATE- went for a second opinion to another Dentist as an immediate patient after talking to my insurance company. I have NO GUM issues and got a perfect report. This place wanted to charge my insurance company 1000.00 and me 260 for something that isn't wrong with me. SCAM ARTISTS!!! ************Went for my very first visit to this new Dentist. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested at the time that I set my appointment. It took me 4 months to get an appointment. I was taken back almost immediately and didn't even have time to fill out the paperwork. Once I sat in the chair nothing happened for 25 minutes. The guy finally came and took my Xrays and he was a newbie b/c it took him forever. I waited another 40 minutes to see the Dr. and was told that I would be able to have an exam, but that there would be no cleaning or seeing the Hygienist because they were running on a "skeleton" crew and they were packed. My question is why would you all have a skeleton crew on a day that you have a full schedule? No response. They have a 48 hour cancellation policy, but don't respect their patients time. I was there for 2 hours in total and walked away annoyed and told that I need a deep cleaning b/c of my gums. UM... you looked at my teeth for 60 seconds poked me twice and I've NEVER had gum problems. I'm not saying that it couldn't have developed but this dentist isn't exactly on my trustworthy list. If you have no life and have time to spare on a dentist chair this is the place for you. What a waste of my time and now I have to find a new Dentist b/c this one can't be dependable when it comes to appointments.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My daughter went there today to get a check up and speak to someone about how she grinds her teeth at night. When she walked to the back , the dentist immediately said "you are over due doe your deep cleaning" and said she needed to pay 115.00. They never asked what the reason for her visit was. They refused to give her a default cleaning and tried to bully her into a deep cleaning. Also the dentist stated that " I come here to work and make money on Saturday's, so next time we are going to make you pay a deposit". How rude and unethical is that!!!! The dentist was upset because my daughter didnt get the recommended deep cleaning which she did not need, therefore my daughter she just got an exam and xrays which she didnt pay anything. The dentist are about making money and trying to make you pay for things that is not necessary. A deep cleaning can only be suggested , a regular cleaning is free for my daughter , but they refused to do because less money for them. I am very angry because this was a waisted Saturday and nothing was resolved. How dare a dentist tell a patient that they only come in Saturdays to make money and she will need to pay a deposit next time. I will be speaking with a manager Monday morning to complain against this unprofessional, greedy dentist. I want my daughter to have a regular cleaning and her mouth exam and fitted for a mouth guard,, Nothing else if this cant be resolved, I will take this complaint even further and let the media know about this money hungry, unprofessional dentist.

I came here to get a crown replaced that Dental One did a few years back. I was made to wait for two hours in the exam room for the dentist who spent ten minutes with me giving me an oral consultation. The dentist then had a dental hygienist come in and poke around my gums who then told me I had gingivitis. They also began to argue with me about my tooth being fixed with a crown as opposed to being extracted. Little did they know I had already been to an orthodontist who informed me I should not extract my teeth but attempt to save as many of them as possible. It's was as if they were being lazy and did not want to do the work on the crown. I was very surprised at the gingivitis diagnosis as I am very particular about hygiene. Esp oral hygiene. I have done some digging into this company and the bonus structure they have in place for every periodontal gum disease diagnosis they give patients. I have since went to another dentist and orthodontist who informed me that I do not have gingivitis and did not charge me for a consult. I am led to believe that upon seeing how good my insurance is, the people working for this company attempted to charge as much as possible under my plan. It's terrible that there are no honest people working at this establishment who care about patients.

I visited this office today for the first time. There was a slight mix-up about my appointment. However, Miss Mary make sure that I got everything that I needed . I was in excruciating pain. She had empathy for me. I didn't think they would be able to help me because of the mix up. I left and went to the car before I pulled off Miss Mary came out and motion for me to come back. I had a negative experience, but the right person turned my experience around to become positive. I had an issue and was leaving messages with the front staff to send a message to my dentist Dr. McMillion coordinator. Unfortunately, I was not receiving a timely response but after calling several times, I received a return call from another coordinator by name of Florence. She is the coordinator for another dentist, Dr. Sabur. She stated that she reviewed messages noted in the system and wanted to assist me with my concerns. She asked the right questions and provided me with a realistic ETA for a call back. After researching my concerns with the insurance company and reviewing my prior treatment plans, she followed up with me and I was able to get the answers that I needed to move forward. I have been a patient for several years and most recently I notice an issue with the changing of coordinators for my dentist. It is disappointing when you don't feel like you are a priority as a patient. I understand this office is very busy, but I didn't like the feeling that my messages were not important especially when certain areas of this office does follow up. In the past I always had a positive experience with Ms. Gloria in the billing department, she is very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. She always followed up and I know that the billing department is very busy with patient claims. Although I never received a call back from my dentist coordinator, I did however receive professional service from Florence and her going above and beyond to assist me. I will always remember her positive, upbeat attitude in a busy environment. Thank you ladies for all you do!!

I gave a star just because I like Dr.Sabur. left before because of a bad experience and today I had an 11am appt. Had to leave at 1 because i still hadn't got my cleaning. Walked out along with other patients due to the long wait and noone in sight to ask what was going on. We have to do better. When I came there were 30 employees around when I roamed the halls looking for help I only spotted 3 people. Not sure if everyone went on break or did a shift change but that was ridiculous.

I came here to get a crown replaced that Dental One did a few years back. I was made to wait for two hours in the exam room for the dentist who spent ten minutes with me giving me an oral consultation. The dentist then had a dental hygienist come in and poke around my gums who then told me I had gingivitis. They also began to argue with me about my tooth being fixed with a crown as opposed to being extracted. Little did they know I had already been to an orthodontist who informed me I should not extract my teeth but attempt to save as many of them as possible. It's was as if they were being lazy and did not want to do the work on the crown. I was very surprised at the gingivitis diagnosis as I am very particular about hygiene. Esp oral hygiene. I have done some digging into this company and the bonus structure they have in place for every periodontal gum disease diagnosis they give patients. I have since went to another dentist and orthodontist who informed me that I do not have gingivitis and did not charge me for a consult. I am led to believe that upon seeing how good my insurance is, the people working for this company attempted to charge as much as possible under my plan. It's terrible that there are no honest people working at this establishment who care about patients.

I visited this office today for the first time. There was a slight mix-up about my appointment. However, Miss Mary make sure that I got everything that I needed . I was in excruciating pain. She had empathy for me. I didn't think they would be able to help me because of the mix up. I left and went to the car before I pulled off Miss Mary came out and motion for me to come back. She introduced me to doctor Sabur she had explained to her the situation the doctor seen me right away!!! That was the best blessing I was able to get a prescription and I'm not in much pain now! I was happy that I did not have to sit in the waiting room long at all. The receptionist was friendly. Once I filled out my paper work, I was called to the back and had my Xrays done and shortly after the dentist came in. They got me in and out and took care of my needs in a urgency. I had a negative experience, but the right person turned my experience around to become positive. I had an issue and was leaving messages with the front staff to send a message to my dentist Dr. McMillion coordinator. Unfortunately, I was not receiving a timely response but after calling several times, I received a return call from another coordinator by name of Florence. She is the coordinator for another dentist, Dr. Sabur. She stated that she reviewed messages noted in the system and wanted to assist me with my concerns. She asked the right questions and provided me with a realistic ETA for a call back. After researching my concerns with the insurance company and reviewing my prior treatment plans, she followed up with me and I was able to get the answers that I needed to move forward. I have been a patient for several years and most recently I notice an issue with the changing of coordinators for my dentist. It is disappointing when you don't feel like you are a priority as a patient. I understand this office is very busy, but I didn't like the feeling that my messages were not important especially when certain areas of this office does follow up. In the past I always had a positive experience with Ms. Gloria in the billing department, she is very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. She always followed up and I know that the billing department is very busy with patient claims. Although I never received a call back from my dentist coordinator, I did however receive professional service from Florence and her going above and beyond to assist me. I will always remember her positive, upbeat attitude in a busy environment. Thank you ladies for all you do!!

REVIEW UPDATE: 8/17/2017 - I would like say the office manager Ms.Addie really went above and beyond to address my concerns/complaints. On the day of my last review, she sat down with me and assisted me with processing my refund and was very apologetic about the service I received. I have since received a full refund and though I will be changing locations, I would to thank Mrs.Addie for providing great customer service by acknowledging and resolving all concerns/complaints. Initial Review- Biggest complaint is the lack of respect for people's time and money. If I have a scheduled appointment at 12p, I expect to be seen by atleast 12:15p, and not be informed at 12:45p that someone would be with me shortly. When I inquired why the wait, I was told that someone was "fitted in" before my appointment and it's taking them a little longer than expected. Unacceptable. I scheduled my appointment and I should've been seen at my scheduled appointment time. The business office, I advise EVERYONE to review your insurance statements once you receive them. I have been repeatedly over charged for services and for the past few months I have been trying to get a refund, I have yet to get in front of someone who can resolve my issue. I am pretty sure there are a lot of patients that may be due refunds and not even know it. Again, unacceptable. The dentist and the hygienist are pretty good, but it's just not worth the scheduling and billing headache.

One time they forgot my appt.and didn't even follow up to tell me Debbie was on medical leave. I had to reschedule which was a very terrible inconvenience! What kind of business is this when people take the time off to schedule these appts.and they just cancel like it's nothing? Poor staffing My concern is how does a person that has straight Georgia Medicaid has a Co payment of $109 for basic xrays and exams? Why does this office ALWAYS call patients an hour before their appointment to say “Hi I just looked over your account and you have a co payment of such and such” although I know that a disabled person with straight Medicaid does not have copayments for basic visits. I was also told I had a copayment of 1 amount for a deep scaling and they called me back an hour before my appointment to say “oh we was wrong it’s actually a lot more” this office needs to be shut down and put out if business, they are a huge scam.

Then he was supposed to walk me to the front but left me sitting there looking lost and crazy. Next a chick said she would call me with the cost of the deep cleaning because my insurance doesn't cover it. I didn't hear from them in a few days so I called and spoke to two different people who had no idea what I was talking about. They asked me which hygienist I spoke with like really yall couldn't look and see who worked that day better yet why isn't it documented. It took an extra 2 days for them to give me a price. So unprofessional and unorganized
