No one really likes to go to the dentist, but I've been going here for several years and love it. Dr Reddy and her staff are professional, great at their jobs & make me feel comfortable. The atmosphere is also calming if you can believe that! Honestly, my favorite thing about CD after trying several dentists is that they don't try to sell you hundreds of dollars worth of stuff. I was beginning to think Atl dentists were like used car salesmen until I started coming here.

I'm so happy I chose Dr. Reddy at Creative Dentistry for my first major dental work. Dr. Reddy put 2 permanent porcelain crowns on me....on the same day. While we were waiting for them to finish "baking", they cleaned my teeth. As a nurse, it is very difficult to schedule time off. I was so impressed that Creative Dentistry was able to do EVERYTHING in a few hours. I found the cost to be very reasonable. The thing that make me happiest was their attention to keeping me comfortable. I was very nervous and being in that chair with 2 people in my mouth was really hard for me. Dr. Reddy is simply wonderful and I trust her completely.

THEY DO NOT VALIDATE PARKING!!!! I had to pay 7$ to park and they did not even validate parking. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because the staff was friendly which is the very least they can do for the upcharging they tried to get away with luckily I am in the medical field and did not fall for there scam. GET a second opinion and do not use them.

Creative Dentistry is unlike any other dental office that I have experienced. I have been a longstanding patient of Dr. Reddy. I admire her passion for excellence as well as her special attention to perfect customer service and details.The office itself is a very modern and inviting space. The front desk personnel immediately greets me and always recognizes me. Whenever I meet with Dr. Reddy, she always chats with me and makes me feel at ease. She is always very kind to me and makes sure I am well informed about all procedures. Dr. Reddy is more than your average businesswoman, she works for the love of dentistry. I can honestly say that I have at least done one thing right for my health thanks to Dr. Reddy. She has boosted my confidence in myself. I cannot thank her enough for what she does. Theeee very best experience ever received visiting a dentist office. Dr. Reddy is sharp... straight to it and knows her ish! I feel very comfortable returning for my 2nd visit next month. This is the most professional Dentistry Group that I have been to in the Atlanta area. I totally forgot about my appointment today and received a phone call this morning to remind me about my scheduled appointment. I was able to make my appointment on. Once I arrived, the Front Desk Assistant (Toya, I believe) was pleasurable and took care of everything upfront and quickly. She was extremely nice. Courtney (Dental Assistant), took me to my station where she thoroughly cleaned my teeth. Courtney did an excellent job and I did not feel any pain. Her great conversation took my mind off of what was happening and I was completely surprised when she completed. The Dentist came by to check everything out and she was a awesome as well. All-in-all, I give the group a well-deserved 5 stars. If you are looking for professionalism and a Dental Group that is deserving of your business, look no further than Creative Dentistry of Atlanta (Sandy Springs). You will be met with a professional team that will ensure a pleasant experience.

Creative Dentistry was the closest place to me that offered the Snap-On Smile treatment, which I'd been looking at for a while as a cheaper alternative to veneers. I called to make an appointment and they were able to make one for me the next day, which was awesome. The place is super nice, clean, and shiny. There was paperwork to fill out, but it was all done on a laptop in the waiting area. (Yay, technology AND saving trees!) The front desk woman is absolutely lovely, as are all of the assistants. Dr. Reddy is also phenomenal-- she really knows what she's doing, and she'll make sure you know what's happening and why. I never felt uncomfortable (well, all right, one tooth was a bit sensitive but that's hardly their fault), and I've got to go back and get my fillings taken care of and is it weird that I can't wait? I definitely recommend them, especially if you're new to the area (like me!) and need a regular dentist. (No seriously, go to the dentist. I waited too long and my teeth paid for it!)

Agree with other reviews there is a lack of professionalism and ethics from this office. I rescheduled an appointment and canceled the one I rescheduled before 48 hours. I received a bill in the mail for a $50 cancellation fee although I gave over 48 hours notice. Shady and unethical practice. They have lost my business! In response to your comment that is an out right lie this is a perfect example of your office having no professionalism and ethics... I gave more than a 48 hour notice on the appointment I rescheduled. Thanks for your consideration.

I just moved into the area and decided to get my cleaning done at Creative Dentistry because of the close proximity to my apartment and my office. First off, since it's difficult to take time off from the office for appointments like these, they scheduled me for a 7am appointment. (AWESOME! made it to my meeting on-time at the office at 9am!) The facility is amazing! The team is so friendly and they make you feel at home. I have a complication with one of my teeth, and Dr. Reddy made sure I understood the possible paths to getting it fixed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CREATIVE DENTISTRY FOR YOUR DENTAL NEEDS!

After visiting the dermatologist countless times with no success I’m glad to say I finally found the best Estatician/MedSpa in Atlanta. I never write reviews but my husband and I had such terrible experiences that I felt compelled to share our story. My husband first went here for a cleaning and had the male dentist ( I cannot remember his name) but my husband was overall very happy with him. When I had my cleaning, the hygienist was great, but when it came time for Dr. Reddy to come examine me, she was very rushed, brief, and slightly rude as I had a few questions for her about other work I wanted to schedule. She told me I could make one appointment to have a couple cavities done as well as some internal bleaching on a tooth that I had had a root canal on a year earlier. I was desperate to have the internal bleaching done before a big trip and had communicated this to her. When I showed up for my appointment, they told me they would not be doing the bleaching that day. I was very disappointed and told them I would not take off work any more to drive an hour to their location. I went ahead with the other work and the office clerk told me they would reach out to me to schedule a Saturday appointment for the bleaching. I was never contacted. My husband just had a return appointment with them for another cleaning and waited over 35 minutes in the waiting room with no attention or explanation for the delay. The facility is understaffed, over priced, and poorly coordinated. We will be finding another dentist immediately and hope this story can help other avoid the difficult experiences we have had with Creative Dentistry of Atlanta.

I am baffled by the lack customer service and unprofessionalism among the staff. I will be finding a new dentist.

As soon as I walked through the door, the office staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. I was able to watch television while in the chair, which eased my fears. I knew I made the right choice for my dental care after Mistie cleaned my teeth; she was thorough, yet gentle. Dr. Reddy told me all my options for the dental work I need to have done and helped me choose what was right for my overall care. Save your time and most importantly your money. This is not a dentist office it is simply a over priced spa. I should have known this place was a scam. They don't even give you a toothbrush after your visit, just a stupid thermal cup and send you a ton of stupid emails for facials and whatever other spa services they offer.

I have been living in Atlanta for 3 years and have searching for a good dentist the entire time. I recently met Dr Reddy at the Sandy Springs festival a few weeks ago and made an appointment to see her. I have not had satisfied experiences in the past when it comes to dentist visits. However, from the moment I walked in the door, I was met with nothing but sincerity, compassion, and warmth. The receptionist/office manager Sabrina was energetic, enthusiastic and a true pleasure. When I met Dr. Reddy, she made me feel even more welcome and at ease. I have major dental work to be completed. I have known this for quite some time, but everywhere I went, the costs were astronomical. Dr. Reddy immediately came up with an affordable plan that will have me smiling again (showing my pearly whites) within a couple of months (just in time for Christmas)! I am SO EXCITED....I have finally found the PERFECT dentist. I would recommend her to anyone.

Worst experience ever!!! My husband and I had our teeth cleaned and a regular exam here, we had recently moved to the area. We have lived in several states in the last couple years and this is the worst dental visit we have had, and at one dentist office before they forgot I was there and I sat waiting for over 30 mins, and they gave me FREE movie tickets for my wait and were very apologetic about it. That being said, the lady dentist was rude and barely said anything to me about needing to floss more or that my teeth are in great shape despite that, like previous experiences. I felt bad for the dental assistant because I could tell she was new. She was very nervous and couldn't figure out how to take the x-rays or place the apparatus in my mouth, spending most of the time retaking them. After our experience my husband and I talked about finding someplace new but before we did, we moved out of state. Now I have been trying to get them to send our records to the new dentist for over a month. I have called and emailed them several times and keep getting the run around. Now, no one is answering the phone. Well NO more, if this is the way you do business, this is me putting my two cents out there so no one else has to deal with you people. (Please note, that at the other dentist office's we have visited they sent my records the same day I called and emailed them the information!)

Today is my third time visiting Creative Dentistry Peachtree Dunwoody office. Dr. Reddy and her staff I have encounter Shanice, Kimmy, and Courtney have all been instrumental in assuring each of my visits were exceptional. Initially, I presented for a cleaning at Creative Dentistry. I had known I needed additional work done but for years I put it off. Thus experience was different. Dr.Reddy was honest with what treatment was necessary. She prioritized my treatment plan and educated me along with her staff what exactly needed to be done and why it was imperative. I would recommend Dr.Reddy and her team to anyone but more importantly those that have hid from dental visits. No matter how long it’s been Dr.Reddy and her team can get your oral hygiene where it should be!

Most of the staffers were nice and friendly, I especially enjoyed the services provided by the hygienist and the lead receptionist. However, I did find issues with the professionalism of the young receptionist who refused to answer questions when asked nor was she ready to accept her ineptness. Further, it was surprising that a place with such class will forget to date a prescription. Overall, pricey but a nice environment and I think a lot of aspects of their customer relationship management has to be improved upon.

They office is really great about rescheduling if you need to. The lobby is nice and comfy. The dental hygienists see you right away and answer any and all questions honestly. Dr. Reddy does a through job of checking and giving recommendations if needed. Glad I found them! The only negative aspect is the parking....sometimes it can be challenging to find parking in the garage.

This is by far the most unprofessional office my husband and I have experienced. They are located in the building I currently work in so I was SUPER excited to schedule an appointment for myself and my husband. My initial phone conversation for scheduling was pleasant, I scheduled for both myself and my husband. I have since cancelled my appointment. Upon my husband's arrival, he was told he did not "confirm" his text messaged appointment but they would work him in to be seen. That in itself was off-putting, considering we had a scheduled appointment. My husband came into the office with x-rays from our previous dentist. Our previous dentist being my place of employment for 2 years. This is our first try at a new dentist since leaving our old office. My husband did not want to have x-rays done, which did not go over well with the hygienist, who went and got the manager, who went in and "pressured" my husband about receiving x-rays in their office. Meanwhile, he text me about what was happening, so I called the office to advise them we did not want to have x-rays done, they were extremely persistent with me on the phone about having x-rays done. My primary concern was that our insurance was not due to allow x-rays be done. She assured me they were covered. I feel this constant pressure about x-rays is ridiculous but FINE, do the x-rays we keep communicating we do not want to have done. Even outside of insurance, there is no need to expose yourself to unnecessary radiation. HELLO! My husband was in the office for nearly two hours. He did not even complete his cleaning because he had to leave to get to another appointment he had scheduled. During the appointment the hygienist kept telling him how poor his dental hygiene was and it would take her a long time. He is shocked, naturally, because we have been receiving SUPERIOR dental care. Upon leaving the office he was charged $39, which is still to be determined what that charge was for. My EOB from insurance states there should be no out of pocket due. My husband also left the office with a treatment plan stating he had decay in 8 teeth (cavities). Mind you, we receive regular dental care from the office I was employed in (cleanings every 3 months). It's a bit bizarre that in a matter of 4 months you go from having healthy, decay free teeth to having 8 teeth decayed. Today, I called the office to get clarification of the charge and I was told she could not release the information to me. You have to be kidding me? I advised the staff member to give my husband a call to get the authorization. She asked that he call to get the information. I advised her that he requested I call, hence why I am on the phone. I was happy to hold while she placed a phone call to him. The staff member hung up on me. She did email my husband who gave consent for me to receive information but I am much too angry to call back. I highly recommend considering another office for your care. My husband described his overall experience as "uncomfortable" and he felt no one in the office truly had any idea of what they were doing.

The aesthetician, Bessy Teague, has always done an excellent job and I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to have this procedure. I really can’t say enough good things about her, she is wonderful! In addition, the facility is beautiful and very clean at all times and the staff always courteous and helpful. They quote policy and lack any logical thinking!!! Dealing with them is the worst!! The Doctor DOES NOT address patient complaints herself!!! This office only wants your money and does not care about their patients!! No matter how kind the dentist is, when the staff shows total disregard for your business.....the ENTIRE practice looks bad!!

I really look forward to coming to Creative Dentistry of Atlanta every six months for my routine check-up and cleaning. The first thing you notice is the interior design. It has a very homey and modern feeling unlike most dentist/doctors offices that are very sterile and beige. The front office staff, the dental hygienists, and dentists are all great. I've seen both Dr. Reddy and Dr. Tong, and I really trust and have the utmost confidence in both of them. If you are looking for a new dentist or your insurance plan changed, I would definitely recommend trying out Creative Dentistry of Atlanta.

The Dentist was good. The billing department is terrible! I was charged for cleaning which my insurance cover 100%. Then I received a bill for 500 dlls in the mail I called and was told Don't worry about bill it was sent to you by mistake we billed coded the insurance company wrong. Two years later I was told that I have to pay the 500 dlls. This is a few problems I have encountered here. I always pay my due before I leave.

This is my new favorite dentist in Atlanta. On both my visits, my hygienists Courtney and Shanice were both gentle and so good at my cleaning and getting me ready for my filling. Dr. Reddy was super patient and I felt no pain while she did my fillings. They are super thorough and judgement free. The front desk ladies are friendly and always explain my payments and procedures. I’m also thinking of trying the medspa because it’s pretty cool that it’s right there!

My experience with Creative Dentistry of Atlanta was amazing! I've been looking for a new dentist for some time. The last time I visited a dentist was nearly 15 years ago and the experience was not very pleasant. However, everyone at Creative Dentistry - from the front desk to the techs and the consultation with Dr. Tong - was great. My initial nervousness disappeared and I'm very happy with my results. Very positive experience. They were friendly and did a great job. Staff was attentive, dentist was gentle and did a great job. The dentist shared that the dental tech that was working on me had been with her for 6 years and she was very proud of her staff. It's always a good sign when the boss is appreciative of the team. It's also a good sign that they have invested heavily in the latest tech. 3D imaging cameras and a 3D printer, paperless office, etc. I'd recommend this practice anytime.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Reddy for more than 4 yrs now managing my dentistry care. On my last cleaning appointment she told me that I would be an excellent candidate to try Kybella to improve my appearance due to my excess in submental fat (double chin). I did my research and the procedure seemed safe and with a high satisfaction rate. Because of the trust I have in her, I went for it. I did my first Kybella treatment yesterday and it wasn’t that bad at all. At first I felt a little burning sensation which lasted for an hour (which is normal, meaning is working), then some numbness in the area (which should last for a week) - I slept fine. All the symptoms I was already aware of as Dr. Reddy had already explain. Thus, everything is going according to plan. Looking forward to the subsequent sessions and final results.
