Ok, I lost the first one I tried to send so I am just going to say I am well pleased with him and his staff. They are very patient with senior citizens and he knows that I cannot stand pain. 8 years and still going.

If I could leave no stars, I would! They tried to say I had 5 cavities and needed them all filled immediately. He numbed my entire mouth to fill them all at once (after I told him multiple times that I have TMJ - where my jaw locks up) and what do you know, my jaw locked up and wouldn't open. He referred me to a jaw surgeon and sent me on my way..... The following week I go to another dentist who informs me that I have ZERO cavities and that I need to get some sort of mouth guard for my TMJ. This dentist (at Dental1st) was very sweet and informative. I DO NOT recommend Buckhead Family Dentistry! I know it looks super nice online but it is not! They are not friendly, they are not professional and they will lie to make a little extra $$$$.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. However, I was billed for a $50 fine for a late cancel from 7 months ago. The fine was given to me within seconds of scheduling a procedure that would cost me $900 out of pocket. I paid the fine and cancelled the procedure. I personally think its bad business to charge a fine to a customer who's about to spend a lot of money. I'll spend my $900 elsewhere.

I always have a great visit at Buckhead Family Dentistry. The staff is warm and friendly, the hygienist do great work plus the atmosphere is pleasant. Dr. Paige does impeccable work. He is personable and funny but more importantly he take his profession seriously and want the best dental care for all his patients.

Friendly enough staff and doctors. Be aware they are also salesmen. Will always try and up sell everything regardless if needed or not. I havn't been here in a couple years but I am having to get a lot of the work that was done here redone, only two or three years later. Get a second opinion on any major work.

As a first time patient they try and gouge you with up selling. They tried to up sell both myself and my girlfriend for a 3 part "intensive" cleaning when we were there for routine cleanings. They also told both of us that all of our fillings were done wrong and needed to be redone by them. My girlfriend and I went to this place months a part and it was the same routine. When I received mail from my insurer it showed that the dental office charged me more than double the negotiated rate that my insurer had with them. Place is a racket.

I've been coming to Dr. Paige's office for nearly a decade now and always received great treatment from his team. I love my hygienist, Tariq, who is always timely, efficient, and very personable -- not to mention gentle with his cleanings! I've seen both Dr. Paige and Dr. Howard for post-cleanings, a replacement filling, to have a chipped tooth repaired, and a night guard made -- all experiences great with no problems. Front staff is awesome. The only downer is pay parking deck and driving to Buckhead; however, I still make my way here despite having moved away from Buckhead condo living!

I came here for a second opinion, as a previous visit to another Buckhead dentist told me I needed a lot of work done on my teeth. However, that was not the case with Dr. Page. He and his staff took the time to listen to my concerns, give me advice and help me get the care I needed. I highly recommend this place! I will be going back for sure.

I have a patient for 4 years with Buckhead Family Dentistry. I had an implant put in my mouth 2 years ago. I started having problem last week with the implant coming loose in my mouth. I contacted Buckhead Family Dentistry about my emergency situation two times and no return call from the dentist. In addition, Buckhead Family Dentistry places me in collections for $59 and never even bothered to call me. Horrible experience and would not recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Paige and his staff. I've been going here for 11 years. At first, I spent a small fortune to put implants where I had missing teeth, fixed the teeth I had left, and got my bad gums under control. I have a great smile now and have had very little additional work done other than routine cleanings for many years. Speaking of cleaning, I love the hygienist, Trina! She's kept my smiling for years. Dr. Paige is very friendly and skilled and I recommend him highly!!

Dr. Paige was friendly and took that time to present a few alternatives for my care on that day, along with pros and cons for each. Buckhead Family Dentistry is my family's dentist for life. Give them a call, they will be your dentist too.

Front Desk personnel is slightly unprofessional and could use phone etiquette training . I called to make an appointment and never received a follow up with a confirmed appt date . I gave them a second chance and received great customer service up until an hour before my appointment. The front desk receptionist placed me on a long hold twice. I received a call from the Dental Hygenist about being late.( I initially called the first two times to get the actual location of the office. ) The Dental Hygenist apologized and did not proceed to reschedule or provide any additional help. I wasn’t expecting this type of behavior for this area.

These guys are awesome. For years I hated my smile and now I have new confidence. Faye is the sweetest person. I just wish they validated parking. A small sacrifice for a grand office!!

They take almost any insurance but won't rip you off with unnecessary services like the chains. Ask for Trina, she is so nice!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!!! They are unprofessional and always rescheduling appointments. Dr.Paige is a Duche. Office manager big head with no brain. Save your time & money!!!

I recently had a bad experience at another dental office, so I was a little hesitant about my visit to Buckhead Family Dentistry. A friend referred me to Dr. Paige. He was great and Trina, my hygienist, was amazing! She was extremely gentle and took her time with my cleaning. I will be back and I will refer others. Thanks for an awesome experience!

I went to this office for at least a decade. The treatment and technology available at this office is wonderful! Great staff and Dr. However, the cost of service seems over priced. I could never get away from these "deep cleanings" and I have not ever needed such a cleaning since I left this office. In addition, they did not fix my tooth after an issue caused by my last visit. I spent over $1400 for these "deep cleanings" annually. I didnt know better back then, now I do.

This office is so unprofessional!!!!!! They always call to reschedule appointments or to move your appointment to different time. Office needs new staff who actually knows what they are doing because the front office don’t! Office manager is clueless. Dr. Paige is rude & talks over you. He spent 3 sec in the room with me! They say you need unnecessary treatment! Don’t waste your time! I’m sorry I did.

I am normally terrified of the dentist but Faye was so gentle and patient yet effective with my cleaning that it made the experience sooo much better than I expected. The front desk staff and Dr. P were great as well, I would highly recommend this office!

Dr. Paige and his team were great. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I was about to have my wisdom teeth pulled out, so I was getting ready for a painful experience. Instead, I had a pleasant time with no discomfort at all. They used a numbing medication and the treatment went by smoothly in one hour. I knew I had found my new dentist then. I cannot wait to go there again with my kids!

The front office staff and dental hygienists are unbelievably friendly and warm! (They are also hilarious!) I see Dr. Shantz, and he is very gentle and competent. I had drillings and fillings recently, and he made it a breeze! I told them afterward that I've had more traumatic cleanings! Haha. Great staff. Great office. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Paige did an excellent job with 2 crown installs. My teeth are very sensative and he made sure I had enough anesthesia to lessen the pain. His swiftness and patience was a plus. I would definitely recommend him and his expertise for quality dental care. His dental assistants are great too.
