The staff are unreasonable, and rude. They also changed my appointment time without giving me a call, would not recommend.

My sister came to get her wisdom teeth removed and I’m in the waiting room , this guy speaking and other language asked the receptionist how long it was gonna take , she said an hour and he said if he could go outside for a few minutes and she’s says “ read the sign “ and the guy says “ it’s english “ the receptionist said “ you can speak it you should read it “ and shrugged her shoulders . Unprofessional. And it’s a quiet room and small , of course you’re gonna hear people talking .

The staff are great and Dr. Belinfante is fantastic. If you are going to an oral surgeon it is probably a safe bet to say you are not feeling your best. Dr. Belinfante knows your not there because your walking on sunshine, but he does his best between his jovial humor and his nimble surgical hands to make you smile as much as he can and hurt as little as possible. I have been to him twice and both times he not only dispelled the worries with warm smiles and a quick wit, but also called later that day on his own time after hours to see how I was doing. He is a great surgeon and one of the best most caring doctors I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is the kind of doctor you always wished you had but all too often fail to find; a doctor who became such because he actually cared and believed the hypocratic oath was more than mere lip service to be discarded on the road to riches after graduation. Thanks for being a great doctor and a wonderful human being!

Today my child (6 yr old) had 3 molars removed and although I was not able to go to the back with him, I was very pleased with their customer service and support. After it was all over, my baby told me that the doctor and his nurses were sooo nice to him. That makes me happy to hear that because I was beyond scared of how someone will treat my baby without me being there, and let me just say my child is a big scardey cat. But since they were so great to him he felt comfortable enough for his surgery. They also gave him his little molars in a little medical baggy, gave him plenty of gauze, a couple toys and pencils and an extra soft tooth brush. The nurse went over with me on how to care for him at home and what and when he should eat. Another reviewer stated that he or she was disappointed at the fact that they will not reschedule after having missed an appointment , the office staff clearly tell you that if you miss an appointment they will NOT reschedule. Thank you AOFS you are amazing!!!

The staff is extremely rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please save your time and money and visit any other place that actually cares about their patients .

I had a dentist appointment and had to cancel for a family emergency. My grandfather was on the way to the emergency room and I needed to go there. The person at the office said unless I brought a doctor's note to them, they would not reschedule my appointment. How am I supposed to get a hospital note when it's not my visit. Overall it has been a terrible experience, and I definitely will not be doing any business with them in the future.

This place is a joke..they did not follow the EMERGENCY referal i had. Its at THIER discretion what they consider an emergency..and only completed a third of what they were suppose to..after calling for an explanation several times..i was giving 3 different reasons why they could not complete the referal. During my visit they were very rude and unprofessional not only to me but other patients in the office. I would recommend going somewhere else if you want to feel like a person and not just a pay check!

When to them on 4/14/17 and had to have two teeth removed. Good friendly folks up there its now 4/15/17 and i dont feel any pain at all they have definitely earned my trust and will be returning when i need more out!
